Viscerally frustrating design. 2 carts cannot pass side by side on any aisle due to all the promotional impulse garbage hanging in the aisle. No cashier lines open unless the you-scan is overflowing (the area cannot fit a cart of any size without crushing yourself against the terminals and really is only sufficient if you're buying five items given the space you have for your purchases) was the last push I needed to not shop with this vendor again. Prices and selection are nothing worth the terrible experience of shopping in this ill-designed store so take your money where they don't force me to do one of their workers jobs for the privilege of handing over your cash 🙄

A small grocery store so it doesn't have every brand of items or some other things. But the staff is 5 stars and it a clean store. Great store for a quick grab and go.

Staff is nice and I pay at least $100 a week there but not allowed use the restroom after 8pm. I'm a regular customer and the staff knows me. I'm not spending any money where they will not let me use the restroom if they have one and I have to go. Signed an elderly person

Qfc. I think is so near byfrom pacificand86th street...ilove their deli section. It's been in the neighbor. Hood. Community. For more than 30yrs...bakery section they. Got. Everything. Home made freshness...breads. to entire dinner entrees...desert. galore. Florists. The bouquets. Are so clever. Beautifullroses fresh. Never. Losing. Their petals...exotic plants. All kinds of catus...plants too....

This location is quite good. It doesn't feel cramped and stuffed full. It isn't "cozy". It feels like a normal grocery store. It isn't fancy, and the building is old. One friend tells me the place has an odor but I've never noticed. The selection of goods is decent. The staff are friendly as long as you respect them and don't try to scam them. 😀 The secondary doors (the ones on the right) are closed early to help cut down on theft, so don't be surprised if the doors are locked on that side. Theft is popular here, but they are cracking down, and law enforcement is being more proactive once again. I'm happy to see it.

Quality Food Center has reasonable prices, with a pretty average shopping experience, but they're seriously lacking in customer service. Very recently I was in line to just purchase a pack of cigarettes and there was a plethora of difficulties originating from the staff, which resulted in a 10 minute transaction for just the cigarettes. There's one employee in particular, a Checker named Brande, who has a hostile demeanor as she completes her duties, which ruins the shopping experience because you leave feeling like you aren't welcomed back.

Most of the staff up here are amazing! The remodel of the store makes it look so much better. All new cases in the deli brand new Refrigeration in the produce and the meat department. Now, if corporate would let them do something about all the theft, it could be an even nicer place to shop

This QFC location is handy for when I’m in a pinch, but not my favorite location mostly due to the safety of the parking lot. There is a homeless encampment in between the QFC and McDonald’s and high crime in this parking lot. Almost all of the items are locked up, even the laundry soap. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is clean.

It was nice to be able to go into a store and not have to wait in a line. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Went in and grabbed my items went to register paid and on my way. Great Job QFC!

It's an older store/location. It's on the smaller side so they have a little less selection than a bigger one. But its a nice store and low key if you don't come in the late afternoon. Workers are helpful and cordial. I stop in here once or twice a month.07/23 still like stopping in when I need something

This is my neighbor store. The lady named Kelly that work is amazing! She really remembers the regulars by name even. I've never had a bad experience here in over 5 years. Every time I have a question I get an answer or they direct me to someone who can help.

This is my local grocery store but not by choice. Every time I go here there are homeless people and druggies in and around the store and people stealing every single time I go in. No one at this store cares to help you either, with the self checkout customer service of any kind has gone out the window. And why am I paying more because you can't stop the theft? Take action!

This store sucks, high prices, no bathroom, barely any check stands open. Pretty sad that this is the only store in the area.Update: avocados at QFC were 2.79. They’re 1.00 each at Fred Meyer. Croutons were 2.79 at QFC but only 1.99 at Fred Meyer.10/3/2310.99 for 30 Kroger brand heartburn pills, 4.19 for the identical product at Fred Meyer.

I am basing my review on one experience I had today.Generally, this is a good store. Most employees have been there a long time.The employee today must have been a newbie whose understanding of customerservice was quite lacking.Maybe she should consult a dictionary to familiarize herself with the term.Couldn't hurt.The employee in question was too busy talking to another employee to assist me.I simply asked where the kombucha was located.Her dismissive tone and haughty attitude was quite surprising as she was supposed to assist customers.It would have taken her 10 seconds to tell me it was in the produce section.Instead,she chose to answer by saying, I will answer you when I am done.I then told her I would find it myself and not to bother.She chased after me, shoutingI told you I would help you when I was done.I had told her not to bother but she chased me down.I will avoid her whenever possible.I refuse to not go to the store because of one surly employee.service

Going during the day is fine. But going at night, you have to watch your back because of all the homeless and druggies around. At least they do have security officers around. But you don't know what they r allowed to do/not do.

I generally shop in the evening when my husband gets off work at 8pm. We are usually drained from work and not the most peppy, but somehow when we leave the Pacific Ave QFC we are left with such a positive experience it lightens our mood. The staff are always courteous and ask about our day and whether we had any trouble locating anything. Before I knew about their loyalty program, one of the men asked if I was expecting any discounts- I explained I was tired and there might be discounts but I didn’t know. Two minutes later he had all the weekly specials and discounts removed from my bill and told me he was happy I came in that night. I am an older tubby married woman,, so its grreat to see staff that really care about their job and are genuinely courteous, even when the customer isnt a fashion hottie. Thank you QFC-, this customer truly appreciates the clean stocked shelves and AWESOME staffFIVE HIGH FIVES!!

I love shopping here. Ive been shopping here almost exclusively for about a year now. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, the produce is fresh and they usually have what I need. It is a small store and they just sell food. They dont have clothes and all that, which is why I like going here. The lines move quick and they are pretty good about calling extra checkers to the front when things get busy.

I just had the worst experience in a grocery store ever.I got to customer service at 6.50pm as I knew it closed at 7pm.I waited almost 25 minutes before anyone called on the intercom for customer service which never showed up.When I talked to the so called shift manager all he said qas that customer service was closed and they didn't have anyone to staff it but I saw two employees in the self check out and other employees that were just standing around..I am going to report this the the corporate headquarters and will never shop there again as I do not take kindly to being treated like I was.

The reason I am giving this place any stars at all is because a wonderful lady who’s working at the checkout stand named Michelle. I went through the whole store trying to get help with some thing every employee I spoke with including the store manager was extremely rude. I then went to the lady at the cash register and she immediately helped me with what I needed help with. You guys would be smart to keep her around and get rid of the store manager for sure. I guess I shouldn’t say that it was a store manager because I don’t know for sure but it was whoever is in charge at 7:30 AM On Saturday September 25 2021 I will be calling corporate later today when they are open. Thank you Michelle for your help.
