Don’t really expect anything from Walmart. I shop and get what I need no expectations. It is what it is. Most retailers are the same. Looking for bottom line that’s it. I really don’t blame them with this economy. I try to look for bargains which is far in between any more.

I love Walmart I don't just buy stuff from them I also order through them and I am always satisfied with the way the packaging is and the way that I received the product Walmart is always going to be my number one go to place to buy things especially for children buying my kids clothes and shoes are easy through Walmart than anywhere else I love their prices 4 kids items

Live in Prosser, have shopped at SS Walmart many times over many years, but not for over about 6 months, maybe more. Big change. Today's experience was wonderful in many ways. A result of good management (America M.) and staff buy-in and commitment. Incidentally, staff working hard with America on vacation.

Well ..we've all stepped inside a couple different Walmarts, ya they seem the same, nothing major stands out, (even it's minor)..just another ordinary...Walmart, right!Well ..wrong! But also right!But anyways ...by chance I happened to experience the SUNNYSIDE WALMART, (2weeks ago), and how that happened wasn't becuz I woke up one morning and had this burning desire to get in my car and drive all the way to a Walmart in Sunnyside , NO! what put me there, was a job I just started, and NO I AM NOT A WALMART EMPLOYEE, BUT I am working at that Walmart , I got hired on by the company ACOSTA , I am a retail merchandiser, and that is my store I'm assigned to ...so anyways, (bla, bla, bla) " get to the point already " ! and that is this....like i previously mentioned ..."Walmarts ! When you've seen one , you've seen em all"! BUT NO! NOT THIS ONE , (so far) this one is by far .....THE MOST AWESOME EST I HAVE SEEN! Not that they have anythang , that all the rest don't have , NO ! it's not the items in the store that caught my eye, it's.....the PEOPLE, the employees that I've came across, even though we ve just did some small talk , but my point ....just a super awesome bunch of people working together in an ordinary Walmart in a small town makes it worth the hour drive there and back !*bottomline.(Ohh...uh oh.umm I better not of jinxed my self). Lol

I had to change my review from a 1-star to a 5-star. I recently had a situation with this store where I wrote a check to them for my Wal-mart Capitol One credit card in the amount of $1,000. They ran this check through the ACH machine and, as per Wal-Mart policy, retained the check for auditing purposes and sent it in to U.S. Bank with the rest of their deposits. Unfortunately, I found out that this check got cashed for a second time by U.S. Bank in Spokane, but upon further investigation, learned this was the bank's fault and not Wal-Mart's. After 4 months of filing claims with U.S. Bank, the bank would not rectify the situation and I also learned that they cashed this check for the second time under a different check number. All of this being U.S. Banks's fault. I requested the help of the Wal-Mart store manager, America Marquez and after working with me for a month to get U.S. Bank to fix their mistake, she took it upon herself to fix U.S. Bank's mistake by paying me back the $1,000 I was owed. THANK YOU SO MUCH, AMERICA! I know you were as frustrated by this as I was and I really appreciate you going beyond what was expected for a customer. You are my go-to Wal-Mart from now on! 😁👍

My grandson loves to come from Grandview to eat there chicken wings 😋 they are the best. And they are always so full of kids enjoying their food. I grandson loves coming to enjoy their chickens 🐔 😄 wings 😋 they get a 10 +for their yummy food 😋

This Walmart needs alot of help..The stock is very low, and the store is very ran down. But all of the staff was nice, but didn't care about there store. Maybe just bad management? I did go to this Walmart for black Friday and I will say it was better ran then over normal days I've stopped in. Walmart should never have empty shelves in my opinion. Very sad job.

Typical Walmart, actually Sunnyside Walmart is the worse. 11 employees standing around and nobody can sell me a phone and when I ask why, the response is We’re not qualified in that area. Hey Walmart, I’ve got an idea, if you can’t hire QUALIFIED employees, close the pos store! WHAT A JOKE

A traveling stop; there was garbage sitting in customer service section, spilled liquid( from rotten fruit) on cart dripping to the floor, over all the stench penetrated CS area like human waste.

They have a lot of employees walking around talking to other employees, could not get anyone to help me get something off the top shelf after asking 2 employees, that told me I'll get someone to help you. so I got the ladder they left out on the isle of the product I needed and got it myself.

Placed online pick-up order on the 16th, and my order was not ready. I called my card institution, and the representative stated that my card had been charged $312.68. My order was $274.14, so inconvenience someone who added items to my order and stole my groceries. I spoke to 2 employees who were supervisors of the pick,-up service area, and they stated I canceled my online order, which I did not do.

The customer service lady Esmar is very rude and disrespectful, i hope I don't shop there ever again because of that lady.I understand that she was working there for like 15yrs, but I think she needs to respect the customers and not talk to them like they came to steal sfuff.

Customer service lady by the name of Gloria was extremely rude as she made my return on a product the worst Walmart experience I have ever encountered. (3 times to customer service center for finally a return along with the garden manager) However after going to the garden center and encountering a very nice gentleman by the name of Mohammed the garden manager, he made our return very smooth. We need more employees like Mohammed at the Sunnyside Walmart. Thank you so much to him and one of the store managers Julio for them I give a 5 star review. For the lady the 1 star review since I can’t put 0 stars.
