They let the addicts sit outside their establishment and smoke and blow it right as people are walking in then have the nerve to ask you for 5 dollars. The doors are not even glass they are plywood, they are out of stock of everything, and there is not a manager or employee with a sense of urgency. I've never felt so disgusted in my life.

If you want your time. Money. And gas wasted. This is the place. Worst customer service. Incompetent staff. And lazy pharmacy. I went there to get a simple prescription that was told was ready and there but when i get there. They said it would be ready in five minutes. Five minutes later. Suddenly they said they didn’t have it. So when i said its urgent. They said they would “Check” again. But came back five minutes later again only to tell me that a another wallgreens in downtown tacoma. Twenty minutes way where i am. Has the prescriptions. And it’ll be ready in thirty minutes. Im not gonna go to a place twenty minutes away and wait another thirty minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be ready in the location i was in. Every time wallgreens has been giving me worse and worse experiences. This is by far the absolute worst and no wonder it looks like a crack house den with windows constantly shattered. I have never seen this place clean and pristine EVER

Went to get some meds for my cat today to prevent further emergency vet visits. The pharmacy staff were so helpful! I waited in a long line in drive thru but they were so helpful to find discounts for me

Came in for passport picture and opted for free digital copy to my email, it never came. Had to call and walk in 2x, ended up paying for a thumb drive and thats when the FREE digital copy came in... LOL

If I could leave negative stars. I would. my girlfriend and I were in here. And we have never been here before in our lives. We don't even live around here. I happened to be in the area. An employee walks up to us and says, "I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. You've been asked before to leave. You're not supposed to be in the store." I'm like, what? I was like, I've never even been in here. Neither one of us has. " She then says,"You can buy whatever you have, but that's it" I was so shocked I didn't even think to get her name but I would know her if I saw her and this JUST happened 10 mins ago. She has long brown hair, about 5'5" white and is probably 45 yrs old. I have my license with me and would've gladly shown them that I am not who they think I am, nor has my girlfriend. I can not emphasize enough that NEITHER OF US HAVE EVER BEEN IN THAT WALGREENS BEFORE. So, we had to leave and it was extremely embarrassing bc everyone in the store heard it and saw it. Horrible staff. I will tell everyone I know how this Walgreens had profiled and discriminated against us.

The manager Kim is rude and very unprofessional. She needs to be retrained and taught store policy. She represents Walgreens in a very trashy way. She creates a hostile environment.

TRACY IS THE MOST USELESS EMPLOYEE I’VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. If there is even ONE person in front of you in line, expect to be there for a while. Someone please get rid of her, she’s rude and obviously hates her job and life.

The place is clean and the employees always greet you. Not to often you see tweakers or Holmes people there begging for money. This is are go to Walgreens. I can send in my 14 year old with no problems. They have fast service for pictures. When there's 3 in a line they call for back up. Most of the time they have what I want. There shelves are stocked and ready for you to shop. When they don't have what I wanted they went out of there way ( that's what makes there customer service so great) they looked at surrounding Walgreens to see if they had it. Which they didn't so he gave other suggestions of where I could go get them. That's what makes me coming back here. Good job to all the employees at Walgreens.

Do not shop with you OTC card at this store twice I have been ripped off by them they ring up your merchandise put it in a bag behind the counter and you don't get more than half the items. They claim the things are not covered when it says they are on the shelf. And online claim they have not put it on the card but a hundred dollars was decucted for 3 items after ringing it up then voiding claim it will be put back on the card. It Wasn't and I was not given the receipt that reflected what was done if it doesn't cover it why is it deducted from the card the way they ring it up and then delete it is confusing and just wrong. Twice same thing is no accident it's a ripoff

If you have elderly family members or are a caregiver of special needs individuals CHECK their medications and make sure they’re correct!They gave the wrong medication to a special needs individual that I care for and REFUSED to inform their insurance that THEY messed up so the insurance refused to pay for the correct medication.The solution was simple, all they had to do was admit to their mistake and the problem would’ve been fixed, instead they left a person who was mentally struggling to suffer.They disgust me, we transferred medication and we will never use them again. They can NOT be trusted! Just don’t come here for prescription medication!

Came in to pick up prescription and the staff charged the insurance for my pain medication, then for some unknown reason, reversed the charge. This happened before I got there. When I ask to pick up the medication, they tell me they can't fill it because it's already been charged off by "we don't know"... I call the insurance provider and they point out that that very pharmacy is the one that did it. They don't do a thing to remedy the situation and I now need to take time off of work to pick it up the next day, and do without my pain medication for till they open tomorrow. Thanks for making a mistake and not even attempting to get to the bottom of the problem.

My husband and I were seen at this location today for vaccines. We each had an appointment, my husband’s was at 10 AM and mine was at 10:45 AM. We arrived at 9:45 and watched the pharmacy crew arrive at 10:05. At around 10:10 we began the process of checking in, answering billing questions, dates of birth (over and over again) and address. There were 3 people on duty, one pharmacist and 2 techs. It was pretty obvious that one of the techs was new, as she needed extra help from the other tech. I fully understand we all have to start somewhere and have no problem with being patient with someone who is still learning. At about 10:30 is when I was finally handed a form to fill out, my husband, who’s appointment was before mine, still had not been helped. At 10:40, when my husband asked to speak to a manager, we were told they would get a manger, but that we needed to be patient due a shortage in staffing and having someone in training.Here is my issue with those excuses:1. The staff showed up 5 minutes after my husband’s scheduled appointment. As we all know, just because we are at our desk, doesn’t mean we are ready to see people. There is the whole process of logging on to computers, cash registers, collecting any supplies we might need. So obviously some of the lateness issue was created by the staff not being to work on time.2. We both made an appointment, they knew to expect us. Why not have all the check in paperwork ready the night before? Or schedule a time before the pharmacy opens to get paperwork together? I’ve worked at several businesses which have required making appointments, having paperwork ready before the person is seen is just standard practice.I understand that there just somethings which are out of our control, but why not show some initiative or creativity in dealing with the things that can be controlled? Such as having paperwork ready? Possibly having staff from other, less busy locations, help out with training? Or maybe even, god forbid, start paying out overtime, until you are fully staffed? Given the condition of some of the uniforms I saw on some of the other employees, they looked like they could use the extra money.Also for reference last year when I went for my flu vaccine, I went to the Walgreens in University Place, by Trader Joe’s. I walked in without an appointment, received a flu shot within 10 minutes, and there were only 2 people on duty.

The store staff is helpful and friendly, unfortunately I can't say the same about the pharmacy. I have actually pulled all my prescriptions and moved to another chain drug store entirely because of the snotty attitude of the pharmacy staff. I used to spend quite a bit of money here but I don't want to deal with the attitude anymore, so I am out of there.

They processed my order, It said approved… then their system froze. I showed the clerk my bank statement and that the purchase was taken out of my account… they still refused to give me MY product that I purchased. The manager was lost, the clerk was inconsiderate and not understanding of basic common sense. I live close by. I’ve gone here for 3 years. No more. They tried to tell me that they “Voided the purchase”, yet when I talked to my bank 30 minutes later, my bank said that they didn’t void it and the purchase has gone through. So my bank is having to dispute them now. If you don’t have time in your day to deal with clowns, don’t go here. You WILL regret it.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever! I've never used this pharmacy before and sure as hell never will again. My prescription was sent in around 1pm, they never called me to tell me that my insurance was not in their network, I found out because I called them around 2:30pm to check on the status of my prescriptions. They were supposed to transfer my prescriptions to the Fred Meyer pharmacy and I made it very clear to them that my doctor stated that I have to start these medications today, so I called Fred Meyer at 3pm to check and make sure they recieved it. They said that they had spoken to the Walgreens pharmacy, but had not recieved the transfer yet. So I gave them more time, then I called the Fred Meyer pharmacy again around 6:30pm when I still hadn't heard anything and they had still not received the transfer. So then I called the Walgreens pharmacy again to tell them they need to transfer my medication information before the Fred Meyer pharmacy closes, just to find out that the Walgreens pharmacy closed at 6pm! So they closed and left for the day without transferring the information that Fred Meyer needed to fill my prescriptions after I made it very clear that I needed to start these medications today! THEY HAD ALMOST 6 HOURS TO TRANSFER THIS INFORMATION AND THEY NEVER DID!!!!

Worst retail pharmacy I have ever visited. As a licensed medical professional I would recommend you go to another branch for your pharmaceutical needs. The staff lack the basic knowledge and skill set to do their jobs. Definitely need a visit fro PQAC. It's sad independently owned pharmacies have been put out of business by retail chains like walgreens.

I am so very greatful for the absolute Stellar service I've received from the Pharmacy My husband has been very I'll and scheduled for open heart surgery he has to take many heart medications,there's been many changes and the pharmacy has really been on top of all his medications and has filled his new right away.Thankyou So very much for all you've done and are doing to lighten our load.

I don’t like rating the overall pharmacy, however, ONE tech has been amazing and after coming here for a year she actually helped me find a coupon. No one else did! Now, while my physician office had computer issues, hand written prescriptions were given to me. Apparently two numbers were missing from said prescription. I was treated as if I had made up the prescriptions myself. I was told I needed to make an appointment with my doctor to have it corrected. I called my physician and they told me that most pharmacists would call to validate. That no additional appointment was needed. I went back to the pharmacy hoping to get a different technician and of course it was the same person. An we say holy b! Jen needs a serious attitude adjustment! If you are customer service this is NOT the job for you. Not just in person but hearing her on the phone made me so incredibly furious for those on the other end. She is condescending and rude. The pharmacy manager showed up and a quick phone call to my physician and the prescriptions were filled.

Front staff is fine, Pharmacist staff is rude and unprofessional. Asked the pharmacist desk about advice for some over the counter acne medication for my son. Not only were the 3 staff members not helpful, they were borderline hostile and rude, offered absolutely no useful advice other than 'you know you can buy it on amazon right' They could not even point me to the correct isle in their own store. One girl was even joking with her co workers about how she wished they could just run an audio recoding telling their 'customers' that they didn't offer help or advice.

always an extra long wait time for prescriptions here.it normally takes me around 3-4 hours to get my prescriptions here. but today is taking even longer.it’s so annoying trying to take medications on a routine or at the same time everyday except for when you have to spend half the day waiting for the pharmacy here.i will never fill another prescription here again after sitting through this for the 6th time in a row.

Nothing but problems and delays. If it’s a convenient location for you, you should give them a 3 day window, if not more, to fill any prescription. I’m not interested in spelling out my entire full name five times with every call. Terrible. I wish they would close this pharmacy location down.

This Walgreens is the worst, I went throw the drive thru, and it took 20 minutes the car in front of me took 20 minutes that I can never get back. I called while in the line to see what was the hold up the person who answered the phone was really rude. When I got up to the window no one came to the window I just left it was ridiculous to be in customs service, and not care about other people time.

Worst Walgreens I've ever been at! The people don't know how to work the register there at all and there will be 30 people in line for 30 minutes before they call for help. The Manager at this location doesn't even know how to count! She tried stealing my wife's money because she couldn't count! Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.

Pharmacy is always understaffed and always have some kind of inconsistent wrong information about why a prescription can’t be filled and when it was filled. I can’t deal with how incompetent some of the staff is .. so mind boggling as a customer because you expect a level of decency when it involves customer service but it’s like pulling teeth trying to get someone to help you that’s been thru some kind of training and who isn’t rude.Fast Forward to Now (01-02-2022)The service is still the same 🤦🏻‍♀️ so disappointing when the staff says they have 54 prescriptions that need to be typed before they can even get to yours 😳😳😳 seriously?!?! At this point it seems there’s no hope for this Walgreens … no hope at all!!!

Had a very frustrating situation at this location. I arrived here shortly after 8 pm. My husband needed to pick up some money from Western Union. He sat down at the kiosk saw the girl from the photo department and she saw him. She preceded to let him go through the process on the kiosk. She went ahead and clicked out. We have been told before that anyone in the store can do it. Went to cashier she said she did not know how but that yes there was someone who did know how to do it. She called up a lady wearing a silver vest. She made every excuse in the world why she couldn't do it. But since the photo department girl had clocked out and went home 30 mins early that there was nothing that they could do for me.

Prescription was supposed to be ready at 9:00 a.m....it wasn't. It is now 3:10 p.m. and I have been waiting in the Drive-Thru line for almost an hour. Good luck getting through on the phone to check on the status of your prescription. No one seems to care that some medications are urgent.

Usually experience here is pretty alright. But i had an experience tonight that i haven't had happen before, that makes me feel the need to warn others. So i went in to grab some chips. Well when i went to the counter, all i saw was the chips i was buying get scanned. However, i was also making small talk with the poor old lady since the customer in front of me was a little annoying lol. So i didn't think to look at the screen aside from waiting for my card to be approved. Well i ended up getting charged for a nail file and buffer as well. Which i thought i accidently got free stuff when i got home, until i looked at the reciepe. So i got charged for something i was unaware of. Now don't get me wrong, i am taking responsibility for the fact i should have paid better attention, but I've also never had this happen before. So i just have to say, be more observant than i was! I learned a lesson tonight.

When calling in to run a price check on the types of light bulbs that I would need, me and the visual who answered took the time to gather the detail for the light bulb and proceeded to place me on hold while she went to check the price. In actuality, she transferred me to another associate without telling the associate how to assist me, after spending a decent amount of time Gathering the info from me. The associate I was transferred to then proceeded to collect the information and hung up on me. Upon arriving at the store, I was directed to the wrong aisle and had to be correctly directed to the light bulbs by my fiance, who I had on the phone.
