Food selection was great, but the customer service was not good at all. The checker seemed mad to be there, did not acknowledge you, or thanked you. She just handed the receipt without even looking at you. Customer service can make or break a business. This was at the Sunnyside location.

I had an awful experience at this grocery store. The customer service was terrible, and their policy of not allowing bags into the store is ridiculous. The manager showed no understanding or empathy. I will never be returning here.

Went in to grab some sale items. Fresh large avocado for my keto breakfast and lunch! They were very large avocados and 4 /$5.00 is a very good deal right now.

The employees are so nice, you can tell that they enjoy their job. There is never been a place that I have been to that the vibe in the store is amazing. I’ve asked a few employees what they thought of the new owners and they don’t say anything bad. They love the new owners. They’ve told me that the new owners give them so much respect, they treat them as people and not just an employee. The store has a lot of variety, so much better now than previously. They are always doing something special for their employees and for their customers. A very amazing store. Very happy employees. And the owners are very personable and doing a great job. This is the only Grocery Outlet I will shop at.

Fresh fruits and veggies! Helpful and very nice staff: I had to ask two people for help (I often do in a new store, that's just me) and they were both incredibly nice and knew exactly where everything was. It's a small store compared to all the other grocery spots in town, so if you just need a gallon of milk, you can get in and out quicker. Update: I've spoken to the owner a couple times and he is really helpful and cool!

The best Grocery Outlet in this desert.Amazing prices. Amazing people. The employees here are the best I’ve ever seen at this store. A new variety, a lot more to offer, discounts, how happy the employees are, the owners are a joy, never have seen an unhappy employee and I have not seen an item that was not priced right. With this inflation, you’re missing out if you don’t shop here.I follow them on Facebook and they had mermaid waffles, my grandbaby was in heaven. And when I went in and got them this weekend I was able to buy one and get one free. What store around here does that? None of them. The store rocks, it’s even better than the ones in Yakima and Tri-Cities. You’re a fool if you don’t shop the store.

Kevin the manager went above and beyond today helping us get our items from the store safely, we are high risk for virus have avoided going in buildings.Was immediately ready to help. Just another reason to love grocery outlet. Small clean stores hiring our locals, helping our communities. Great value, shopping experience.

I have been to this store regularly since it was opened and it is the best grocery store in town, by far. The service is always excellent, the savings are significant a good portion of the time, at least for the items that I buy, and the selection of organic, niche products is the best in town. A store like this was sorely needed in this area and I'm very happy that we now have it.

They have such a clean store and amazing deals! I highly recommend them. Shop there first and then pick up what you need at Safeway or wherever because you will significantly decrease your food budget!

We travel across the country full time,band always shop at Grocery Outlet. This particular location was much like the other locations across the country, just not as busy. We found it generally clean, with a decent sized organic section. Grocery Outlets in other parts of the country have bigger organic sections, but i think the demographic in Sunnyside, WA doesn't put much demand on organics. Checkout lady was very pleasant

This store has extreemly great prices. Bought my favorite boccocini fresh mozzarela today for $0.97 and it is normaly 6.99 elsewhere. There is always great stuff and i can bring home more of the best products for a realy cheap price. Including cerial for 99 cents. This is the place to shop. Employes are always so friendly.

Such a fun place to shop because you never what you'll find! Always check here first before you do your regular shopping! Te savingsa re freaky but the unique products are really where it's at. Friendly faces too!

They don't have much at all and compare their prices to how much something would cost elsewhere and maybe a gas station is the elsewhere not in any grocery stores they do have some low priced items I found shredded cheese cheaper and avocados have been good but that's all I found do far
