Everyone is always so friendly and ready to help. We took our puppy in for a quick wash and Chris was amazing! She and the whole team were patient (our puppy is a true, pup, very excited and energetic) and communicative. They made me and Oreo feel comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Today we got our fur baby Jax his first grooming! We needed to find a groomer ASAP due to petco being unprofessional and being the worst. We initially last minute booked for a bath but Emily let us know about an opening for a trim! Emily did so great, and everyone that worked at the grooming was so sweet. She did such a great job, and Jax came back happy and smelling AMAZING. Thank you Emily! We found our groomer :)

Took my 4 year old pup here for grooming services and was so pleased by the whole team's competence, care, and knowledge! They were not just superficially friendly but we're genuinely interested in my dogs needs and also seemed to enjoy their work which makes for a great experience. Thank you to my groomer Chris, but really the whole team was excellent!

I had been assisted by such a helpful associate and had so many questions and I left with all of them answered and all the supplies they needed to rid my aquarium of a snail infestation and repopulate with live plants. The selection of aquarium filters and equipment is great. After years I finally decided to go with the best and it's still reasonably priced for being top of the line.

Scheduled a curb side pick up order. Parking for curbside pickup was easily identifiable, check in was quick and easy, and our order was out much more quickly than I expected. I would absolutely patronize this location again.

This review is for the grooming team! Specifically Farrah S. Hands down the best service I have ever received at a PetSmart.We are a military family and my baby Napoleon has been to several PetSmarts in different States to include Central (TX) and East (MD, NY).He suffers from separation anxiety and trust me when I say it’s not easy to deal with him sometimes.We recently relocated to WA and I am very happy to have found Farrah. From day 1 she treated my baby like her own. Every time I pick him up he looks happy not to mention that Farrah does a terrific job with his hair cut. He has been here 4 times before writing this review and the service has been consistently great every time.

Three Different Awesome ladies helped me. Service was quick getting crickets. Another checked in back for more superwòrms but had none. Cashier was quick and seemed happy. She also called for another cashier as soon as 2 people got in line. Thanks again. I was tired and hurting from a disability but they acted normal and didn't waste any time.

First of all it was so fun to see all the dogs that came in to this store. A special shout out to"Joseph" from Blue Buffalo who went above and beyond. He showed us where the flea medication was for our cats, he offered to get us a cart and when we were checking out, he was bringing in carts. Very valuable representative and super friendly employees. 💯% will be back!

Just your basic pet store chain. However this store is probably the best example of a PetSmart that I've ever seen.The staff seem happy everything is faced and clean, and there's never a wait to get crickets

I had been going to a Petco for several years, but after I moved the local Petco was closed so I went to PetSmart. Wow, what a difference. This store is well lit and well stocked. Employees are readily available for questions and checkout. It's not any cheaper, but nothing to be done about that. At least there is enough variety. I won't be going back to Petco.

I shop here a lot. They take good care of there fish. they sell a lot of “glo corydora’s”. Sad seeing them sold still. They’re banned in other countries for a reason

If you are not going to “promote” an item, why sell it??? Feeling a little judged after my visit to this store today. I was looking at an item in the “training” section and one of the workers approached and asked if I needed help, I explained to her why I was looking at the item and she began her “speech” on why I shouldn’t use said item, and another customer walked by and inserted his 2 cents, supporting the worker. When she was done, I politely said unfortunately none of those options work for us and our reactive dog, we use what works and have had a trainer teach us how to help him safely and effectively. Just because a certain method does not work for one dog, doesn’t mean it won’t for another. NO TWO DOGS ARE THE SAME. It is very isolating and sometimes defeating when raising a reactive dog, and to go to a “pet” store and have the worker basically tell me everything I do for my dog is wrong, was very frustrating and upsetting.

They never seem to have the brands that my pets want, and they are more expensive than other chains or even local pet stores. I recently bought a cat toy that promised to move like an insect. It only spins around, and only on a hard floor. On carpet it does nothing. When I took it back, there was a huge line, one cashier, but a manager type person was acting like a greeter. I asked about returns and she told me I had to stand in the line for the only cashier. I turned to leave because I was tired and she tried to convince me it would go fast. The line went back into the products. I felt that she lacked empathy for me, and would have been better use to the store if she'd opened another register.

I went in today to get my dog groomed and her nails clipped they did a perfectly good job clipping her nails but they did not brush my dog out after brath her very well I got clumps of hair off of her after I came home this is after 10 minutes of brushing my dog out. Management was unhelpful.

This pet store is GREAT!!! Staff is very helpful in answering pet questions and finding things. In addition to dog and cat items, they also have everything you might need for birds, fish and reptiles. They have parakeets and fish for sale. I believe they have dog training classes but not sure about grooming. All in all, I highly recommend PetSmart for all your pet's needs!

Popped into PetSmart today to pick up the new puppy some chew toys cuz she chewing through everything found some awesome to toys with the help of the associates and the one I came up with is made out of firehose so hopefully that will hold up got buy one get one 1/2 off so also picked her up a rubber chew toy and that one is made by Kong classic the one that's made out of the fire hose is top paw Tuff toy
