The entire process was quick and simple. We wanted blinds, called Monday, got a complimentary consultation and measurement done same week that Thursday. Got a quote the following week. After agreeing to estimate, I put 50% down and scheduled the following week for installation. Installation was quick and just like that, we have modern looking blinds for a reasonable price. They manufacture the white faux wood blinds that we got in house which is why they are able to offer at an affordable price and they are local here in Tacoma, WA. I called Liberty Glass on short notice as I had new tenants with cats, the screens were a wreck and it is growing warm. Spoke with a really nice woman on the phone who said they could do them right away, so I took the screens in for repair. Two hours later I left with my 4 large screens ready to install and they looked terrific. Fantastic service, very reasonable pricing and just the nicest people. I will be calling them to work on glass at the apartments soon. I really appreciate having businesses like this still around.

Have had a great experience and service with Liberty Glass & Blinds. Nichole our designer and sale manager has been fantastic. Also the installers I think their names was John and Charles were so friendly. They truly care that you are 100% satisfied with their service and products. They want everything to be perfect as just as you want them to be. If something slightly is imperfect they want to fix for you right away and make it right. I had 7-9 to consultations with other companies and Liberty definitely won me over. They aren't pushy like other companies are, they will let you order and pay for what you can and do things bit by bit when it is affordable to you. Showed up on time for estimate. Very reasonable price. The site is a working office building. The installer showed up as scheduled. Work was done quickly with minimal disruption to employees or customers, and everything was cleaned by the installer before he left. Don't know what else you can ask for.

Extremely unprofessional. They were supposed to install all blinds at my new home before I move-in. For some unknown reason, they left two blinds uninstalled. A clear negligence. Later they came to install with wrong sized blind. Then they stopped communicating with me. Totally wastage of time to work with this company.
