This is one of the worst locations ever. My dad, who is of color, and I were here late yesterday after we were at Planet Fitness across the street so I can get coffee and Oreos. While we were at self checkout, after I paid for both items, a random employee (I wish I had his name) going on break told my dad that there was another self checkout open. We walked in together, and we were standing in line together. I will never step foot in this place again. Stop racial profiling your paying customers and do your jobs properly.

Went this morning as usualy to get French bread and some grocery as I was lost could not find something I asked the African American lady at the customer service she was rude for no reason she walk away without even answering my question then I came back to tell her that she was rude also she raised her ton of voice.Then I had to ask someone else she was white American very nice then I went straight to the manager to tell him the story he was nice and listened to me and he apologized and told he will correct this and. Won’t let it happened again it is sad and bad when someone is working in customer service and acting unprofessional and rudeIt was today 02/16/2024

Who loves walking all over the store to find what they need ? NOBODY !This fredmyer moves and flips the whole store around more then twice a week.The layout is ridiculous and when they flip the store, they put stuff next to the most random areas.Candy right across from produce ? WEIRDwhoever is doing the panels needs to get fired its like they are purposely trying to piss people off with how they flip the store around.dont waste you time here it would take you the same amount of time to go to a different store then to find one item here.

Great "little" Fred Meyer. Its one of the older small format Fred Meyer stores focusing mainly on the grocery side of things, but there are some housewares and garden items. Store is has a wide selection and decent prices. Self-checkout makes getting in and out easy. Parking is easily accessed and ample.

I always have a great experience when I go into Fred Meyers. I love the help desk, everyone there is so helpful and polite. My experience in Fred Meyer is always a delight!!!!!

I normally have great service from our store/pharmacy...but tonight I provided my info for pickup, paid and just pushed a bag w/ one script and ppwk in it, a receipt, and then a plastic sealed bag from a new order rec'd. I opened it to ensure it was mine, but very odd.

Yolande? She is manager of fred meyer store and their advertisement of ribeye roast for 4.79$. Self check out didn’t work so someone called manager which is her, she kept mess up so i tried help her but she said she knows everything and stare at me and kept complaining about system. I do not wish to go to the fred meyer anymore because of her attitude. Even manager is complain about fred meyer. Worst store+ manager ever!!

Great for some house hold products and school products plus dogs and cats and is a great grocery store no furniture or clothing but 19th fredmyers down the street has everything like toys clothing and more . Both great stores .

Self check out lady told me I wasn't scanning my stuff then she looked at the computer and saw everything was scanned. Then she tried to argue with me after she accused me of stealing. I'll never shop here again.

Today, I forgot to bring in my own bags. Put all groceries in the FM shopping cart, after I paid the cashier, I pushed the cart and part of my groceries fell through the cart, see photo. The back of the cart went loose, see photo.I reported to the customer service. After a while, a female store manager came looking at me, a 72 old year woman, trying to pick up the fallen blue berries, she said" things happens, we cannot apologize for it." And went away.Firtunate a guy who was collecting the cart came in and saw me. He said "I get you a new cart." A very kind person in contrast to the heartless store manager lady.

I wanted to send a Western Union money transfer and the customer service refused me, because I do not have an American passport, only a Ukrainian one. On the basis of which law do you discriminate against people based on nationality? I am not required to have US citizenship to use financial services in the US and there is no law requiring it. I am waiting for an appropriate reaction and feedback from the store management. Thank you.

Variety of products, well stocked. Clean, relatively easy to preserve social distancing. Friendly people to assist and cashier.In the last many months, products or brands get phased out. So some items that I rely on have disappeared from the shelves, often replaced by other brands or substitutes.

This is one of my favourite stores in Washington state, lots of items always great prices. With Fred Meyer card you can receive in store discounts.Which can save you money, lots of money.

This location has throughout the day, an amazing staff. My youngest is autistic an eats certain foods. This location always has her foods in stock! I even give her those mini carts an she will shop around for her foods (at 6). The staff are always complimenting her too. Very warm & inviting location.

They have decided legally issued drivers license marked military are not valid and refuse to take them. Verified with DOL that my DL is current and valid. If you need cold meds, don't go there. Now they are demanding military ID and states as I'm not in the military and my husband is, my license is expired, and he has to be present for it to be valid.

Ouhhh how to experience preferred treatment come here. Some lady just racially profiled my fiancee. There's a line and the cashier grabs the white gentleman behind us. As we're also waiting in line also but because he was brown is my likely go to because I don't understand what any other reason really. There's no excuse for whatever we just experienced if we're following the whose next in line rule. Awkward experience to witness for sure. Happened about noon on the 4th of May.

Out standing people but one who has a bad attitude with us out standing in prices helping people the management was great at there job but I wish they could lower the price on some of the food but all round great to shop there I will go back because of the people who work there 🌹🌹🌹injoy the employees

I forgot my wallet today and stopped by for a quick snack on my break. I waited in line to pay and thought to use apple pay since pretty much everywhere has it. The attendant said you guys don’t have tap to pay so I left. Upon leaving, I find you guys have Kroger Pay. I could have downloaded that and input my card info since I keep that available in my phone. I think your employees should know if you have any kind of tap pay so we can pay and be on our way. How do your own employees not know that you have Kroger pay? And if you don’t, update your website. How incredibly frustrating.

The customer service at this store is absolutely atrocious. I have had many disastrous experiences at this location with the customer service desk with returns. The store management would rather argue about a return and lose a customer instead of just doing the right thing and exchanging the product. A customers word obviously means nothing to them. I'd advise you to take your business elsewhere.

Barbara from self checkout harrasses me and my family almost every time she sees us because she thinks we need to steal pennies worth of produce or not pay for our bag. Its as if she lives for making life harder for people of color and their families in the community. She has shoved us out of the way and snatched items from our hands on mulitple occassions. I might just drive the extra 5 minutes down the road to the bigger Fred Meyer to never see her again.
