Mindi is phenomenal. Not only does she do great with my two English setters (bath, haircuts and trims), but OMG SHES MAGIC WITH SHIBA INUS. My (now passed) older Shiba didn't love baths and deshedding treatments, but Mindi could get a husky's worth of hair outta him! My new bebe Shib is a screamer and totally unhinged about his feet and Mindi not only gets the difficult job done, but over a few visits has actually helped him acclimate to the process -- he's MUCH better than when we started (and I started him young!)I had gone to one other place just for a nail trim and they traumatized him, he was so much more anxious and fearful, I felt terrible. But Mindi's energy was so firm, kind, and relaxed, he's come so far with her!!Been seeing Mindi for almost a decade now and she's pure gold, for happy goofballs, nervous wrecks, and screamin' mimis! You can tell she really loves and truly cares for every dog she grooms.

Got in with her once and haven't been able to get anyone to respond to texts,and there is no voicemail.My neighbor had to drive over to make their appointment.She insanely busy,which really sucks because I can't find anyone who is as good as she is,or that I fully trust with my dog.

Mindi is awesome! I was referred by my sister who has taken both her poodles to her for years. I was fully aware of her voice-mail issue she's been trying to fix, but we finally got connected and I'm super happy I was patient. My dobiedoodle looks incredibly cute! Got her shaved down just in time for the heat wave coming. Her pricing is very reasonable, too. Dropping by her shop for an appointment during hours is the BEST way to get your pooch in.

I walked in and Mindi promptly took care of Tito and I.He was nervous and nippy and was not about it, but she did a wonderful job of calming him down and getting every toe done!Thank you, Mindi and I will definitely be back!

Mindi is by far the best dog groomer in Tacoma. She is sensitive to the dog's needs & takes her time so they feel comfortable in her care. Her grooming skills are topnotch & my dogs always look adorable when I pick them up.

My dog looks, smells and feels amazing. My dog is shy and not too fond of taking a bath but did wonderful with Mindi. And the prices were great. First time customer today and definatly plan to become a regular. If you need a good dog groomer I 100% recommend Mindi.

Mindi was fantastic with my very dramatic beagle while clipping his nails. She was patient with him, firm but kind and got it done. I'll definitely be coming back. I found Phoenix, the dobermann to be a love once she settled down after our arrival.

I have a high energy puppy that does not sit still for a nail trim. Mindy is amazing with him. When he gets too antsy, she will stop, calm him down, give him kisses and then continue the nail trim. We have never had a groomer that was so concerned with his comfort. My pup actually throws a fit when we walk past Mindy's shop and do not stop in. He and I love Mindy and her work!

I have been trying to get in contact with a groomer to my dog, in Mindi's case, via phone and text, she's yet to contact me back or even answer the phone to begin with. Since she acts like she doesn't want business, it's one star for me.

I have not used Mindy yet but I'm going to be I heard from a friend that used her a while back for his dog the dog was afraid to go to the groomer tried her out and was very happy I like using the small town people old fashioned businesses I don't like using corporate businesses because I think you're just like cattle pushers they don't appreciate your business and they don't care about your pet just so many buck I will be using her very soon for I care about the people that care about your pet not just your money

This last is incredible doing dogs toe nails ! My Daggrrr would not let me even touch his paws. But she gets all four paws done in 10 min. Or less! I highly recommend this groomer if you have a difficult fur baby!
