Best bet I’ve ever been too. They care and they give it to you straight, with options for treatment. The saved my cats life after another vet wanted to put him down. They’ve been great with our dog as well. I drive from West Richland because they are that good!

I cannot even express in words how much I'm grateful for this vet clinic! I recently moved from Richland and had no time to establish with a local vet whem my 6 year old siamese had a seizure one morning and then it was a cascade of seizures and emotions afterwards. In 3 days I went from having a perfectly healthy fur baby to having to consider euthanasia due to quality of life concerns. This clinic understood! The had empathy and supported me 110%. I highly, highly recommend this vet clinic for anything! Emergency or not!

This place is wonderful .The people are absolutely the best around . The price was good ....my dog felt at ease. I felt great when I left ...even if I had to drive an hour there and back... it was worth it . They got me in even when my own Vet wouldn't take me. Thank you so much........

Had an emergency situation on an animal transport from the Midwest and they got me right in on a walk in basis. The staff and the vet was so kind and compassionate from the time i walked in the door and throughout the visit. They are a great asset to their community and to those in need. I will never forget them for what they did for myself and the pup on transport and i highly recommend them. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Pet Health Clinic has been amazing to my fur babies. I have taken my dogs there for 5 years now. Recently, one of our dogs had to be put down due to pretty significant health issues, very emotional for all of our family. When I called Pet Health Clinic they were amazing, caring, and friendly. The day we took our dog (Hero) to go to doggy heaven, again, they were so kind, caring and friendly- this place is just the best place to take your pet. Thank you so much Pet Health Clinic. Super helpful throughout the whole process of getting my female cat fixed. Excellent pricing. They are very caring about all the animals that come into their care . They called to let me know that my cat came of out surgery and was doing well and kept her over night to watch her and let her rest for no extra charge. They trimmed her nails as well when they had her. I highly recommend them

I enjoy taking my pets here because the staff shows that they care about your pets needs. They are also well priced, based on other places that I have been. I also like that I can make an appointment to cut my pets nails. They have been able to squeeze me in many times, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome clinic with a very nice staff. I called them to have my 14 year old dog seen and the receptionist was very polite and got my dog in the same day. The Veteranerian was very informative and explained everything in detail. She also took the time to answer every question I had. I will definitely be going back there from now on.

I moved back to sunnyside one year ago and have tried multiple vets. This clinic, in my opinion, is not only the best around, but is one of the best I’ve ever been to anywhere I’ve lived.The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Whether it’s making a general appointment or even dealing with something more serious, getting in to see them is stress free and they always respond to questions in a timely manner. The entire environment is warm, calm and my pets pick up on that. I also love how clean everything is. Even at busier times of day, everything stays organized and everyone works hard.Prices are fantastic. I would honestly expect to pay more and I have in other cities for this kind of quality facility and professionalism. My pets’ quality of life is incredibly important to them here and it shows. I recommend this clinic to anyone who really wants the best for their pet. This city is lucky to have this place.P.S. Upon reading other reviews, I want to remind readers that this is a veterinary clinic, not an animal shelter. This area is inundated with stray animals. I have seen this clinic and staff work hard to do it’s absolute best to help with these issues in the community.

Was in town visiting my sister when we found out our dog had fleas! My sister referred me to this vet and it was great. I was expecting long wait times and outragous pricing, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly! We were in and out in 30 minutes! Our pup has been doing well since we visited. Would definitely refer anyone in the area to them!

These guys are awesome and life savers (literally and figuratively). Unfortunately we went for an appointment that was hard. But the staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable during that time. As well as being professional and friendly. Great place to take your furry ones to get them looked at!

This isn't my primary vet because I live in a different community but I've gone here when I've had emergencies. They usually are able to get me in quickly and do a fantastic job. They are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. I highly recommend them.

This is the best clinic period. I have been to vets in the Tri city area and Yakima and none compare to this one. They never over charge you, and provide excellent care for your pets. I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and professional. They took excellent care of all my animals.

Arrived with a stray cat about 10 minutes before close. They took her in to clean her eyes and gave me an appointment for the next morning. The vet came to explain what may be happening with the kitten and what tests were needed. Then she offered to do the blood work and stay past close so I didn't have to return in the morning. Thank you to the doctor and her staff. It was greatly appreciated. Also, Rio is doing well and getting stronger every day.

We have taken our cats here a few times and everything has been great so far. Wish they would let you in with your pet instead of having you wait outside in your car since businesses are now opening up and letting customers in. But I totally understand.

I found this place after landing in Sunnyside. I think they are top notch. I've been going to vets my whole life, and I'm 64. I would know a bad vet if I saw one. I've seen all three doctors, and I got really good and informative care at a reasonable price. Sarah is a darling, and though I don't know their names, the entire staff is caring and polite and does their level best. I am pretty eccentric, and never felt a judgement. Just some nice people doing their best to care for pets. They rescue strays, they try to place them, and that is not the mark of a "bad" vet. Sometimes animals lose the battle, and that certainly isn't their fault. Sometimes people don't want to pay to keep their animals well and healthy. Again, not their fault. I have had several very good experiences. In addition to their good care, they offer a no charge second visit if the pet has been seen before for the condition and not a lot of time has lapsed. I have never experienced this in a vet anywhere. High marks.

So caring and thourogh. Took my dog on a Sunday to a pet emergency clinic. They kept him one night, almost $800. He spent the next three days under the same procedures at Pet Health Clinic for under $300. We had a great outcome. So scared we might lose him. So comforting when Dr. Devries came out with a smile on his face. Always friendly and sensitive to the patient and owner. The BEST.

Worst place I've ever taken my pet too. The first 5 years this place has been great, the Vets were caring & genuine went it came to my pets needs. After moving away & coming back to the area I decided to take my pets again. I felt disappointed when I realized it was night & day compared to the previous Vets & visits. The new vets should be selling cars not trying to help animals. This place has given up on genuinely caring to genuinely caring about charging you for more profit. I would never go back again. So disappointed

The staff at the Sunnyside Pet Health Clinic are always going above and beyond to not only help the animals in their care, but also to help stray and injured animals in the community as well. The Lower Valley would not be the same without them.

My dog was attacked by a neighbors dog. She got a long laceration on her back leg and needed immediate attention. I called my regular vet in prosser but was turned away... I called ahead and was able to get my dog the help she needed at this clinic even though they were really busy. I'm going to keep coming to this clinic because I want to deal with a professional staff! Thank you all for your help and the care you gave my dog. It means the world to me knowing there is a place that cares for animals in need and will see to them in a timely manner.
