I bought a dozen for Mother's Day and my mom LOVED these flowers. They're so unique and cool looking. The fact that it was hand delivered, ready to go, was fantastic. I've ordered bouquets online before, elsewhere, and they come in a box, and you have to cut and arrange the flowers yourself, which never looks as good as when a professional does it. These were perfect. All I had to do was give them to my mom and let her enjoy them.

Timely delivery and communicative throughout! The recipient of the flowers I ordered was allergic to a flower in the first bouquet, and Precious Petals kindly remade the bouquet without that flower and delivered it the next day.

What can I say. I was very impressed. Found them here on Google maps.Came in 20 mins before closing and needed a quick pick for my wife and I 6th year anniversary. Teresa (hope I spelled your name right) came through and was very informative. I left knowing more than what I knew going in. Like how each species of flower heals at different rates and how to keep them living longer by just cutting the stems periodically. Thank you!!! I can’t believe how beautiful this bunch came together and just “pops”. Finally got home to surprise my wife and she absolutely loved it. I will definitely be shopping here from now on. Best flower shop ever. The customer service on top of the flower options they have. It’s truly magnificent.

My daughter and my son in law serve in the Army at JBLM and they are 1500 miles from me. Designs by Precious Petals makes the distance much shorter. The flowers were fresh and delivery was fast and my daughter loved them. AAA! Would definitely recommend highly. This is my second year using them and once again, very pleased.

This is the second year in a row my boyfriend ordered flowers from them and they have been perfect every time. I love my roses! Also they responded very quickly when I discovered that the vase my flowers came in was cracked. They said that I could come in to pick up a different vase.

I've had two quality experiences shopping and using Precious Petals as my florist.They were attentive & interactive and helped me make decisions for the perfect gift for my occasions. They were creative and made beautiful bouquets with added touches. They were amazingly on the ball and made everything happen right then and there! (I know this can't always be the case with a busy store but both times they were quick).Their prices were competitive and and I did not feel I over paid. I helped my mother put in an online order for the most beautiful "Shades of Purple" premium flower arrangement to be delivered to her grand-daughter. After looking at the same old floral delivery services, and ones in the Southend of Washington, DBPP has the best online selection with great prices, especially for delivery in that area. My sister sent a photo of the arrangement and we all agreed it looked spectacular! Even better than Molbak’s. We will be ordering from DBPP in the future! Most of all, my niece loved it and we learned purple is her favorite color!

This company was wonderful to work with. We had a sudden passing of a family member, The flower wreath was beautiful and just as pictured. I had asked to change out some of the flowers and Teresa explained some were not in season and one of the others did not hold up well on our design, I appreciated the honesty and education.She answered every question in a timely manner and got my request done on short notice. They made a not so pleasant situation a little better. Will be using them again!
