Had my dogs nails clipped, she was a puppy mill dog the first 5yrs of her life and was badly abused, scared of everything, Petco was awesome, gentle and kind and took there time, my dog did awesome and it's even made her a happier dog. Love this place

My dog is an emotional support animal that was adopted from the humane society a few years back so he has some anxiety issues and these girls worked with my dog so well and he came out a whole new dog. Everything was beyond my expectations, thank you so much especially to Alina.

Tina is the best! Bear has never looked better! Normally he still sheds after getting groomed other places but not this time! Its amazing! I would recommend Tina to anyone and everyone! She goes above and beyond for her customers and their pets!

My dog is very nervous about nail trims and being on raised surfaces. We went for a walk-in service, and the groomer, I believe her name was Alina, was very patient with my dog and took the time to keep her calm. I've never seen her so calm for a nail trim. I will definitely be returning for more services.

I have a large (110 lbs) dog with very long hair (Burmese mountain/Great Pyrnesees) and this is the best he has looked! I really appreciate the attention to detail. The groomer was as good with people as she was with my dog - fantastic. Thank you

Second time I took my puppy in to have her nails trimmed. Totally awesome experience! Legacy the groomer took extra special care to make my puppy's experience a positive one. Great service at a really reasonable price.👍

Great service almost every time, but have had one bad grooming experience with a different groomer in the past. If you get that groomer, just don't use them again because the rest have been great! - UPDATED 11/29/21 - lowering by a star because, although still happy with Tina's grooming, but I wasn't told when I booked that there would be a "rush rover" fee for not being crated prior to grooming. Also, I was charged for nails when I said that they didn't need to be done. Bottom line, ask for a written price breakdown of everything prior to the grooming.

Petco groomers are very professional & reliable. They have always given great quality service to my dogs in the past. Petco groomers have always given priority to calming my dogs during the "spa" sessions. They've not hurried the dogs thru the grooming so that my dogs would look forward to returning.

They hurt my dog. She had never even growled at someone in the past n her skin was do raw from 1 of their groomers shaving her, which they did not have permission to do, she nipped at me when I touched her side!!! I will never return!!! Now, I take my girls to PetSmart!!! They are wonderful n so patient with my dogs!!!

Staff was professional and informative. They took extra care & patience with my 4 year old german shepherd who had never been to a groomer before this. She is very touchy with any handling of her feet. Groomer took the extra time to get her comfortable with the nail cutting & balming. I appreciate all that they have done now & in the past with my other older dog.

Don’t take your cat in to get cleaned. It’s hard to clean a cat, I get it. But they charged me without actually bathing him. We had to do it later and it was obvious. They will lie to you.

Went there cause my dog had a litter and needed puppy food for my dog the person who helped me was very nice and all but i spent $100 on a bag of dog food a bag of treats and some dry shampoo way to costly for my budget and they have no lasting toys for big dog toys
