Great customer service every time I go in, and they have a huge selection of hardware and products for your home and lawn care needs. They're decently priced, and if you need any help, they are a lot more knowledgeable than a superstore.

Since they have remodeled and somewhat rearranged the store, I have not yet figured out where everything is. But, that doesn't matter because everyone in this store is always very helpful.I am sad to see Sheri go over to Harbor Freight, but she'll be as pleasant there as she was here for all those years.I'll take a local owned business over a box store every time. That's the duty as a citizen of a community and we should all strive to buy local whenever possible!

A very helpful store. Its a bit smaller than a home depot, but much much bigger than your average small town ace. You can find most home improvement items here. If you call to check to see if they have an item and they don't they can order it often quicker than you can get said item delivered from a different retailer.

Bought a power washer to clean the concrete in front of my house my feed squirrels and birds and cats all strays and they love peanut butter the squirrels love peanut butter and their paws are always oily and sticky and they track it all over the concrete even when I put stuff down on the concrete they still find a way to get the concrete oily with crunchy peanut butter 🤣

The only thing that occasionally gets on my nerves about the Ace Hardware in Sunnyside is they don't stay open late enough for my liking. Other than that, I love the place! The employees are always helpful and friendly, I always fnd a little treasure or trinket that I can't live without and I would go in there much more often if their hours were more suited to my work schedule. Fortunately, I manage to pop in quite often.

Today was embarrassing, I walked out with my purchase and a employee tracked me down yelling if I was going to pay for my items right outside the store.. I've been shopping with ace for years and have never been accused of theft, I showed her my receipt, but then she made me feel that it was my fault she thought I was stealing .

I've been checking to see when they get 1/2 inch flexible gas line with no success. I will probably have to go out of town to get it, was trying to stay local other than that it's a good place to shop

I have always had a great experience with this store. The always have things that I need on sale and something's that I don't need in sale. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. They usually have what you are looking for. I for one will work return. Happy shopping.

Saves you the trip to Yakima or Tricities, but the prices are a little high. When you need something fast like a tool, screws, outlets, etc. It's the helpful place. For a big purchase make the drive elsewhere it will save $$$.

They gave me the wrong flusher twice. On the second ocassion she put the one I took back back again into the bag. My surprise when I got home. When I called them back they amd told them they simply laughed at me. I will never go to an ACE ever again.

prices are so high there and when I'm looking for certain products gardening they don't carry it or even know what it is had to show them a picture on my phone so I went to the competitor for better prices and a complete knowledge of what I need and i had a rude cashier and its usualy not like that she didnt say thank you so i just said ur welcom and she actually made a snobbish noise and thats what i got

My store in grandview was closed and all inventory was sold. This was a really good store and the people who worked there were helpful and friendly. We are going to miss that store. Thats what happens when the economy crashed so did this store. There was not enough money or people.Its sad for the ma and pa business or small family business have to go under cause the local sociaty citizens wont put the money back in to the local businesses they would survive but instead everyone rather go to the next town and spend money on out side stores.So now grandview has no ace hardware. Only a true value store.
