The cake was fresh delicious and beautiful design. I would recommend ordering a cake from here for any occasion. And the decorations were fun. The cupcakes was also delicious and fresh.

This is the best grocery store in the area. They are little bit more expensive than the rest in some categories, but they more than make up for it with their quality of service. We have been visiting here for years, and the staff have always greeted us with a smile and conversation. Tesha is the best! She knows my son by name and always makes his day when we stop by!

Shopping here is so much better than Some of the other local grocery stores. Especially like the fact that I don't have to wait in long lines like other stores. Still shop in other stores but when it comes to Fruit and Vegetables always go to QFC. The one thing I don't like is for some reason $$ many times they only have small containers for soup. Which means you are paying more if you want to or need more soup. Just seems kinda fishy to me that they can't keep a supply of the larger containers. This has happened many times when I wanted to get some soup.

This store used to be a lot better but there seems to be a lot more crime in the area and the parking lot is usually littered with garbage. There's been a lot of theft so they close down one of the entrance/exits at like 8pm which is kind of a nuisance for those of us who don't steal. I know prices of food has gone up everywhere but this store seems to be very overpriced. If it wasn't so convenient I'd definitely shop somewhere else. I can say that most of the staff are super friendly but not the most efficient.

A want to do a shout out to Brenda in the bakery. I came in for a tulip cup for my mother's birthday. There were none made and she was kind enough to make one for us and put a birthday pick in it. Excellent customer service at the Northshore QFC Bakery

Qfc as a store is good. I believe they should take their lotto more seriously. There are alot of us that use this service daily. The employees always seem annoyed with having to do it. They only supply one lotto machine so if it breaks down which happens alot we cannot use the service. Don't forget this brings in revenue AND happy customers. I've noticed the store manager shuts it off at night if he has to work so he doesn't have to deal with it.

I'm not normally one to complain about a grocery store but man the QFC in North Tacoma has fallen off. Yesterday my wife and I were shopping there yesterday (9/27) at around noon. She just had foot surgery and needed a mart cart to get around. I'm not sure what is happening but the store was almost unshoppable. The floor was so cluttered with Uboats, boards on the floor, merchandising was blocking the aisles. I had to move shippers and uboats, 3 tiers for her to get around. I even mentioned it to a couple associates and they basically rolled their eyes. Other customers were saying the same thing. At one point a Colgate shipper had fallen over and I picked up the product. I took some pics but the pictures don't even come close to doing it justice. I don't want to shop else where but may start if this continues as this has happened more and more at this location. Don't forget about ease of traffic for your customers. It was completely ridiculous.

Terrible customer service at the self checkout isle. Kim seemed to be more interested in carrying on a conversation with someone else when our machine was lit up and we were raising our hands to get her attention. Then she started to come towards us, only to turn around and continue talking with the guy. Not letting us know she'd be with us in a minute. No apology or anything, just very rude. It really seemed like we were just bothering her. Hire people that are willing to do their job.

Pretty normal grocery store experience most of the time part from my trip in tonight where I was met with a pretty rude self checkout attendant at about 6:35. Just wanted to know why the rewards card discount wasn't showing up but when I called her over before I even got a word out she just kept saying 'press pay now' repeatedly interrupting almost every word I try to get in. Course I eventually did press it and the coupons showed up but I have absolutely no idea why she couldn't have just said that they would. Personally I have anxiety and when someone is just repeating 'press pay now' over and over again without explaining anything or even letting me say what my issue was as pretty unnerving.

Prejudice at its finest. Had a return with receipt in hand. Woman pretended she didn't see me, walked away to chat at self checkout. Had to approach her. She spoke to me as if I was stupid asking for the receipt after I showed her. Waved another employee who refused to assist saying I needed to go back to original store. Then said item wasn't on the receipt. Next excuse was it wasn't in store to return. After seeing corresponding info between item in hand and receipt. Confirmed it with department then still denied saying i still needed to go back to the original store and they couldnt return due to it being purchased with a gift card. I didn't need the extra item and could've just gotten a credit or a gift card back but they both denied service as soon as they seen me. Neither were welcoming or helpful. Nor were they even busy. But was in such a rush to not help that he dropped my item the floor trying force it back towards me. No sorry no nothing. They've lost my company's business for sure.

This location came in clutch this past Sunday! We were one ingredient short of the final touches on a recipe, checked the location closer to our place and they did not carry the brand we needed. Checked here, and found exactly what we needed. Picked up a few extra for next time too! Although the inconsistencies between product availability is frustrating and unfortunate, the outcome of finding what was needed was worth the search.

Sure the place is clean, stocked, generally organized, and in a convenient location. However, the evening staff is generally unprofessional; prices are average. Whether it's *acting inconvenienced*, being overly casual, *dismissive*, or treating customers as *generally not important*, the evening staff needs a customer service make-over! I get better customer service at McDonald's buying a chicken sandwich than when I'm here to spend $200. It's not straight rude but a *passive attitude*. You shouldn't need to be the friendly regular that's recognized to get each employees best customer service. Yes, some employees are nice and smile when they're not busy, but I spent 11 years in grocery and every time I visit in the evening something new rubs me the wrong way. For now I just drive past to Fred Meyer whenever I can to avoid this store. Please management, improve professionalism of the evening staff, lots of work needed.

Kinda higher prices for a Kroger store. But they now carry the vegan beyond burgers! Pretty clean store. Not a bad place. Only giving it four stars because of the higher prices. But they carry a lot of different life style eating options!!

There are employees and management staff at this location who make it very clear that they do not want to help you. One of the most current examples of this...another customer and I walked up to the checkout area about the same time and there was one checkout with the open light on but no person...there was one lady who appeared to be putting a cash drawer in a checkout lane about two lanes down from the "open" lane and there were also three gentlemen ("management") standing about four feet from the "open" lane....none of these employees acknowledged us until we spoke up and then they still did not offer to help us until we asked again if anyone was there to help their customers...this was not the first time I was treated as an "inconvenience" by an employee at this location...it happened a few months before in the produce area when I asked a lady for some help. Why would a business treat their customers like this... don't they know they would not have a job if it wasn't for their customers? The deli area and the bakery area are always very nice and helpful...but the floor area, flower area, produce department, meat department, and checkout area are not. It is getting to the point that I am going to stop going there even though it is convenient.

I told an employee that someone at the entrance was using a electrical outlet to charge their phone and I could hear them making a blatant drug deal on their phone . The mother entering in front of me heard him as well and pulled her young son closer to herself to avoid this person.The employee in produce rolled their eyes and laughed at me . I asked to see the manager and was treated like I was a problem . I explained that I had removed these outlets for Safeway as it was an obvious concern to them and He then accused me of trying to rip him off. !Wow what a weird course of events,. I haven't shopped there since.

I LOVE this store! Everyone that works there is so nice and professional. The quality on the produce is fantastic. When I'm shopping, I get asked if I need any help and it might not even be the employees area of work. They definitely work as a team there! The store is always clean!

One of my favorite grocery stores. It has everything I’m looking for. Love the vitamin and coffee selection. Also, they carry cheaper top pot donuts. Grab a donut and Starbucks! I don’t have to drive too far, which is nice!!

Usually everyone is so friendly at this store. (That’s why I’m giving it a 3 star) However, when I went through the self check line, an elderly lady with short hair, was there. First, she ignored me when I went up to her to ask her a question. When she did decide to look at me, I asked her if I could exchange my 5 for 5 ones. But she walked right past me so I stopped mid sentence because I didn’t want to interrupt her while she was helping another customer. She then says ā€œI’m listeningā€ with a rude tone while her back is to me. I explain my request and add that if she doesn’t want to, it’s alright. Well, she did it, but you would’ve thought I had pulled her leg or something because she angrily stormed off to grab my ones. Then, she threw them on the counter before handing them to me. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers. Especially if customer service is part of your job description.
