Getting dangerous coming here. Security is on their phones, the parking lot is full of homeless who approach you for things. Creepers hiding behind cars and come out creepy smiling. It's horrible, my husband a grown man doesn't like it either, he wants to carry a weapon. This is NOT ok. We will NOT be shopping here again and we will let others know. In fact, there's a few people I know who already refuse to shop here. Please don't tell me to contact customer support because that's a joke too. So sad it has come to this....so sadManagement go outside and have a look, do feel safe having staff go home in this? Your children? Everything about the store has gone down hill. I feel sorry for the great employees who have to deal with this. The police do nothing so don't bother calling unless something happens. They break into cars as well. Drugs....garbage and scary just scary

I ordered a cake in advance. Specific but simple instructions for the design. When I picked up the cake I was very disappointed. Not only was I being over charged (price on order form said $23 but they charged me $28) the cake was not what I was expecting. When the bakery worker asked if I liked it. I just said, “ I guess it looks alright”. I know she could tell I was not happy with this cake. I feel like I had no choice but to take the cake because I’m short on time. The cake board is even covered in chocolate like this was made last minute. I will never order a cake from this location again.

My family and I have been shopping at this Albertsons since 2015. We got to know Ms. Linda and a few other staff very closely. When my step-dad died, they all treated my mom with such compassion every time she came in. We could shop with our eyes closed in this store!Unfortunately, I had the worst experience ever while shopping there last night and I will NEVER go back! The new security guard they have will push many loyal customers out if he continues to treat them that way. I understand that stores are dealing with unprecedented theft, but to to treat me that way, unprovoked and unwarranted, was literally hurtful. There are too many other stores I can go to.

One of the night time employees, Shirley, was absolutely awful to me and my mother. I asked if I could come in and look for my mother's ID and debit card two minutes after they closed. Shirley yelled at me saying there aren't any cards on the ground, even though she hadn't looked. Yelling really awful things through the glass front doors.Absolutely will never come to this store again. Horrible customer service. Horrible employees. I'll take money elsewhere.

Clean well organized store. Recentry added extra security cameras in the parking lot which appears to be helping. Delivery and curbside pickup of orders is available.

My intention was to come for the baked/grilled chicken option from the deli. However, I brought mom along with me and she fell in love with the salad options in the deli and the hot chicken wings! She was impressed by how fresh the produce were and the variety of seafood. in this store. I had to stop her from getting too many things in the bakery but she got away with more in the meat department. We had the small shopping cart so she was sad to not be able to continue shopping. While I was paying, she found the customer service and bought her lottery. $175 later, we left the store. She’ll be back.

The Albertsons Pharmacy at 104 Military Rd S, Tacoma, WA 98444 is the worst I have EVER visited. It used to be great, but now there are all new people. I waited in line for 10 minutes, just to be told my prescription was not ready and it would be 30 to 45 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes, waited in line again for 12 minutes and again was told it was not ready and I needed to come back in 20 to 30 minutes. ...to make it worse, she wasn't even nice about it. After tonight, I am changing Pharmacy for me and my family...I may not even shop here anymore, that is how bad my experience was!

The best thing about the store is the people that work there, friendly, helpful, always smiling. Items are easy to find, the store is always clean, prices are fair, the meat and seafood department are always on top of their game, not sure what else you want from the store. They have what you need at a fair price.

They need to do something about the homeless people hanging out in the parking lots. Nobody wants to shop here when they fear for their safety and their vehicles. If they're going to come out to find someone underneath their car cutting off their catalytic converter, or find someone rummaging through their car and have to stand there and wait till they're done going through your stuff to put your groceries away?! This place is garbage. They need to start enforcing some sort of rules or regulations for their parking lots and property

We have always enjoyed shopping here or at nearby Safeway. Great selections and competitive prices. Bright, clean store. Cheerful clerk and fun, teasing bagger. Plus, we love that we can add a few miles to our electric car's battery while we shop. Thanks for that amenity.

2023-01-13, 6:30 PM...I came in to grab some wings from the bar and the Hot and Spicy were nearly empty (I presume because they were on sale for 1/2 price.) I expected that might happen. I go to the deli counter to see if more will be made, expecting to hear, "no". Long story short, they made me a batch and actually thanked ME for waiting. WOW! During my wait, I saw them acting in a completely professional and courteous manner to other customers, even if communication barriers were present. These 3 individuals went far above and beyond reasonable expectations and deserve to be recognized as such. Their efforts made my family get-together a complete success and all my guests were in awe when I told them about the exceptional service and treatment given. Please let them know how much we appreciate what they did (I gave you date and time so their manager can look at the schedule to determine who they are). I will never shop at Albertsons again. Winco now gets all my business. Went in there to return a defective cooler but because I have tattoos, they thought I was trying to scam them as many people do I’m sure in this area. when I go to Albertson’s I’m nothing but extremely respectful and polite to everybody. God knows it and so do I, the woman behind customer service kindly told me at first I had the wrong receipt and she could not refund me with my phone number. I said that’s OK. What time do you close? I went back and got the right receipt upon returning, I said there you can give me my money back now. as I could tell she was looking for any reason not to refund me. Albertson’s prices are so insanely high. The only reason people shop there is because it’s convenient. I just pay $14 for something on sale that was defective. All I wanted was my money back I had it for less than an hour. when I asked for the manager, she came over. Ask me what happened I started to tell her she then cut me off didn’t want to hear about how her employee was being judgmental to me. Which is fine, but she had the same bad attitude as a woman before her. I do look different I have tattoos. I have tattoos on my face, but I am an honest.caring and extremely polite individual. There is no reason for them to treat me the way they did. My brother stopped going there years ago. I am also done. I’ve never been treated that way at winco. They will receive all my business from now on.

It would be nice if when asking the workers in the Bakery department if they could help you The workers Would help you Pleasantly. They wouldn't seem so bothered by a request. ( I realize it's hard to break away from what you're doing to help someone , I don't think they would like it if I just helped myself )It's kind of like they don't belong to the company. It's absolutely a 100% different then the workers on the floor and the cashiers who bend over backwards to do what they can for you. Debbie in produce has stopped what she was doing and went to the backroom and Picked up a full flap of mangoes. She seemed like she was so happy to do it. I was kind of blown away by her attitude and it's not just her there's the cashier's etc Is they're all wonderful and hard working..I've Always had great help From the bakery personnel In the past.This was a surprise... It was was my 1st poor experience. It wasn't terrible ,, a bridge too far? My wife and I have been shopping at the store for 30 years I believe. If I'm not mistaken this was a Safeway store way back when.. Like all major changes you tend to forget eventually .Sars is a good grocery store and we do shop there now more than ever so Competition doesn't go away. I've never had a bad experience at sars grocery

Amazing staff! Everyone is so pleasant and upbeat. After shopping there I realized I locked my keys & phone in my car. The manager came out to my car to help and thankfully was able to get my car unlocked for me. I'm so appreciative for the help I received

The store was clean always have great sales. I don't like how stereo typical employees can be, I understand the location but dang I don't like to be followed by employees just because of my age or maybe the way I look. Who knows.

Butcher block worst experience in all the many years shopping at this store. New York steaks were on sale can only buy one. I purchased a multi pack. Ones that had no large grizzle running thru the meat from butcher block. The lady said they are all New Yorks yeah I get it most in freeze area I viewed had large runs of grizzle also. Normally I have the butcher cut meat in a multipack an also get sale price. Not sure why or what was up with the lady but, seems to be young and with attitude. I don’t like the way I was serviced and if this continues I will proceed to go to other store for my groceries. I know most of worker in butcher block also. Except this person who served up the meat tonight. I also had other to purchase however I left the store with only 3 items because of the behavior of the lady in butcher area.

Always a good shopping time. Plenty good selection of fruits to try and wide selection of quality meats. Can't go wrong with Albertsons. Each store is set up similar so you have a good feel for where everything is. Plenty of deals every day.

The paint inside is just so dark. It so gloomy in the store. However, the salad selection is better that Safeway. Now if we could just keep the handles of the serving spoons OUTSIDE of the salad and not sitting in or on.

I Love this Store. Clean, Roomy Isles. Nice Store Attendants, Managers and people to help you to your car. Please check out the Deli selections. Sandwiches made fresh daily. Great selection of Gourmet cheeses. Try their Just For U program. (Same as Safeway). You don't have to sign up twice. This Albertson's has a really good Drive-up program. Great Drive-up Staff. Your order is ready, almost as soon as you do your order online. It's also a Gas station here but does not use the Just-for-U Rewards. Did you know you can use your Just-for-U gas Rewards at Chevron. Be sure to pay inside. Use cash or it cost more.
