I like Bi-Mart it's a great place to go and shop...sometimes the prices are less than other stores and they always have really good sales... The store is clean and neat with lots of nice folks there to help you out... They carry everything from sporting goods and the outdoors, canning items and utensils, kitchenware, groceries, pellet stoves, pet food... You can name almost anything and I think they might carry it.

Bi-Mart is one of my favorite places to shop. No, they don't have as much as a superstore, but they have everything I need and more. I always find great deals in their sales ads, and the regular priced items are fairly priced. Perhaps the best thing I enjoy is the folks who work there. They are friendly and professional, and they know the store and the products and are always willing to help. I've been a Bi-Mart shopper for over 60 years (since I was a kid) and will continue to enjoy their great prices, selection, and friendly staff for many years to come.

Love the store, but the lady was R U D E. We just bought our membership, had a good time shopping around, and then the lady behind the counter was such a ..... she wasn't even the one checking us out, just standing there. Our card wasn't going through, and same with the other 2 people in line, but the lady grills us (only us, no one else)and tells us "your card will be locked and we have to keep it. You'll have to call the bank for fraud." She kept going on and on🙄.The way she was standing, glaring at us, and her tone, i could tell right away she was a ..... I regret getting a membership and buying here🙄

Absolutely. Will not let you shop without even membership card which I can understand with Costco and stuff. But Bi-Mart doesn't seem to have the same edge on the market to Costco does seems ridiculous to pay a membership fee to a store that sells prices is the same as everywhere else

So frustrating…I attempted to purchase a gun from this store. During the initial paperwork I had to wait for one specific employee to come in for her shift because apparently she was the only one who knew what she was doing. Once the paperwork was filed, I was told it would be a couple of weeks. I understand that this is an estimate and that because I’m from out of town (45 mins away) it might take a little longer. I called periodically to check in like recommended and nothing. A little over a month went by and I was told that the best bet was to have them re submit my paperwork to my city police because my paperwork might have been lost. Another month goes by and I call to check in. Only at this point am I informed that my paperwork is only good for 30 days and that I have been waiting for nothing! I asked why I wasn’t informed of this during the process and was apologized to and told that at this point my best option would be to head over so I can be issued a return of the gun and not purchase it. Super disappointed in the customer service that I received and the lack of help!

Only reason this even has 1 star is because I can't put 0.Their pharmacy department is the worst, when my grandmother was picking up a prescription for my grandfather who has cancer the pharmacist asked how "How long did they give him?". Not only did this upset my grandmother but it has upset my mom and angered me.I WILL be in there to handle this situation and this will be remedied.

Staff were polite. People had to wear masks to come and they had what I needed. They also have a list of what they have in stock, as far as Covid-19 related stuff at the entrance which could save you time.

I needed some new jeans and as we happened to be in Sunnyside, took a chance that I might even find them on sale. Whatta y'all know? Found my size Rustlers (made by Wrangler) for $12.99. No more $40.00 Levi's for this guy (which are usually half worn out when you buy 'em)! Can usually find what I'm looking for in just a few minutes. If you can't find what you are looking for, the staff are very accommodating/helpful and will ask if you need to find anything else. I love Bi-Mart, giddy up, & they have a pretty good RV supply section, too! Be sure to check your membership number against the board if y'all are there on Tuesday. You never know...

The pharmacy is always friendly. They make sure patients understand what, why, and how their to take their medication. The store ataff are helpful and friendly as well.
