I recently brought my beloved dog to Mutt Puddles Dog Wash LLC for a much-needed grooming. I was very impressed with the care and attention they gave my pet. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they provided a great service. My dog was happy and relaxed when I picked him up, and he looked absolutely amazing. We were looking for a self-service dog wash and stumbled upon these guys. They were so nice and helpful and the place was very nice inside. Our dog really enjoyed getting a bath (which is unusual when we go to most groomers), we will be back again!

Simply outstanding facility, customer service, and grooming! Sharon is an angel- we have a very nervous rescue and she took the extra time and care to make her first grooming experience a loving and safe visit. She did an excellentjob on our 2 other pups as well, and we bathed our Lab in the self-washstation, which was fully supplied and so handy. Outstanding experience and will be returning soon!

Great place to wash your dogs! Good value because they supply all the soap, conditioner and towels. The best part is you don't have to clean up your own bathtub! The owners Sharon and Mike are helpful and stock great products.

I have been taking my fur baby here for a year now. This is a family owned business very friendly and professional in what they do. I always feel welcomed and loved as does my fur baby.The prices are reasonable depending on what you want.The self washing is great if you want to get in and out quickly.I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great home environment for your fur babies.

I've driven past Mutt Puddles for years and always thought it looked like a quiet place and not much going on. I stopped one day to check it out, there was only my car in the parking area. That's when I learned they also take drop off appointments for grooming and it's a busy little shop!It's a small business, but they offer so much. You can do self service washing in the elevated tubs, or get full grooming and doggy spa services. The owners are really nice people and great with pets. The shop is really welcoming and such good energy. My puppies aren't traumatized after being groomed, and they look really good.Sharon has rescued my puppies from my pathetic attempts at grooming and showed me how to fix it. And she didn't charge me double to fix my disaster! Their rates are really reasonable and they are really helpful with their experience and knowledge.Mutt Puddles gets so many five star reviews because they do such a nice job. I've never been disappointed with grooming, it's always nicer than I could have imagined. I'm convinced she shows the puppies a mirror because they come out smiling and happy like they know they look good!

I went to Mutt Puddles Dog Wash and there was a sign that says “we’re open. Come in”. I walked in and nobody was there. No employees in sight. I walked around the room a little bit to see if someone was in a spot where I couldn’t see them. But the place was completely empty. I stood in there probably about a minute, and then I walked out and looked around their back area to see if I could see anyone, and I still couldn’t find anyone. And after a couple of minutes of looking for some assistance, I decided that I would not be supporting this business.

I love this place! First off, its located in a residential area so when you get close by, don't be confused. Second, the lady is so nice and friendly. Third, the bath and towels are clean and the shampoo and conditioner are not watered down like some other self-service grooming place. Obviously don't abuse them. I will definitely come back here and i highly recommend them!

Went once in an emergency, couldn’t see myself ever returning. Wasn’t well kept or organized by what I saw. Lady was eager to put forth her customer service but was far too pushy for my liking. Didn’t even carry oatmeal shampoo and had products inside bottles that weren’t for that product. If you have a big dog or multiple dogs this isn’t where you’d want to go. Very small which isn’t a problem unless you enjoy having space to move. Worker behaved very unprofessionally on the phone which made me not want to give them money. Everyone else seems to love it though, so give it a shot. Maybe my standards are too high.

I have 5 dogs and I was looking for a self serve dog wash in my area instead of having to drive 20-30 mins to one. Mutt puddles was the first to pop up so i decided to check them out. I first only took one of my big boys and I loved it so much I brought my 2 other big dogs there, and I have 2 more dogs to bring! the owners are super sweet and they truly care about your time there. I recommend this place

This was the best experience for my dog. The owner Sharon was very helpful with me seeing this was my 1st time using a do it yourself service. She supplies everything you would need to wash and dry your dog's. If it's extra she let's you know up front, no surprises when you go to pay. I will be using her for my 3 dog's from now on.🐕‍ 🐕

Sharon and her husband were so helpful with my German Shepherds! I have two that have a lot of anxiety, and they both helped as much as they could with keeping them calm while I bathed my pups. They also did an amazing job with their nails, and had a ton of knowledge! I can't wait to come back with all three furbabies <3

Just moved to the area and called first to find out more. Super friendly owner! Arrived and was really happy with the doggie spa, clean, organized, home like feel. Shampoo wasn’t watered down like other places- it was quality and smelled awesome. Good powered dryer too- will become a regular here. 10/10 for sure!

Ok, please come to this place...if your pet needs a bath come and see the most amazing couple that I have ever met.I walked in, after reading another review and called to verify that it was open. (The location looks like a neighborhood) they said they were and I dragged my poor dog in.I saw the burliset tattooed man wearing a apron holding the most beautiful Cockatoo, and his wife was grooming a dog, and I knew this place was special.They accommodated every person that walked in, and also any regulars.Theres a lot of love for pets, people, and kind souls alike.Thanks guys, I hope Sturgis was a blast. ❤🤙🏼

I love them Soo much and so down my chewie. They always take rly good care of my boy. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a groom for their fur babies. And or if you're too afraid to wash your dog in your own tub they have an aging self serve dog wash. Very friendly people

Very friendly local business! Welcoming, not stingy at all with the resources. I came in for the self serve dog wash and left with a clean, dry, happy dog! They had shampoo, conditioner, towels, aprons, blow dryer, and perfume! Also they sprayed my dog with this leave on conditioner stuff before I blow dried him and he is soooo crazy soft. Also I washed shampooed him twice to get him clean and conditioned him twice to get as much fur off as I could. They were so relaxed about the whole thing! I’ll definitely be back :)

Just went for the first time last night to bathe my mastiff. They were GREAT! I live very close by, but didn't know they were there and have been driving all the way to 6th ave in Tacoma or to university place just for a bath. The owners were incredibly nice, and understood that my dog is a little bit of a brat and doesn't really like people he doesn't know so they gave him enough space so that he was comfortable and behaved well. After he was all done, while I was paying, She fed him treats and worked to become his friend. Their prices are very reasonable as well. We will DEFINATELY be going back!

I walked in with my two large dogs and they were so quick to jump up and help me put one in a kennel while I used the self service wash. They even jumped in and helped me and showed me some tips on what to do. They were so kind and sociable that I will definitely be coming back and will refer my friends to this wonderful establishment!

My Standard Poodle has just finished weaning 11 puppies and needless to say she was a mess. I wasn't expecting much and thought that she was going to need a complete shave. When I picked her up today she looked unbelievably amazing. She had body hair, silky long hair on her ears and they were even able to salvage her tail poof. I will never go any where else! My hat's off to the owners!!!

Sharon and her husband are amazing with my fur kids. They really do care about the animals and treat them as her own. I will not take my animals anywhere else.
