The pharmacy is SO slow. I'm not sure how it takes 10+ minutes per car to get a prescription. And you place your order over the phone and the prescription is never ready! What's the point of calling. Going to switch to Rite Aid.

The pharmacy's structure and system is very flawed. To pick up my dogs prescription we came twice in person to pick it up giving our information to them twice and still it wasn't filled after two text message from this Walgreens pharmacy informing me that the script is filled. The pharmacist/manger said she would fill it in 10 mins. It was ready but now 50% in cost. I will not be returning to this Walgreens pharmacy and discourage people to come here.

Worse service ever, new prices everytime. Refilling a prescription is like pulling teeth. They never get it right. I cannot stand this place. Employees argue on the phone with you instead of serving you.i will never do business here ever again. I really miss the service Rite Aid provided when I had my prescriptions filled there. Too bad they closed. Don’t you ever transfer your stuff there.

Pharmacy doesn’t always answer the phone. Sometimes they leave you on hold until it times out and hangs up on you. Also, the aggressive anti-homeless music outside is absolutely ridiculous! There are other solutions. I won’t support a business that is hostile in this way. This Walgreens sucks.

I came in here to pick up one item. My 6 year old was with me and had to use the bathroom. I saw the sign on the back wall marked restrooms and went through the door to find the bathrooms had codes on the door. I went back to the front and asked the lady at the register if I could get the code, and her snarky reply was that the restrooms were for employees only thats why there are codes. I then said even if its for a child and she said yes, i will lose my job if i allow anyone to use the restrooms. Not only was I shocked and appalled by her response but so was the customer she was checking out who i might add was there with a child as well. The customer then told me about the Chipotle that was directly across the parking lot or the safeway around the corner.I purchased the item i needed and then went over to Chipotle, who didn't even hesitate to let my child use the bathroom. They also have codes on the door but were kind enough to give me the code.The impact this had on my child was that they were fearful they could not hold it but were willing to try because they were now worried this lady would lose their job.Walgreens, you need to do better. It doesn't take a lot to be kind, especially to elderly or children. To not allow someone to use the facilities and make them hold it can actually cause health issues for some people or at the very least embarrassment from having an accident. If the restrooms are for employees only, i would ask that you remove your sign notifying the public that you have restrooms to use.

1/10/24 I came in around 6pm ish to pick up a few essentials in parkland WA. I came in with a Safeway store provider bag. Mind you I’m an African American woman.One of the sales associates approached me in a disrespectful way . (Definitely profiling) she looked new I haven’t seen her before.First off she asked me “if I needed any help”I said “no thank you”. As I’m shopping placing items in my bag. She then starts yelling at me to go to the front of the store rushing me to check out . Following me around the store (me assuming she thinks I don’t have the money to purchase my items /stealing).She also Stated, “it’s against WA state law to shop with a different store provider bag”!! WEIRD… We pay for bags in WA state. Sonow I’m under the impression that I can’t bring my own bag to shop with.This has never happened to me before. Definitely discrimination, It’s 2024 Walgreens do better!!!

I wish I could give a negative rating, however, that is not an option here.I have never been a customer at this location. Other locations, yes, but not this particular one and after seeing the way management in the store handle things and reading views, I will never be a customer here.Last Tuesday, the manager (Named Lamonika) had called me and asked if I was still interested in the Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship position, to which I replied, yes. As a result, an interview was scheduled for the 8th. I was excited because I felt like I was a step closer to accomplishing my dream. I even went as far as calling to make sure I had the right address. Fast forward to Monday the 8th, which was a special day for me and my wife and I was hoping to land this job as I love helping people and I feel at home in the Pharmacy. I arrived there on time and spoke with Lamonika, who despite her attempt at portraying an easygoing vibe, her true energy is a thinly veiled secret.Initially, I was led to believe this interview was going to be a good one. That was, until, she found out I came to the interview via a bus ride and that was when her energy shifted, though she tried her best to not show that. Moments after, she said to me, “Make sure your license is renewed, even if you don’t get hired here.” When I told her my license was active until the 21st of this month (My birthday) and I could get it renewed before that day, I guess she didn’t hear that part. Lamonika then told me, if she didn’t come to a decision that day, it would be on the 9th. I left the interview feeling down and dreading the worst. It is now Tuesday and I called her at 2:30 PM and she told me how she was choosing someone else based on experience, when I have experience and my resume proved that.My reason for writing this is for anyone considering to work here, let alone apply here or even shop here. Look at the reviews on here and everywhere else, such as Yelp and think twice. Run far and away because whether you are a customer or a worker, Lamonika will disappoint you and break your heart without a second thought.

Writing this review as Im currently sitting here at the pharmacy. Scheduled an appointment for covid/flu test for 2:15 pm. Pharmacy tech informed me the doctor didn’t approve the appointment yet and will be right with us. I sat and watched who I assume was the pharmacist staring at a computer screen approving meds for an hour while we sat there. When we finally walked up to let them know we’re leaving they surprisingly was ready to do our tests…I bet you are since you’re charging us for it. What really chapped my hide about it was the guy who finally did the test was standing there in the back as well with the rest of them.

Rite Aid customers that have been moved over to Walgreens on 152nd and Pacific. Run take your prescription somewhere else this is the mosthorribly ran unorganized misconception of a pharmacy I have ever seen. These people are so rude impatient

It's effed up when u need something from a store that says their open till 12 and they they close 1150 not very many place u can get the medicine u need for sick kids. what's the point of putting up ur store hours if ur gonna close whenever u want! what happened to taking care of ur customers?!?!?

This is for the pharmacy NOT the actual store. This pharmacy is extremely busy and doesn’t ever seem to have the support and staff, they desperately need. So, the wait times are extremely long. Longer than any pharmacy I’ve ever used.

I am here now...when I shop I like to browse.. I carry my own bag because, you know..the new law the governor passed about banning bags ...I don't frequent this store like every week but I come here a lot ...today the cashier that helped me asked to see in my bag, said it was empty when I came in , before that the cashier across from him commented to the customer in front of me "yeah we are gonna be checking bags" which the one that helped me did after accusing me of coming in with an empty one. Look I get that shoplifting is a problem right now, but just because I have a bag and I browse doesn't make me a shoplifter. Of course I let DAN, look in my bag which had nothing stolen from anywhere in it ...and apologize profusely....too late DAN...where is your security team, I must have heard them call 3-4 times for security to walk the floor when I was in there ...I spent lot of money all Walgreens ..usually buying stuff I don't really need so I can earn Walgreens cash or register rewards so I can come back and do it all over again ..I must have 9 old spice deodorant at home and at least 7 razor starter kits of various brands including cremo, Gillette, and Schick ..hell I even have a 12 pack of refills for Gillette that I haven't even opened yet ..and what did I buy today? A refill blades for my dollar shave club kit that I haven't even opened yet that I bought here ..just because they have a coupon and to earn some register rewards ....maybe I should start shopping at CVS, I DONT EVEN FEEL WELCOME IN WALGREENS ANYMORE.UPDATE 11/09/2023THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET THEIR STORE SHUTDOWN!! They profile and talk trash right in front of you, distrustful and ignorant of technology and policies they should be aware of.Another HORRIBLE experience at this Walgreens , and it all started in the parking lot.I had just got off the city bus, a friend who lives in Spanaway was supposed to pick me up I thought I would browse their flyer on my phone while I wait. I was standing not far from the entrance browsing, it had been bout 5-10 mins when a woman comes out and tells me I can’t be hanging out in their parking lot. I’m standing in the open, not hiding or even next to any cars, showered with clean clothes on … I explain what I was doing and she says okay..and the harassment and judgement didn’t stop there . When attempting to pay I had a problem with my debit card , I had money in the account but the card wasn’t working and the woman is making rude and inaccurate assumptions under her breath in regards to my financial situation. Finally I advise the clerk I’m going outside to call the bank. I see her outside and advise I’m trying to locate the mywalgreens wallet in the app she doesn’t have a clue but does lmk that McDonalds down the street has free Wi-Fi I didn’t ask about Wi-Fi, I have unlimited data, I need help with the Walgreens app but she no clue about that, she’s too busy profiling me and trying to get rid of me. I finally find the Walgreens wallet on their newly redesigned app , get my virtual Visa card added and go back inside to finish payment as I said I was going to. The merchandise was still at the register but a different woman is now there. I brief her of what happened and that I’m here to pay.. everything is going fairly well until it comes time to pay. She has never heard of or know anything about the Walgreens wallet feature and is very apprehensive and suspicious about scanning the QR code on my phone and calls a lead up who also is clueless about it. When I mention that I’m really surprised they don’t know anything about their own product the lead says ‘well, this is Spanaway’ that’s no excuse for ignorance and rude behavior. Finally they reach out to someone in ,’the back’ who tells them they need to go ahead and scan the code. At this point I’m already done , I no longer have interest in any of the items I had spontaneous attempted to purchase. I tell the clerk to just void it out and give me my $5 Register Reward coupon back, and she tries to tell me if will automatically go back on my account SMH

The most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Waited for 10 minutes to get through on the phone, and then the girl put the phone down on the counter and never come back. But i'll tell you what! I heard the DOB and names of everyone there. I was calling on behalf of a provider. When I was finally able to talk to the pharmacist, it was even more disappointing. She was rude and abrupt, and just terrible. As soon as she got my provider's name she hung up on me. When I called our patient to let him know his script was called in, he told me the pharmacist also hung up on him and yelled at him when he came in the store. And if you're reading this honey, know you have no place in healthcare just because you play Pill Goddess 5 days a week. So disappointing for Walgreens to keep you employed.

The pharmacy is totally ridiculous with the extremely long lines and the terrible service.You wait in line an hour to get a prescription that the app says is ready, only to be told it's not ready and you'll have to wait longer.RIDICULOUS. Plus all the garbage in the parking lot. Disgusting. I'll find a safer place to get my meds.

I have been waiting 4 days for a prescription that I still have not received. Monday I waited 2 hours because I walked there to get get it and is was so hot that I chose to wait. Mind you I dropped it off the following Saturday. More or less during the long wait I witnessed the pharmacist speaking rudely to her staff. Not one person there looked happy to be there. It was very saddening. I also witnessed two elderly women come in for a covid shot, and we're treated as if they were not being honest. I will not go back to Walgreens! I will also be sure to let anybody who wants advice on where to go, and where not to go😔

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years but I’m going to be making a switch. I always loved having the drive thru option, but that no longer appeals to me because of the issues I’ve run into. I have a prescription on auto-refill that was not refilled on time. I called on Tuesday to refill it myself. I waited until Friday then decided to call. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes which it was. However they couldn’t provide an explanation as to why it hadn’t been auto-refilled and why it took me calling to get it filled. I know pharmacist are under stress and I’ve been super patient with this location. But after today I won’t be going back.

Horrible experience.I needed to reload my PayPal card. But didn't know where to go. So I was going to ask where I could reload my card.A very unpleasant cashier snarled at me that I needed to get in line. I asked my question then she said, Back of the line. Ok, I don't mind waiting. Just don't like being snarled at.I got it done.Tried to talk to the manager.Apparently, this store doesn't care about customers.After asking repeatedly for a manager and getting other people, I gave up. Must need an appointment just to talk about concerns. But you can't get appointments.Beware this store.Unless you like rude people who pretend to be in customer service. Then by all means stop by.I will avoid this store. Lots of nicer Walgreens around.of the line

Called to tell me my prescription wasn’t in stock moments before they closed and offered ZERO help in finding a pharmacy with it in stock and tried to guilt trip me like I’m a drug addict…all because I was upset that they waited to the last minute to tell me I have to wait a few days for a medication that must have everyday.Between prescriptions taking a day or two to even be filled because they can’t seem to properly manage their time and the horrific customer service I have lost all faith in them being able to provide even the most basic services!

Bad customer service. Was patiently waiting for my 5yo daughter’s prescription for an hour and my daughter needed to pee so I asked a staff if she could use their bathroom but said it was for employees only and was asked to go to the restaurant across the building. How inconvenient and inconsiderate. They should have bathroom for paying customers! I’m changing pharmacy. There is rite-aid next to them go there instead

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with he is very rude to customers and doesn't care, I'm surprised Walgreens hasn't done anything about him, it's even sad when the multi care even says that they have nothing but problems with him. My daughter is 3years old and needed her antibiotics but no care in the world from him and staff, I switched my pharmacy and I recommend you do the same....

If I could give this pharmacy less than one star I would. Worst pharmacy ever! I am appalled at the treatment of the staff in the store. I waited 2 days for my prescriptions to be filled, talked to the pharmacy twice over the phone to get my insurance correct, waited 30 minutes as the third one in the drive through line. I finally went inside. I got up to the cashier who started ringing me up incorrectly and she had to change my paperwork I spoke with the pharmacy about twice.What appalled me was when her manager came back in to the pharmacy the tech let her manager know she was over her time by an hour. The manager snickered and said "join the club" this is just how it is. The poor tech was obviously overly tired and apologetic that she had a medical problem, was in pain, and was over her shift by an hour.I am disappointed that Walgreens would allow a pharmacy to be that understaffed and employees to be treated that way. Additionally the customer care there is awful. Thankfully I was not in an extreme amount of pain this time and could wait 2 days for my prescription. Is this how customers and employees are treated at Walgreen?

Terrible experience. My husband and I scheduled covid booster shots at this location. We had filled out our paperwork online prior to our visit. When we arrived (10 minutes early) we were told we needed printed copies (which is not stated online) or had to refill out the paperwork. We waited 20 minutes after our first appointment had been scheduled and still had not been given the paperwork. The one pharmacist working didn’t stop filling prescriptions to or take the time to acknowledge we were even there. The pharmacy tech stood around cluelessly highlighting paper while we continued to wait. At that point we decided to leave since we had waited until the time of our second appointment and still hadn’t been helped. We went to a walk-up location at the Lakewood Town Center and were in and out in 20 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

We went in to get Covid booster shots today, waiting for over 1 hour, the pharmacist had a very bad attitude. We checked in and got all the paperwork done earlier than people who came and checked in after us. But these people got the shots before us. I told her that it was our turn and she said that it was based on who checked in first. Obviously she wasn’t based on that, simply gave an excuse. She didn’t give an apology and had a long and miserable face when we were called in to get the shots, terrible attitude towards us. We had used Walgreens pharmacy for a long time, I have never seen a worse pharmacist like her.

Worse pharmacy ever. You try to call and your on hold for 45 min. Than they pick up and hang up on you. I understand everybody is understaffed But this is so wrong what they do here. They do not care about you or your time. I moved all my meds to Spanaway pharmacy They care about there customers.

Whomever the night female shift lead with the bun is, instead of helping customers, she sat on the curb smoking and on her phone. Didn't come in to help customers even after she was asked by a CSA. Went right back outside and on her phone. This was 6/21 in the evening FYI. Very unprofessional and rude. Also bought some juice during this same trip that was a week expired. Very disappointing

Waited over an hour in the drive thru to find out the medication wasn't ready instead of grabbing the antibiotic bottle and just ringing me decided to tell me it would be ready in 15 min and to come inside. Go inside not ready. Super slow service all the time. Go to a different pharmacy. There was 4 people working.

Worst pharmacy EVER. If you want your meds filled when they say they will be ready never ever go here. The pharmacy has ABSOLUTELY no customer service. I spent two hours with them trying to get my insurance fixed on their end. They hung up on me twice, never apologized once and when I came in person when my meds were supposed to be ready they told me they still couldn't process my insurance. The lady came over that handled my call and said she didn't know what happened and it was out of their hands and then walked off. Then the lady asked for the next customer without letting me even get the meds that were ready. When I asked the cashier if I could get my meds that were ready she got mad and said yeah I guess. I will be changing all my pharmacy needs now. They are Absolutely the rudest people ever!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Walgreens needs to staff their locations appropriately to handle the number of patients that need their necessary prescriptions filled in some sort of timely manner. Do not make this walgreens your primary location to pick up prescriptions! They are understaffed and the staff they do have can never get there heads above water to offer any meaningful help. Do better Walgreens!
