I just newly discovered tractor supply and don't get me wrong i think i have found many supplies for my pet rabbit for great pricing so i was excited to test them out now that i was out of my inventory but it was really frustrating to have gone down yesterday and shown up 5 min before "apparently" closing time so wasn't able to. Checked online before heading out to make sure and plan accordingly, Drove a long way to get what i needed it was a big waist of time to drive all the way back empty handed and have to get and spend more on stuff again at the pet sore that i didn't really want to do.

I make a a trip out to Tractor Supply several times a year to stock up on bird seed, whole corn and what ever else I might need for my other critters. Today I ( a 65 year old woman) , shopping alone, loaded 50lbs of corn, 40 lbs of fruit and nut onto my flat cart while continuing shopping ,added six other items to my purchases and proceeded to check out. I'm not upset that I wasn't asked if I needed help out, because I can certainly handle the weight of my purchases. I'm upset because the cashier, Angelina didn't bother to exercise enough common courtesy to ask if I wanted a bag for my separate items. I had to ask for one and then it was made clear that she really didn't want to help bag them, so I baggged them myself. Exercising sarcasm here ( Like a sign I purchased for my kitchen) those Items wouldn't fit in my pockets! Will I go back, yes. Will I avoid this cashier, most certainly.

They need to make sure the store hours are posted correctly! Twice now we have gone and ironically 🙄 we show up when they just closed right on the dot🤦🏻‍♀️ frustrating beacuse obviously animals have to eat and the holiday messed up our how many days extra supply we had smh

The c.s.r.'s we're extremely friendly and proactive and helping me find the products I needed. As there is quite an extensive array of products in the landscaping field, I found that it was much easier to come up with a solution on the right products for me with a customer service rep that was knowledgeable about products and able to point out what things were right for me.

Great store good place to find good quality clothing they have good work clothes and shoes to so much more . They have thermals hoodies sweat outfit attires to fleece coats for men . I can't wait to come looking around again to see what else I can find.

I get my dog food here and it's reasonably priced, and the employees are always very friendly, however I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.I drove all the way to Spanaway to pick up a curbside order before the posted closing hours (as posted on Google, the Tractor Supply website and the storefront) only to be met with locked doors, with the lights still on and open sign flashing. After calling and getting no answer from the Spanaway location, I called the Puyallup location and was told that due to staffing shortages, the location now closes at 7 pm as opposed to 9 pm. A simple hours update on Google would have saved me the trip, and with gas prices as high as they are in the area, it's not worth the trip to a store that may or may not be open. Maybe call before you head over to make sure they are actually open if you decide to go.

This store closes at 8pm during the week and 7pm on Sunday . The staff has tried to change the hours here on Google but there’s a glitch. CLOSES AT 8pm !! Please take note

Very strange last couple of shopping experiences at Tractor Supply in Spanaway.As my wife and I are working on a fencing project and shopping for supplies. A young militant looking person followed us around the store. Very strange. I’m guessing some sort of untrained security? In short I’ll never go to this store again. If the owner of the store really cares? I would suggest to you to have a silent shopper and this will explain.Regards

It's a big box farm store you could probably beat the price online but if you need it right now, it is cheaper then Wilco and the workers have always been super nice even if there knowledge of the products is that of what you would expect at target. I go here to get my cages (the Dumor srackers) and it is always pleasant.

sometimes my dad takes me here - probably once or twice a month. i like the area and it's spaced out; i can see their selections or whatever. I like seeing the little chicks or ducklings they have on rare occasions, very cute haha. they usually have whatever we need at the moment like those "garage in a box" or long ahh hoses or something haha. but they have animal food for just about any animal ad well. random stuff like "gunpowder scented soap, 100% American" - no lie I saw that fr

Wendy is the absolute best she has the experience to match the questions !! I came in during chick days and had no clue where to even start , Wendy set us up with everything we would need for our brand new adventure . The experience is refreshing , I will always go to this location for all future needs because of her .

They have always been helpful. The last time I went I was very specific saying what I wanted for bird food and was still rung up for something different. They were very fast to fix the issue. It was the third time it happened in the last 4 visits. I hadn't realized when I left the poor review there were several new employees still training.

Man I don't even like leaving reviews let alone negative reviews but I work swing shift and I got out of work early enough to get here before 9:00 but the doors were locked and there was a lady sweeping right by the door and she said we close at 8:00. And I said it says on Google you close at 9:00. And she just said Google was wrong

I buy dog food here and that is about it. I need to find a new place that carries it.... Today was like any other day I come in. The check out is backed up and taking longer than it should. One teller left he register to open the jewelry cabinet.. (Do you not call someone else and keep the line moving?) the other teller is conversing about a lady's dog in the basket. I just want to check out and get to my appointment, which I missed by the way. I do not understand how you cannot realize a line of people waiting to check out and not have any sense of urgency at all. It seemed to be social time. This seems to be the theme with this store over and over every time I come in and expect to just pick up and item. I think to myself it will be quick.... nope, never with this store.

I loved coming here for my pets needs but after tonight I won’t be coming back to this location ever again, I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service until today. The hours state that they close at 9 tonight (9/4) come to the entrance to find an employee just sitting there acknowledges that I am standing outside and can’t tell me if they’re closed, just makes eye contact and stares at my husband & I, I understand if the hours are different due to the holiday but I find it extremely unprofessional to just sit there stare at a customer and not let them know if they’re closed when even the open sign is on, I did in fact read the sign that said the store would close early on Monday 9/7 due to Labor Day, totally understand but the fact that the employee is just not letting me know whether they’re closed is extremely rude, not to mention he had let some other customer go in a minute before we walked up. I’m disappointed & in disbelief.

Did not at all appreciate the cashier making assumptions about my dog and her behavior with her toys. The comment was unnecessary and quite frankly very rude. She also didnt even bother directing us properly to what we needed. Put there somewhere was incredibly assinine. Will not come back nor recommend at all.

Change your hrs on Google!!!!. Says they are open tell 9pm but they close at 7pm, or maybe earlier.Feels like just whenever they feel like it... (Last 3 times we have gone they have been closed early) They have an employee and friends sitting out front. But it makes it appear open and is just plain awkward! We got there at 7:30 and watched 6 people go up to the doors to get told they are closed.

I have had nothing but great service here! When nobody else had a water pump for my RV, Tractor Supply had three different models. The complaints listed here are so minor I can’t help but wonder why they bothered to complain. This is a great store with very friendly staff.

Called over an hour before their posted closing time (9pm) and asked if they filled propane tanks. He says yes we do, but we close at 8 o clock. We rushed to the store, brought our tanks in 5 minutes to their new unposted closing time with tons of people still roaming the store, and were told they don't have a qualified person to refill it. Asked them why I was told they could on the phone and got a shoulder shrug. Frustrating.

Very Poor Customer Service. Twice now as a business account holder with tractor supply we have been told we could come pick up some product only to be told when arriving the store manager has changed his mind in the 20 minuets it took us to arrive and put a cap on the items we needed and were told just minuets before we would be fine to pick up. not only did they waste our time, our drivers time, and now i have an unhappy customer for my own business that was expecting us to perform an installation. Will not be returning to this location again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Out of all the stores in this area, this one by far is the worst. Do not even answer the phone. Called 3 different times today, have not had hay in 3 weeks. And no matter what, the answer is always, I have no idea, I'm sorry. Well, I'm sorry does not feed my horse. I have asked for a regular stocked item numerous times and there answer is, they do not carry it anymore, well, the Yelm Store has it auto shipped, so the Spanaway store has unclicked the auto ship on that item, and they tell me it's discontinued, and I can order online and have it shipped.

Had a pleasant experience here and have no reason not to give it 5 stars. We plan on coming here more often once we get more into homesteading.We came to get a few horse stall mats on a Saturday morning. Checkout was a breeze, and we pulled around back to get loaded. The gentleman driving the forklift was a pro and also pleasant.Aside from that, there is a huge selection of workwear, home and yard supplies, not to mention the chicks are good lookin! The ducks are too lol.

This is a good place to come for all your out door hardware needs and stuff for animals. Good selection, brands, types and prices too. This would be a 5 star review but some of the employees can be a little gruff and slow about giving help. But there are a few gem's that will help and know what they are doing.
