I have always love coming here to do my grocery shopping! I love how Safeway has such a large selection of Asian specialties & delicacies. Their produce are a lot cheaper & fresh than most local grocery shopping stores I have been to!When I visit my family here in Seattle? This is my go to stop bc it’s literally the SAFEWAY(est) way to shop! Lol get it ? SAFEWAY ! I miss this !

Love the sushi here!!! I've only had questionable sushi once from this location, And it was just because the rice was under cooked. But yeah, I also love the produce department. Great selection and well maintained store. Clean and well stocked.

While the products are well organized and staff are always friendly and helpful, the bathrooms here are constantly in an atrocious state. Just in my most recent visit, the soap dispenser was broken, there was trash and several feminine hygiene products littering the floor, it smelled horrible, and there was graffiti offering illicit drugs, and sexual acts coating the walls. I will not post a picture of this as someone’s phone number was placed on the wall as well, and I don’t want them to be harassed.

They have an employee named RAUL, who works self shelf check out at this location who takes pictures of women, and gains access to your info most likely through the rewards program that we sign up for. Don't ask me how, just know that this individual named Raul, has all of my info, and has been posing as a friend of mine to other coworkers from my place of employment that come in to shop. I do not know this person!!! He must be stopped, this is unacceptable, and scary. I didn't know Safeway allowed CREEPS to represent their establishment. I have filled complaints against him, hopefully something gets done!

I stood in line for fried chicken for 20 minutes to be told I couldn't have it if I had other shopping to do. No postings anywhere to indicate you had to purchase the hot food in the deli. I will no longer be shopping at Safeway and I will share this abysmal experience with everyone I know.

The pharmacy never opens on time. It's ridiculous. It wouldn't it be nice to come whenever you like...jeez. what is so hard coming at 9am. I have to be at work at 5am every morning and these employees at safeway pharmacy can't even manage to do that.

Why did you take away the hand baskets to shop? The store is fairly small and navigating everyone with a shopping cart for a few items is awful. Please bring the baskets back!

I was here on Christmas Day 2023. Despite how busy it was, they kept the store clean and lines moving. On a day when many people feel stressed, everyone in this Safeway was very merry. Most importantly, Miss Sheril was incredibly kind and helpful. It’s funny that on such an already happy day for me, she made a big impact. Her friendliness made me think about the warmth of this vibrant neighborhood. Thank you to Miss Sheril and the rest of the Safeway team!

5 STARS TO THE SEAFFOD DEPARTMENT. LOTS OF CARE AND DETAIL. Anyone the folds your fish nicely is 5 STARS. SEE pictures.4 STARS for the Awesome VALENTINE'S DISPLAYS. As per pricing could be much lower because of location. One star for the LONG LINES it discourages the buying experience.

Nice store. Clean, with stocked shelves. My visit was good and everyone there was friendly and helpful.Edit: the hard alcohol is locked up, but wine and beer is still easily accessible. These items are now in the center of the store.

Safeway is an okay store, but every location is understaffed causing customer inconvenience. It has all departments with a pharmacy, floral, bakery, deli, and Starbucks. Getting through a checkout line is not without challenges. If I only have a few items the self checkout is a quicker option, but for a full cart it's better to go through a regular register. Especially since the self check often gets hung up then you have to wait even longer. We shop the ads with the APP to get the Just 4 U price breaks. It's a pain in the rear to use and not always correct. Always double check receipts before leaving the store. There is no inside bank at this location. A cash and TPU payment machine are near the customer service counter.

2 free vehicle charging stations. Limit 2 hours. They are not often in use, but users of non-electrical cars often steal the parking spots.

Not my favorite Safeway though, overall, Safeway is my all time favorite grocer.This location doesn’t stock a bunch of items I regularly shop for so that is rather disappointing to me.In addition, there are just so many homeless or should i say the new politically correct term of unhoused persons sitting as you approach the store asking for money.i simply just didn’t feel safe whatsoever and, like i said, Safeway is my favorite grocer.I was visiting a friend in this neighborhood, which is what brought me to this specific location.I will have it honestly admit that I absolutely will not return to this specific location due to personal safety concerns alone.It was after dark when i arrived and i just was on my most head on a swivel stick guard, for lack of a better term, the entire time i was there.So much so, i completely forgot themain reason I had gone to the store in the first place!I was in such a hurry to get out of there quickly (if not sooner) and away from this particular location entirely!I do not believe this is Safeway’s fault whatever, so please do not think i will no longer shop at Safeway, because the truth of the matter is that i will ALWAYS shop at Safeway!The Meat department ALONE will keep me coming back every time so please do not misconstrue this individual review of this location because overall Safeway is a top class grocer who, in my humble opinion, is tough to beat fornot only selection of products, quality of meats and produce which is second only to fresh farmers markets and, last but not least by any stretch of the imagination, absolutely without a doubt, outstanding customer service which has become almost an extinct feature in practically every business out there!

It was a decent experience.My only request is that management educate themselves on which items are approved for W.I.C. Kefir for instance, previously bought at WinCo and Fred Meyer. Item is WIC approved, but wasn't approved at Safeway. At first I was offended, I came to a conclusion to give it to them as a learning opportunity.Next time, I want loss prevention to hold my hand and my extra reusable bags. This way I can gauge an actual necessity rather than a want. While I get my shopping necessities done. If I decide to use my bags instead of a dirty shopping cart, then so be it.

First place Safeway I’ve visited, since I’m out of state. It had all things I needed when I went. It’s a bit crowded in there, with a lot of empty checkout lanes but when I got attended the associate was very friendly. Nice first time experience!

Deli was just stocked with hot food! Chinese food was great! The counter guy has zero personality. Only thing he had to say was what I wanted. even was like that to one of his co-workers. Un sociable. Don't remember his name tag but he has a necklace with the letter ES on it. Dump him Safeway!!!! He sucks

The pharmacy was nasty. Dirt so thick you could write your name in it. Gum stuck to a display box of cold meds. Right next to the window and cash registar. I took the med. bottle and sanitzed before giving to my daughter. The whole counter area was dispusting. I would not get vaccines from thos location.

It's close by so we walk..great selection(most of the time..sometimes the frozen section is rough🤣) all the associates are so kind and helpful! We love going here! The Starbucks, bakery and floral department are our favorite though! They always make my daughter feel like she's their favorite person! They know us by name and always make her feel soo special! She talks about all the workers like they're her best friends 🤣 **They have shopping carts again yay!!🎉

There aren't enough cashiers true but, the people they do have are friendly. They don't have enough fried seagull for the deals they have. Too many people have hyphenated names in the reviews. They also don't stock toilet paper in the stairwell leading to the gas station so the pill heads outside asking for money smell funny.
