From cleaning & sealing granite countertops to cleaning carpets this business consistently goes above and beyond our expectations with every service. The main office/reception staff easily maintain the highest level possible of customer service resulting in insisting that the number one priority will be to have customer needs will always be met. I highly recommend Hammond Knoll to anyone needing any of the services that they provide. Without a doubt Hammond Knoll is indeed above and beyond the “best of the best”.

I've used Hammond Knoll several times to take them remnant pieces after a new carpet installation and have the edges seamed. They are a very professional company and always deliver the order in a prompt and timely manner. I could not give a company a higher recommendation than I do this company. I used to take my rugs to Hammond Knoll many years ago and was never disappointed with the cleaning and repair they did. I haven't been back for a long time because I no longer had a rug I could take up and bring in until now. As in the past, they did an excellent job cleaning my rug and it was done in a timely manner. It's good to know that Hammond Knoll hasn't changed the quality of their service. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the cost.

Reliable service and deep cleaning. I used them 9 years ago when I moved into my home and the service was exceptional and amazing. This time it is still very good though attention to detail wasn’t quite the same but I will use them again and recommend them.

Had a 5x7 and 8x10 wool rug cleaned and deodorized. Not inexpensive, but both rugs came out great. This is the second time we used their services and we are completely satisfied. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and professional.Services: Pet stain & odor removal, Area rug cleaning

This is our second time using Harmon. Our first service was tile and grout cleaning and repair and went very well. Our second service was both tile work and hardwood floor cleaning. Again the tile work was great. The hardwood floors not so much. The areas cleaned were done very well but no effort was made to clean under furniture and no effort was made to remove tape residue. Second service visit was not worth what we paid.

Recently asked them to clean seven Karastan runners/rugs. Friendly, knowledgeable staff coordinated the drop-off and pick-up efficiently. All the rugs turned out very nice. During the initial visit we found they offer installation of a semi-permanent, non-slip backing to each rug. This eliminates the need for the regular rug pads and has the added advantage of lowering the overall thickness and lessening the tripping hazard. So far the rugs have stayed where they were laid even with an active pet. We had one glitch in a separate transaction which was handled quickly and satisfactorily.

Some were in really bad shape but the HK team did their magic (cleaning, binding, etc.) and they are all now in use at our new home and look fantastic. My mother inherited a carpet from her Mother that has resided in the house I ended up inheriting. Over the last 60 years this carpet has never been professionally cleaned and the moths have had their way with it on the ends. My mother raised 9 sons on this carpet and too many grandchildren to count have left their foot prints on the carpet. Many pets over the years. The carpet was 10 x 20 and in my mind was really showing it's age. I considered taking it to the dump thinking there was nothing salvageable about it and really was kind of an eyesore. I had mixed emotions about dumping it in that it was a source of pride at one time for my Mom. And then on a whim I decided to stop in at Hammond Knoll since it was close to where I was working and met Marta. After visiting with her she talked me into bringing the carpet by their shop for her to evaluate. Marta had the foresight to encourage me into letting her perform her magic on the carpet. She had it cleaned and resized where all the moth issues were eliminated and put new tassels on the ends and rebound the sides. End result, WOW!! I'm so glad I met her and am so happy that she was able to save something the meant so much to myMother and Grandmother. Marta doesn't know it yet but I will be bringing some more carpets for her to clean that I had already packed up in that I am tearing the old house down and rebuilding.Thank you Marta!!
