This place is awesome. Debbie has been grooming my Sammy for 13 year!!! First she was in Kent, after the pandemic she went to Summer to Wendy’s and I followed her there. I go all the way from Kent to Summer because THEY ARE THAT GOOD!!!My dog was abused as a puppy and Debbie is one of the few people she let her touch her. She is gentle and so patient with her !I highly recommend this place!!! All the groomers are amazing.

Janet has been grooming my Schnoodle , Greta since we adopted her at 12 weeks, nearly a year agoHer first grooming was a very positive experience for all of us and especially Greta. As new puppy parents, we learned so much from Janet about positive grooming habits and tips.Schnoodles are the best for trainability, great family dogs and no shedding but proper grooming is especially important and Janet got us off to a great start.Janet is also very knowledgeable in puppy development and general canine health and behavior and loves to get these questionsWe sincerely hope that Janet is Greta‘s forever groomer

I’ve been taking my ancient miniature poodle to Janet since we adopted her a few years ago. Since then Janet has taken care of Daisy so well and she really seems to love our dog as much as we do! There’s never any issues. I would totally trust Janet to do a great job with your dog. And as a side note, all the employees I’ve observed there is really seem kind to the animal they are working on. It’s nice to see they all love dogs!

I have been taking my beloved dog here for several years now. My dog always looks well taken care of when I pick her up and groomed how I have asked them to every time! The groomers listen and hear what you want done! They are wonderfully kind, caring professional people🤗

The first time we went there, my dog wound up with his entire back in hot spots from whatever shampoo they used. We figured to try again letting them know what happened and that he would need a trim on his feathers and his backside. They wound up pretty much shaving my beautiful dog. I never thought I would cry after leaving a groomer but I did. 2 horrible experiences and still paid full price. Not to mention he drank two full bowls of water after we got home, I’m assuming they didn’t give the dogs any water even on an 85 degree day. If you have a long haired dog I do NOT recommend Wendy’s at all. I let them know I was unhappy and all they could say was “well we think he looks great”. Horrible back to back experiences!!! Took my yorkie in for a haircut and they did such a great job! The girls there are so nice and professional! My dog is a little hard to handle and in the past had unfinished haircuts because of it, but they were able to complete the job. I highly recommend them! I’m happy to have found a new groomer.

We took our German shepherd on 03/27.I was told on the phone a full grooming treatment includes a bath, deshedding, nail clipping, ear cleaning.The stuff was really nice and I felt he was in good hands.Unfortunately, the dog still sheds like crazy, his right ear looks still dirty and the groomer that worked with him said she couldn't clip his nails because he wouldn't let her.So I'm not sure what I paid money for.Then I could have just given him a bath at home and not pay $75 plus tip.I don't think we will be back....Yes I'm sure that we were at this location.We paid cash for the service.

They did an amazing job! We took our dog in to get his nails trimmed, as a walk-in, and he was done within five minutes, super fast and nice service. I was super impressed, especially considering our dog is 50 pounds had never been there or met anyone, went in without us, and hates his nails trimmed.

We've been seeing Wendy since 2013 for all our grooming needs for 1, then 2, then 3, now back to just one, all shih tzu mixes, (#2) was a rescue and VERY, VERY difficult in the beginning, it only took a few visits and he was over his fears. Wendy was fantastic with him. Be sure to book early they are usually booked several weeks out.

I was a customer for two years. My dog’s groomer is a nice woman. The owner of Wendy’s doggone groomer- Wendy does not have good customer service skills. A few months back my regular groomer, Debbie, had to take time off due to personal matters. Her boss Wendy, the owner of the grooming business, called me and asked about changing her appointment. I had plans, but I was willing to accommodate. So, I take Boni that Saturday for her new appointment. I get a call later in the day saying it was taking longer than expected to finish her grooming. No big deal. I asked my daughter to get her because I had somewhere to be. I wrote my daughter a check and told her when to pick up our dog. The time I told my daughter was based exactly on what the owner told me. My daughter shows up to pick up our dog and the owner rudely tells my daughter that she “better have a check” with her. Hey Wendy, why don’t you ask for payment before making a rude comment like that? Just food for thought. Then Wendy complains about staying open longer bc of her coming late. Uhm, ok. You told us when to pick her up and we came within that timeframe. Furthermore, I’ve been a customer for two years. When have I not paid my bill when I picked up my dog? Never. The other thing is, because I had plans, I was not checking my phone. When I did check my phone later that evening, I had a message from the owner asking when I was coming, that she was essentially working late because I wasn’t there to pick up my dog. If she worked late, that is her own fault. Next time give me an accurate timeline of when you’ll be finished. Because of her poor customer service, I have not returned to her business. Which is a shame, because her employee is a nice lady. But whatever, maybe her business is doing so well she doesn’t need to be consistent or respectful in how she treats customers. Thanks, Wendy, but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Just got both my dogs nails trimmed. One of mine HATES having her feet messed with but Holly (pretty sure that was her name) got her done way faster and easier than other groomers. My other dog is scared and she was also taken care of quickly and carefully. For the price and the service I will totally be back, just note that it is a Cash or Check only business which I didn’t realize so had to run to the bank and get cash after the fact. Thanks for letting me squeeze them in without an appointment!

I have 2 chihuahuas...one is very shy and the other is a bit challenging with his personality. Wendy groomed them from pups until when we moved in 2029. I miss Wendy so much....she was so kind and compassionate when dealing with 2 very different chi personalities. Haven’t found a groomer since we moved😢.

You want a great place to have your pups groomed at a reasonable rate then this is the place. I take my girls there, never have to worry about them and they do an excellent job. The staff are friendly and listen to the customers needs. I'm very happy with the service they provide and highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Wendy and the Dog ‘gone Good Grooming Salon! Wendy always does such a great job on my Shih Tzu, LB. my little guy has floating Patellas which make it difficult for him to stand while grooming . Wendy always takes such good care of him she even got a special harness for him so he doesn’t have to put undue stress on his knees . I trust her completely we (LB and I ) love her, and her Dog ‘gone Good Grooming!! ❤️🐶

Wendy has been grooming my Shih Tzu’s for over 20 years. She is just amazing! I won’t go anywhere else! I now drive down to Sumner from Seattle once a month. She has always been kind & gentle so my dogs have never been stressed. We vary the trim seasonally and her advise is always right on. My elderly Shih Tzu now needs some TLC and Wendy gets her in & out which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend!!!

Wendy took great care in grooming my two dogs for over 15 years. One Lucy, a LLasaApso and a Cocker, Mr. MaGoo who was a sweetheart with a mean streak that no other groomer would or could handle. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for caring so much for people and their pets and for putting up with MaGoo. Highly recommended.

I brought my Siberian cat in and they were so good with her! It was really quick to get her nails clipped and belly mats shaved. Plus I appreciate that they got her in with only a couple days notice. We'll definitely be back!

Brought my 2 year old Aussie in to get groomed! They did such a perfect job! They knew exactly how to give him a cut as an Aussie! He is a shy dog, but I could tell he warmed up to them quickly. Bringing him back for sure! Couldn't recommend more!
