I was so excited and happy when I saw the large amount of succulents available! I picked out a lot of them and got some great containers and some succulents soil. When I got home I made my first big pot full. I think it turned out nice.

Good range of products but absolutely no help in finding specific items.Check out is the worst I’ve ever experienced.Bought a bunch of stuff and was offered no bag. I asked for one and she said nobody asks for a bag!I’ve had customers buying 23 items and don’t ask for a bag?!Don’t shop here.

Actually, prior to Covid-19, i loved lowes ans would try to exclusivly keep all my business with them. However, the quality of employees has gone down and there prices don’t seem competitive on average

With the exception of a very few, sales associates are unprofessional, unhelpful, and clearly have the attitude "I'm only here for a paycheck". I recently waited for assistance in tool dept. for 20 min, every employee who walked past me just looked at the floor. I will not be returning to this store any time soon.Hmmm. Owner apologize for poor customer service. Asks for another chance in the future, ............Nope.

I had the worst customer service from Laura. When a customer approaches an employee, especially when her nametag says "manager" they shouldn't be met with the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. She talked to me like I'm an idiot and it was embarrassing. In reality, corporate should be embarrassed they have a manager that treats customers that way. I will never set foot in that store again and I would NEVER reccomend it.

Waited for a hour for help at the store begging to spend my money. Bought a fridge for almost three grand. A week later getting ready for thanks giving they didn’t even show up or call for scheduled delivery. Called up and a lady with the nastiest additive (delivery manager) made things worse and didn’t care. Said it would be another three weeks. Don’t buy from these clowns and go to Home Depot down the road.

It depends on the day and who you talk to what kind of service you're going to get. Sometimes you find what you need, find knowledgeable employees and the day is great. Sometimes you'll go here and wish you never pulled in to the parking lot. I would suggest researching as much as you can before going if you don't already know what you're looking for...just in case. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I know that this is popping up everywhere now, but why are there no open cashiers for checkout? Why are you putting all of the checking out on me? This maybe could be understood if you could find anyone in the giant store to help or give directions. But unfortunately this is not the case. The store itself runs on an almost skeleton-like crew. And please don't blame this on being short

This is by far the best Lowe's I've ever been to. I do give them a lot of my money, but the people who work here are always very interested in my projects and ask me about them regularly, and always have positive comments. I'm most definitely a regular here.

I had a washer installed at my house by Sergio and Emanuel this morning. They were on time and when I asked to clean under the washer it wasnt a problem. Everyone in the house was asleep and when Sergio and Emanuel came they were very quiet and respectful of our house . I give them a 10

I use to have a very bad experience with this store from last year. But this year? They are slowly improving with Inventories and pricing. Customer service needs more training on how to greet people with a smile and answering phone calls when we need to check in on an Item that we want. Until! I met ms.Destiny, for someone who knows alot about orders & appliances? I give her 10 out of 10 for best customer service & the best people person ever. Lowes should learn something about compassion from thus beautiful lady.

Had to ask for some help. He tried looking up what I wanted to buy. He went over and was asking a co-worker worker about it. He never came back. Thankfully, my husband had found it. Almost went somewhere else or just bought it from Amazon.

Went to Lowe's for plumbing parts. The shark bites were a mess!! Hard to find anything. The one person we saw working there was walking about clueless and of course no where to be found when needed. Went to check out andnot one register was open. Only self check. The bar code was not scanning. Theperson at check out stared at us saying nothing. Finally limped over, he had been in car accident, and finally helped. we will only shop at Mclendons, customer service is very good there.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a hardware store. Sparse staff to ask questions or get help from. When you do find a staff member they are very unfriendly rude unprofessional. Even management doesn’t care about what there staff do or say. Go to HOME DEPOT way nicer staff way more professional.Gave them another chance to show even half way decent customer services and they failed again. Absolutely rude unprofessional service the management when talked to don’t care about anything and it shows there employees are horrible hired by horrible management. The district manager should fire management and employees and hire people that will treat customers with basic service.

Prices are higher than they used to be. Of course, inflation has a lot to do. I wish they had more brands to choose from and maybe better selection of styles for lights, doors, faucets, etc.

I've only bought plants and plant products from this Lowes but I like it. Their garden section is a great size and the indoor plant selection seems better than Home Depot. I also like their selection of pots. A few years back they had live lady bugs, I haven't seen them since but would love to get some. The photos are of an ivory pot I bought and a cactus on my last trip. I will continue to come back and shop and tell others to visit.

The pro desk employees were not only unprofessional but very rude and didn't great nor welcome me as a member.... I approached them to purchase an item that was being held for me and they advised me I needed to go wait in the other line across the store. With one lady working the checkout stand singlehandedly. Both workers at the pro desk sat and played on their phones while sitting down.. if you don't value your position maybe Its time for to look elsewhere. Poorly secured here. You cant go shopping without your window being smashed into. Cars are being vandalized and the store won't review camera footage to help retrieve what was stolen. The police won't help you if your car is broken into and stuff is stolen. I would not recommend this store unless someone waits in the car. Please go to other Lowe's stores or even Home Depot.

I have never experienced worse customer service especially from “managment”. Also, my calls we’re constantly dropped or transferred to a line where it went silent and nobody answered. I recently order all my appliances through Lowes: washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator. They were scheduled to be delivered and installed. When we ordered them the person forgot to include a stacking kit for the washer/dryer even though we said multiple times it would be stacked. So we they came to deliver the appliances they couldn’t be installed and had to reschedule an installation day. Then we the installers came to mount the microwave they said they couldn’t install it because there was tile and it’s company policy they can’t do an install if there is tile. When the oven range was installed they forgot to put in the anti-tip-bracket that comes included in the box with the range. When I called Lowe’s to find out where the bracket was (because they didn’t leave it at my house but took it with them) the person who I spoke to in deliveries said she was the manager, but later found out that was a lie, said they don’t install the anti-tip-bracket because there is a liability if they have to install it into the floor. I asked then why didn’t they just leave it? She said she would order a new one for me and call me when it was available for pick up. I called back a few days later do get an eta on that order to not only find out she never placed the order and that’s when I found she wasn’t a manager. I asked to speak to the manager and how long it would take to get this missing part, as it’s the only thing hold up the my home renovation after we had a fire over a year ago? The inspector won’t approve the inspection preventing us moving back into the home without this anti-tip-bracket in place. I called the manufacturer, GE, they don’t have the part available until November due to back order issues, which I explained to the Lowe’s manager, Charles. He said to hold on for a minute and that he would take a look into what was going on and call me back right away. He has not yet called me back… Also, when the refrigerator was installed and hooked up to the water a few days later it started leaking all over my new flooring. I called them to explain and do an exchange but they won't exchange anything until they have the fridge back in their possession and the fridge we had purchased at a discounted rate is longer in stock. They suggested we buy a new fridge at full price rather than wait because it could be weeks before we get a replacement fridge.

The curbside pickup is hit or miss. The first time I used it, it was great. Second time, I got an email that said order ready to pick up. I went to the store and waited 20 min and nobody came. I went home and came back 2 hours later and went to customer service to check in. I was told to wait. 45 minutes later no help ever came. I went back to garden department to try to get my 15 bags of pea pebble rocks but I wasn’t able to handle getting them myself. I ended up canceling the order. I would rather they don’t send the order ready email until they have enough staff to help with the order. To me that’s what service I am looking for instead of a fast response saying it’s ready. I will try again in the future because I talked to garden department and they were short staffed all day. I can understand that.
