Great! I got a Myers Parrot from here and they said that they would help me with any problems or questions I have. The Myers parrot I got is really cute and interacted with me fast. Today I have only had her for about 2 weeks and she is already climbing on me and loving. The owners are so nice and sweet and I definitely recommend if you’re planning to get a bird to go to here! Keep in mind I am just a starter and they gave me a lot of tips to help me get started.

Never knew this place existed!!!! If you live in Pierce County, it's your local go to for any type of exotic bird. If you live outside of Pierce County, make the drive. The staff was amazing and kind. The birds are amazing. I really have never had such an amazing experience. And pricing is comparable and reasonable. The support and guidance throughout the process is invaluable.

My family & I found Kiko's in July when we were looking for a Caique for my daughter. The compassion (her baby Caique had passed away after having him 5 days from the breeder), the knowledge, the TOYS and food....AH-MAZING!! The ladies at Kiko's care very much for birds-all birds!We brought home 2 Caiques that day. Since then, we have visited for grooming by Sandra (nails, beaks etc.....sweetest gal ever!), Hung out for a few hours on Saturdays and they never mind the questions we ask or customers that come in ask. On the first Saturday of the month, Sandra is in for grooming...the people that come in just for that stay and we all show off our very loved feathered family members, share stories or advice. I love it!Jodie's Chop for birds...! I could go on and on about this! Even if your birds don't like chop, they will LOVE Jodie's Chop. I have seen it made-all fresh veggies, spices & herbs, pasta & oats only...it smells so good I told her I could have grabbed a fork to eat it. There is always a different mix depending on seasonal veggies available, but my birds devour it.All that to be said....Kiko's Toy Chest has so much variety in toys, cages, harnesses...whatever you need for your feathered family. After searching though almost every bird store in the state of washington for the past 2 years i can say without a doubt kikos is the place to go for the best companion. Great customer service, cleanliness, and overall happy birds that receive great care!

We would like to thank Kiko's Toy Chest for the great care Jodie and her staff took with Morgan and Terry when we board them for 12 days while we were in New England. Our Greenwing and Military Macaws really enjoy spa vacation. We will definitely board with Kiko's again and highly recommend them to anyone with Macaws and any other type of bird for boarding, grooming or toys and supplies.

Have driven by Kiko's several times so two weeks ago decided to stop by to see what type of store it was. So glad I stopped ! It is a AWESOME shop that sells various birds such as Macaws, Conures ,and more. It has a wonderful supply of perches, bird toys, food. The ladies working there are friendly,helpful ,and for myself I didn't want to leave. Went back second time recently and the staff was feeding two babies which they invited me to see and even pet. Bird room was very clean as was the rest of the shop. If you have birds, stop by and check out this fantastic shop.

We got our two wonderful caiques from Jodi and we are so grateful! By adding these two caiques to our family, we have gained a new family through Kikos! They are so supportive and caring of our boys and take the best care of them whenever we come down! You can tell that they love the birds and that they want every bird to have the very best life! I would absolutely recommend Kikos for all of your feathered family members needs! From food to grooming to toys (SO MANY to choose from!!) to cages, you can’t go wrong when you go to Kikos!

This place is AMAZING!! In my 40 years of visiting different bird establishments i have never experienced anything like Kikos. Besides the best selection of toys i have ever seen, these ladies KNOW their birds. I watched them all with their birds and they LOVE everyone of them. They take time with ALL customers and answer any question they may have. Their birds are the happiest, healthiest , most socialized birds around. I fell in love with a military macaw and they took the time with me to teach me all about him. They asked me to take a few sessions with him because they are selective of where their birds go and want only the best mommies and daddies for their babies. I was happy to be patient as this impressed me so much. These people treated me like family. I will never buy supplies or even another bird from anywhere else. PLEASE do yourself and your birds a favor and visit this wonderful family ran business . They absolutely will not let you down. I want to live there now.. LOL

Had my 3 large birds beaks, nails and wings trimmed recently. They did a great job, handled the birds well and super friendly while I waited. Cost for services was good too! Will continue to take my babies there for grooming.

Absolutely love Kiko’s toy chest! The employees are so friendly, and very knowledgeable. This is pretty much the only place I shop for my bird. They’ll even special order food for other pets like dogs/cats, so it can be a one stop shop too!
