I’ve hired Harts twice now. Once to replace the old Federal Pacific panel in my house and once to add a few outlets. Both times the technicians have been proficient, polite and considerate of my space. The work is done to code and they leave my space as they found it.Skilled, licensed and bonded professionals cost what they cost, and it’s not cheap. But I believe it’s less expensive to have the job done properly the first time, so I’ve pick Harts for those jobs that are best left to the pros and can recommend them.

5 Stars for Ricky at Hart’s Plumbing today. Excellent service and knowledgeable. He fixed and replaced our leaking hose bibs. I asked for an estimate and was able to get technician in same day. We went over issues with leaking hose bibs. Ricky proceeded to determine best solution to fix them. Very satisfied with his expertise and enthusiasm to get the job done. Thank you so much!

My technician Roy was outstanding! He was professional and gave me all the information needed to make an educated decision on my issue with a cracked hose bib, complete with pricing. I had him do the work immediately and the job was satisfactorally completed within an hour. Outstanding work and I will be calling Harts Services for any future needs in their areas of expertise.

Hart’s Services was amazing! We are having our kitchen renovated and ran into some issues with our current plumbing. We needed a plumber as soon as possible and they were able to send someone out that same day! Brian was great, he was knowledgeable, kind and so speedy with repairs! Trevor is a very nice person & was very helpful in my time of need. He removed my leaking hot water tank & will return to replace it after my floor & walls are repaired. He could have fixed my leak under the house & installed the new tank the same day! There was no service call which is so appreciated!

If you’re not happy, they will make it right. Our last experience with Dylan was wonderful. He was excellent, very thorough. No one is pushy or trying to upsell. We will always call Hart’s first!

Hart would not be “Hart” without its employees.while Hart is $$$ but from the initial phone call with dispatch to the arrival of the person to my door. It was five star service. I called and had a new dishwasher installed the same day. Ricky was knowledgeable, explained eveything clearly. He was professional and was a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend Harts Services. Booking was incredibly easy and if you subscribe on their website, it’s likely they’ll have some coupons/discounts available!We’ve been looking to get a plumber out to help us repair our guest bathroom tub. I saw an email from Harts with a plumbing discount so I went online, requested an appointment and got a call the next day to confirm the appointment.Our technician was Mark Bailey and he was awesome! He even passed our dog’s sniff test! He was very knowledgeable and kind, he even told us about Harts’ Home Service Care Plan and we signed up same day!

Update to my review. I recently gave a fantastic 5 stars. I m willing to go back and change to 5 stars in the future if my problem is resolved. I recently had a drain system and sump pump installed that would eliminate any issues in the future of water leaking in to my crawl space. After spending nearly $18,000.00 I thought my problems would be a thing of the past. I still have rain water leaking into my crawl space, the sump pump is doing its job I suppose but water remains collected above the drain lines with no signs of drainage. Attached are photos of what 18k will get you, or wont. I also paid to have the following done:"Felt wrap and river rock bed the entire run and backfill entire dig sire with native soil."No felt wrap was laid down from what I saw during my routine glances, and the entire site was backfilled with mud and old gravel. it looks pathetic and I cant even walk down the path. Lastly, a large pile of dirt was left in place from the sump pump install.....Harts services reached out to me and has Solved the problem. I think there might have just been minor miscommunication. I look forward to future business with them! I'll update and add some more photos later after the job is finished! I can't wait.

This is the second time we have used Harts. Both times the price has been reasonable and the work done right the first time. They are up front with charges and make recommendations but are not pushy if you are not yet ready to proceed with other services. The plumbers that come are very friendly and professional.

Chris and Dave were professional. They took the time to look at our whole house. They gave us quotes for work we initially asked for and did a great job doing what was asked. They also shared areas of concern based on age of our house. I am very pleased with the work. They cleaned up what little mess they made installing a new light fixture. Good communicators. I would call them again without hesitation.

We enrolled in the Home Care Plan earlier this year and can't recommend the Harts team enough! Harts' customer service is excellent—they listen and act quickly, often sending out a technician same day. We've worked with Russel Jones on several occasions to diagnose plumbing issues and for general maintenance. He's thorough and patient, and takes the time to explain his findings and action plan. He's helped us learn more about our system, and he's wonderfully creative in finding solutions to tricky issues. Russel is passionate about his work, and we're grateful to have him and the Harts team in our corner.

Spencer and Eric just fixed an issue I had that I had given up on because another electrical company could not figure it out (bath outlet didn't work because of back patio outlet; crazy). They were professional, polite, and practical in explaining issues as well as costs. They left the place better than they found it and I'm more knowledgeable on my home's electrical now. They even were friendly with the pets. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Our experience with Hart’s continues to be excellent. We had a technician, Dominnick, come today to do a water heater flush. We had advance notification of his arrival, along with a photo and introduction, so there was no possibility of confusion. The work was done quickly and efficiently, along with a discussion of options for possible replacement of our 10-yr old tank. He sent along by email a number of options for our consideration. Very professional operation.

I recently worked with Harts Plumbing, Drains, Sewer and Septic company to address a sewer line issue. I couldn’t be happier with the service. What helped to elevate the experience was the outstanding work of their employee Jacob Hunter. From the beginning Jacob impressed me with his professionalism and expertise. He walk me through every step of the repair process, clearly explaining the options and answering all of my questions and concerns. His knowledge put me at ease, and I felt confident in the work being done. Jacob arrived on time and completed the repair efficiently. We own an older home and there were several challenges. Jacob and his crew worked from early morning until 9pm on one particular challenging day! Overall my experience with Harts was outstanding. Jacob is a valuable asset to their team, and if I ever owned a company I wouldn’t hesitate to try and recruit someone with his skills and work ethic. Kudos to the rest of the team as well.

Will Lane, Harts technician, replaced the gas lines in my home as well as several other projects. He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He’s good at problem-solving and finding solutions. Way better than the rest. The urinal in our warehouse kept backing up. Two different companies just used a snake and talked to us about crystallization which is a common problem with urinals. One competitor even convinced us to replace the urinal. In their defense snaking was an option for today but by now we know it's not going to fix the issue. I highly recommend going straight to Hydro Cleaning the pipes the first time. The camera (that others didn't use) showed the problem to be gunky pipes that were instantly clogging back up after the snake was used. With the camera we were able to see the HUGE difference that Hydro Cleaning made to the pipes. Steven was clean, knowledgeable, and professional. On the phone the company sounds a little call-centerish reading off scripts but it is only to insure that all the proper questions are asked and there is no room for miscommunication. Great job team! Thank you very much.

Our bathtub stopped draining all of a sudden. I was nervous to call a plumber because of the price but when I called Hart's they were very understanding and made me feel so comfortable. Matthew came out and got us all set up and its been an incredible experience! I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Had David from Hart’s out to our home today for an estimate to install an Electric Vehicle Charger in our garage. We found David to be exceptional in his knowledge and his ability to communicate with us. We went into the visit with an idea of how we wanted the installation to be done. David was able to explain to us why we might want to consider a different way to run the cabling which made a lot of sense. He was friendly, patient with listening to our ideas, and very respectful. We felt like we were in very good hands.

I have always had good results on anything I have had them do. I would highly recommend Hart's Services. They have over the last 3 to 4 years handled several electrical jobs for me and always have had very knowledgeable people doing the job. All the employees I have had contact with over the years, from phone to job, have been very polite and respectful. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Both estimator Ryan and Julian were great at taking the time to explain every detail required to this repair. And the same goes for during the installation process with a different Ryan and his associate. My apologies I do not know this young man’s name, I’m sure you can figure out who he was by the job log, but both were great.
