Biscuits takes such good care of my favorite doodle in both daycare and boarding! They pay attention to her moods, and how comfortable she is around new people and new dogs. Because it’s such a great business, turnover is low, and Korra has made many new human friends in addition to a few dog friends. Honestly I’m not quite sure what we would do without Biscuits! !

Biscuits is an amazing daycare and boarding facility. They do a fantastic job ensuring my pups are well cared for and well socialized. I have four rescue dogs, and the one that goes here is by far the most socialized and well-adjusted of my pack. She’s been going here since she was just 12 weeks old and went through all the puppy classes. Ava has turned out to be so good with all dogs. Having rescues can be difficult, and a few of the older ones just won't do well in a daycare environment, but I am grateful Ava was able to be exposed at a very young age and taught how to be a good dog. Thank you, Biscuits!!

Have taken my boys to Biscuits for 10 years. The staff is wonderful, smart and great with my dogs. I would trust this daycare and staff completely with my boys.

Biscuits has been such a blessing to my family! My pups not only receive the best care, but they learn new tricks/commands, meet other dogs, and come home happy and exhausted! I love that they give us an update on Cricket's and Hamilton's day. Booking is so simple using their website, dropping off/picking up is a breeze, and staff are always there to answer any questions I may have. The staff reflect so much love and committment to individualized quality care that Biscuits will remain my ONLY choice for daycare and boarding needs.

My dog is new to the Biscuits family but he's loved his time there and has participated in both daycare and boarding programs. As a crazy dog mom, I'm grateful for the seemingly over the top programming and details at Biscuits! From the themed weeks to the daily reports at pickup, it's been a great experience. The only thing I wish was different, was the drop-off and pick-up situation as the parking lot gets busy. Maybe a roundabout system in the future?!

Our dogs spend Fridays at Biscuits and they love it. They are wiggly with excitement when we drop them off; happy and tired when we pick them up. We also board them at Biscuits when we are out of town. The staff at Biscuits are kind and professional. You can tell that they love the dogs. I particularly appreciated that Biscuits worked with me on shirt notice bookings when we were handling cancer treatment appointments in 2023. You don't always get a lot of notice, and Biscuits really helped us with dog care. We think they are awesome!

We have two dogs with very different personalities and each loves their time at Biscuits! One dog is very social and loves playing actively with the other animals, the other is a little more shy, choosing to hang out with staff and seek out other quiet dogs throughout the day. Both dogs come trotting out to the car wagging their tails with doggie smiles after their day of play. The staff at Biscuits understands that not every dog is the same and they treat them as individuals, not just a pack. Highly recommend!

Biscuits is amazing. They give you personalized reports each time your dog is there, they do TONS of fun activities so your dog is getting mental & physical stimulation, plus cuddles from the staff. The only downsides are the high prices, and the quick turnover of some of the staff. But we still think it's worth it, because we have total peace of mind knowing our dog enjoys it so much there.

This review is solely for the Meet and Greet:We had hoped to get our dog into this facility for regular training and socialization, plus boarding when we were away.It costs $30 to have the basic functions of the facility explained to you, all of which is on the website already, and for the staff to bring out a dog for a test with your dog, and if they are teasing or aggressive you will not be able to use their services. We warned them ahead of time that our dog likes to tease other dogs, but they didn't inform us that this could be an issue. We did not get our $30 refunded despite being rejected and despite not having been warned about the issue we mentioned. Waste of money units your dog is already well-behaved. Could have started with the test and saved us the time it took.I'm not surprised, and I doing entirely blame them for the rejection, but it was not worth throwing away $30.

My puppy started Biscuits Day Care and puppy preschool at 12 weeks of age. I’m impressed with the time the Biscuits team takes BEFORE the first day to learn about the pup. Aaron is the puppy preschool teacher and emails ā€œ report cardsā€ that same day. I searched all over the Tacoma area for day care options and Biscuits was mentioned by my vet, pet shop people and friends as the best option.

Biscuits is the best!! We tried several places in Tacoma before settling on Biscuits for our older sheprador. They are so comprehensive in their care, incredibly diligent about food times and medication doses for our dog, and really love dogs. They always have something to share about our dog's stay, and I am confident that they're attentive to all the dogs and their unique needs and personalities. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for, and with our fur families, it's more than worth it.

Best day care and boarding I’ve ever used. Staff are incredibly well educated about dogs, compassionate, and truly seem to enjoy their work. My dog is always elated when she realizes we’re headed to Biscuits and happy and tired when I pick her up.

I absolutely love biscuits! My doodle has been going there since puppy school and I trust their team and their expertise to ensure he has the best and safe time! I live for the planned activities and themes and I think the secret Santa has been my favorite activity. They do their best to get you in and out and I know my dog/son is in good hands ā¤ļø

I love to take my baby Diva to Biscuits, they take excellent care of her and she enjoys a lot. They follow my instructions with her food and meds, and the most important they make sure she receives all the love and play time. They are very professional and organized and they always do a follow up call once Diva is back home, which I really appreciate.

Biscuits is absolutely incredible! The people truly care and I never worry about leaving my dog with them, she has a blast every time. So much so that she can’t wait to get out of the car when we pull up. Huge thanks to Biscuits for taking care of my furry family!

I have a 1 year old dog who is full of energy. Biscuits gives me a peace of mind knowing they are keeping my pup and entertained. At the end of the day during pickup I love getting to hear about how my dogs day went and who he enjoyed playing with

Biscuits is a great place to bring your dog!! The facilities are clean and inviting, all the staff members are friendly and accommodating. If you are dropping off your dog in the morning hours, plan extra time. There is often a wait to have your dog checked in. Also, be aware that you have to pay $10 extra to receive a photo of your dog, daily.

I have been taking my French Bulldog Bodhi to Biscuits for the last few months. I use their day care services twice a week and have them do his grooming as well. It’s very convenient as they can usually do the groom during his time at day care. I’ve seen a couple reviews noting Biscuits not responding or being transparent with some customers, that is the furthest thing from the truth, at least from my experience. If anything I think they communicate more than they need to but as with any pet owner I find that to be very beneficial and reassuring. Their staff are friendly, informative and seem to care a lot about the pets they take in. I know Bodhi is always in good hands when he is at Biscuits. One of the best parts is how much they tire Bodhi out so I can get some quiet time during those nights:) They also take pictures every week and post them to instagram and facebook, always fun to see your furry friend playing with others. Bodhi recently had a birthday and they treated him like a king, picture is attached!

This doggie day care is amazing. The care for the pups is noticeable the moment the staff greets you. Watching the pups come and go, you see smiles on all their faces and their body language lets everyone know it’s time for fun. I appreciate the structure of this day care, where the pups get enrichment along with play time. Biscuits will always be a second ā€œhomeā€ to our pup.

I really hate to write this, especially after rereading my review of Biscuits from 2018. We've boarded our dog Mumford with you many, many times over the years - probably spending thousands of dollars. We've been clients since Biscuits was operating out of your former building. We were really cheering you guys on.Today, after a 4-minute consult (and spending $30) you told us our dog was "not a good fit" after deciding he was "too nervous." Not rough or destructive, just anxious. This is a dog your former employees welcomed for years. As a rescue, he has always been a nervous dog, this is exactly why we were seeking quality boarding. After being a client of yours for 6 years, this really didn't sit right with me. I don't know what has changed - Why Mumford was acceptable in past years but not now. But to sever a 6-year relationship over a 4-minute consult is not what I imagined would happen from a business we recommended to our peers. You really let us down.

1 minute interaction with another dog deemed my 8 month old puppy "unsuitable " for daycare. My dog was on a leash in their lobby with an employee holding her while another dog was brought out. My dog became very excited and wanted to play and smell. Employees said she was aggressive and showed teeth. I absolutely did not see this. My dog has a chiweenie brother at home and neighbor dogs she interacts with. Never aggressive. They said they couldn't have her attend day care. No other options or chances or ideas. And, I was told that it probably was because she was a humane society dog and to try another facility. It's absolutely ridiculous.

It saddens me to write a bad review, but I had a terrible experience with Biscuits. My dog stayed there last year when I was having major surgery out of state in New York. I was new to the area and didn’t have anyone to watch her and I didn’t want her to fly in the cargo of the plane. I was very stressed and upset leading up to my surgery and I think Ellie (my dog) absorbed some of that stress. When she was boarded she was mopey and sad, didn’t want to eat (which she does when we’re apart), but she eventually adapted and I received positive feedback after her second night. But when I tried to book another stay with Biscuits, I was turned away. They said that they don’t think for the wellbeing of the dog that I should board her and that they refused to take her again, but failed to mention any of this when we went to pick her up after her week long stay. I just find it very unprofessional to not address something like this right away and in person. Instead they ignored my calls, my emails, my texts until I finally got through and then they rejected me. I cried and said I was going back to New York for post surgery doctor appointments, but they acted very cold. Long story short, I took Ellie to Fort Fido in University Place and they were much more accommodating and Ellie loved it. So thank you for rejecting me because I found a better place.

Best place for a large, older dog for grooming. I'll try boarding as well if needed.

We take our lab to Biscuits once a week for socialization. He loves it! From the routine evening pick up reports he gets to safely interact with a large variety of dogs & partakes in games & food puzzles. Excited in the car to go there, comes home to conk out for the night. We have also used short boarding services which give me peace of mind but I don't think he gets much sleep. Do wish they had a camera system we could access.

I don't know much about it. I just drop off, and pick up in the parking lot. It's probably the highest price I've seen so far. I know for a fact that day care centers for children don't charge that much per day.I am not so thrilled about the 3 day advance notice on attendance. However, I realize they might not want to overbook so maybe it's a good thing? It's just that the people paying the bill might need more flexibility? Idk. I might be asking for too much. It's clean and the dog seems fine during pick up.
