I was informed about 2.5 weeks ago that they had found a credit card skimmer by the male night employee. I was informed by the female that they think it was an employee from another store. Devin told me to be quiet, that they could get introuble for this. I was then overcharged for a pack of cigarettes lastnight by the male employee. He didn't give me a receipt and he reprinted it. I went in tonight to get my money back and after her calling 2 of her bosses, told me to come back Monday. I work hard for my money and the Management should be ashamed for doing business like this. Check the cc machine and your receipts when you buy from this store.

Zack, employee of store #22433 was simply amazing. I went in for some cocoa and was met with the best customer service I have had in any establishment anywhere. Zack, dude thank you for your help, upbeat personality and easy demeanor. It’s refreshing and appreciated.

Double charged me., told me it would be back In a day, had to come back and ask for my refund while he argued with me over it. His employee even told him she remembered yet he continued to argue . Got it back but still gave me attitude for his mistakes.

My EBT card was hit with a card skimmer on the 28th and was completely drained. I'm about 80 percent certain that it was this particular seven eleven where my info was stolen and that employees were involved in the theft.I see I'm not the only one whose shopped here who has had theft issues.

This 7 11 is in my neighborhood. The employees are polite and helpful. One thing I have noticed however is, there's always a "help wanted" sign displayed. The employees continue to change & about 95% of the time some employee's don't wear masks. If one is ok with that, fine. I always wear mine when I go in this store & sanitize when home.

I've never been impressed with the customer service here, but I stopped today to get a small coffee refill (using my own cup and the employee even said it was a small coffee refill). The advertisement with 7-11 is that with the reward program all hot beverages are $1, and I did have the app up to date and available on my phone. However, the reward program wasn't working according to the employee so I had to pay almost $2 for my small coffee refill. Thats against the advertised price and the employee knew that it wasn't my fault it was the system.

I always enjoy coming to this. Especially when Tracie is working she is always courteos and polite and makes every visit a joy. If you ask .e she deserves a raise! Thank you Tracie for making 711 just that much more awesome 😀😁😁

If i could give a -1000 stars i totally would.I visited on the graveyard shift and bought a total of 6.09 worth of goods from here.I have the cashier my only bill a 20.my hands were full when she gave me my change.when I got home I needed the cash so I got it out of my pocket and it was only 3bucks and some change.correct me if I'm wrong but 20- 6.09 does not= 3 bucks.She kept 10 of my change.I called the store and told her.she denied as expected.I called to speak with the manager everyday for the last 2 weeks and still get nothing.WRONG MOVE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I am angry and disappointed in this company.They can't even bother to call me back.A year later and I still have not even gotten a response to anything.worst store in the history of retailers.

I enjoy shopping at this 7-Eleven. The employees are polite, friendly & talkative. They're also helpful. I also like the assortment of available items. The customers are friendly too. Good all around

If I could give this place 0star I would. Bad customer service. Cashier overcharged me. The next day I came to and asked to speak with the manager and he(the manager) just asked me to come the following day. The next day when I came by, the manager was not on site at all, and this cashiers weren't able to give me my refund and were very rude. This place should be shut down. Never got my money (thief)

I typically love this one, a few of the employees are very friendly. Where as this morning, it was a whole different experience, with and employee by the name of Summer. I'm sure she spells it differently, but she had no name tag on. I happened to wait in line for a good couple minutes while she fumbled around looking for whatever else this gentleman wanted. After she giggles and goes back anf fourth trying to find what he wants, turns out they don't have it. She laughs it off, they finish up, she helps the next person on the other till while he gathers his stuff. This all takes another min or more. Then she finishes up, and I'm next. I want a pack of smokes and asked if she could exchange 10$ in quarters for $10. She tells me she doesn't have time to do that. ?? Time...they're quarters and they're in a container. U don't have time? There's 1ncustomer ready behind me. I'm a customer, u don't have time to help me, but u never mentioned to the gentleman u didn't have time to fumble around looking for his stuff while I stood in line. That's very rude. I asked her name. Told her we all r busy and have things to do. She didn't have to be so rude. She sarcastically told me to have a good day. It took 20 secs to count out quarters. I intact was 10 mins late to my job, but still was being respectful.

If I could give less than one star I would. Dee the cashier yelled at a customer for coming in the store with her mask around her chin. The customer went to his car to get his mask, came back in, and she continued with the verbal assault. Then proceeded to scold the customer in front of me who also didn’t have on a mask. Her behavior is very unacceptable. I will never return to this store.

The 7-Eleven would have just been fine other than their rude, inconsiderate, accusation throwing around and violent employee they have working for them right now! who assaulted my wife during our visit! I am giving this one star I would give it less if I could!

Not a bad place around about outskirts of my neighborhood sometimes it's a little little and nervous late at night when you're wondering what that people are doing this but they're all good no problem customer service if you were here gray nice quiet very cool and helpful
