Very friendly and professional place. They let me roam around looking at carpet even though I came in with a few choices already. Took the time to make sure I got a pet-friendly carpet I could afford. The installer was polite and professional, and my cat liked him so much he purred. The carpet looks wonderful, is holding up well to a lot of foot traffic, and made my bedroom so much more comfortable on cold mornings. Absolutely will call this company again if I need flooring.

We weren't too sure about it when we drove up, but once we got inside there was a lot to see. Kurt helped us right away and was very informative! We learned so much other places never brought to our attention. He will be doing a free flooring consultation next week.

We recently had Meyer install new floor tile, backsplash and countertops in our kitchen and couldn't be happier with the results. Selection, customer service and craftsmanship are outstanding. They kept every promise made, arriving when scheduled, working neatly to avoid unnecessary disruption to the the rest of the house and did excellent work. All staff, sales office and work crews both, were helpful, friendly and professional. Meyer gets our highest recommendation.

The guys that installed my carpet was great. I called 6 months or more and complained about my carpet. They send out a very young guy and said it was just wear and tear for only 6 months or so. It looks like I have had the carpet 5 years. Not happy and I don't think they stand behind their product.

I was buying a house from out of state, and needed carpet replaced. Kurt helped me out with options and quotes over the phone. He was extremely helpful with the process, and a few last minute reschedules. We did not close, and Kurt went above and beyond to help with a refund. Even when I wasn't getting carpet from him, he worked to help me out, and that's sadly hard to find anymore. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ed saved me! I made the mistake of ordering from home depot but was not told the installation date until I paid in full. 3 days later I was told it would not be installed for 6 weeks....I immediately canceled the order and went to Meyer floor covering I explained the situation I needed carpet asap because I am selling my home. Ed came and measured my condo and a week later I have brand new carpet....wonderful service thank you

I had Meyers put in my carpet fife years ago ,i felt at the time i was really getting professionals . Now after this length of time has flaws coming through . it was a expensive carpet to me .I was widow at the time ,sense got remarried three years ago .The carpet also has come apart at the door ways .My husband says it was not a good carpet in the beginning .After the kid put the carpet down i had to do a lot of vacuuming and cleaning up pieces off the floor . i didn't complain because i knew he was tired .What makes me mad at myself is i was also dealing with Home Depot and wish i had gone with them .By the way my carpet was $6.000````Marie Oharra

They have an amazing selection of floor coverings including area rugs. I was pleasantly surprised to see the selection of window shades. It was one stop shopping to match the flooring with window shades. Brent is an exceptional sales specialist!!!

I have been a customer of Meyer flooring for over thirty years. Recently I had them do a bid for redo of large kitchen floor. I called the salesperson and asked a few questions- he told me I probably would be happy elsewhere. I sent an email to management and there was no reply. I was shocked. My interpretation of this treatment is that they are no longer service orientated. There are several flooring companys cheaper than Meyer who also provide no service . I would rather pay a little extra and get service.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MEYER FLOOR COVERING!!! THEIR PRICES ARE MORE THAN OTHERS, THEY'RE NOT COURTEOUS AND TRIED TO KEEP MY MONEY AFTER THEY CANCELED MY ORDER FOR UNKNOWN REASONS.I would give them minus 5 stars if I was allowed. Their managers, specifically Alex & Harlin (I think that's his name), were extremely rude. Fortunately, I ordered through the kiosk at Costco. After I placed my order for blinds, one of the people from Meyer, I think it was Harlin, called me about a week later and told me they had cancelled my order, (he refused to tell me why it was cancelled), and then never refunded my money. They knew I had called Costco when I had other problems with them as well. I think they were retaliating after I complained to Costco. Then, I had to go back to Costco almost 2 months later to get me refund. The blinds sales person that came to my home and did the measuring, has quit Meyer, ... so I have been told from another blinds dealer from Costco. (Haven't confirmed that yet, though)When I called to talk to the owner or senior manager and what their name was about the problems I encountered with Meyer, I was given to "Alex" and told he was in Sales, not a manager or an owner. When Alex got on the phone, he said he was the owner and demanded who I was and what I wanted. I told him I wanted to first confirm I was talking to the owner or was he just a Sales rep. He then just hung up on me. This company should not be one of Costco's kiosk companies. Service and care for the customer is not their goal. Also, they are more expensive for the exact same blinds that I ordered from another kiosk company at Costco. I saved about $600, about 20%, by using the other kiosk company from Costco rather then using Meyer.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY MEYER FLOOR COVERING OTHER STAR RATINGS. THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL THANK ME.

I just called Meyer Floors and the guy that talked to me said we are not interested in doing business with you literally the worst service you can ever deal with I mentioned that i'm leaving the country and he mocked me for that thinking I'm going to be deported or whatever but I'm not. i wish the company deals with that person because he is destroying the business and wasn't answering my questions clearly he wasn't trained well I don't recommend this to anyone at all very disrespectful and impolite
