Had 6 double pane windows that the seals had worn out. (First pic is before and second is after) Windows were all foggy and had moisture in between the panes. We put off for years to get fixed because everything on the internet said they had to be replaced. We contacted Glassmanic they came out measured and ordered new seals, grid and glass. The entire team from beginning to end was professional, answered all our questions, and install was exceptional! We are so happy we had them do the work! We finally decided to get a full pet door insert for our sliding glass door, and Glassman was the best choice to get this done. The insert was installed today and it is great. We finally get before opening of our sliding door back and all the locking mechanisms on the door are able to be used. This is a great product and this local company does a great job ordering and installing.

I had my fireplace gas insert glass fall out of my insert and break. I was able to call up Glassman and give measurements over the phone and send pictures of exactly what I needed and Anne took care of all my needs that day. I was so thankful to Anne that she took care of all of my needs and even expedited getting me a new piece of glass within the hour. I was even able to get a military discount which I really appreciated. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend the glass man.

Shane and crew replaced our insulated glass insert that had failed after 29 years. Shane had it done in a matter of a few minutes. He even advised us on a lubricant to purchase to help the windows glide easier. This is the third time we've used Glassman Inc. for glass work this year and every single individual we had contact with has been courteous, professional and competent. Can't recommend them enough!

Omg They are the best in state in my opinion, They are so nice they get you scheduled really fast they are always on time they fix my windows fast too, very friendly good folk as well I’ve gotten two windows fixed by them. Great job at a fair price. Crew arrived on time. Willie, Matt and later Jim, did a fantastic job on a very challenging job, replacing two 2nd story windows, with one over our solarium. I did provide the PVC trim boards and DAP caulking but crew did great finishing the job.We got several bids, GlassMan certainly wasn't the cheapest but I am reminded, you get what you pay for.My only disappointment, it took Milgard Windows almost 2 months to get the product. Definitely NOT GlassMan's fault.They lived up to their moto, Quality at a Fair Price. Thank you GlassMan

A few days ago I was in a panic trying to find a business where I could get glass cut and fitted immediately for a fair price.I had purchased a large antique picture frame from local antique mall and was planning to use it at my wedding as a welcome sign, but the frame did not have any glass or a mirror.I contacted Lowes, who does offer this service, but I called atleast five or more different times trying to find out the cost as well as which locations had trained employees in the glass cutting. I went to one location that a Lowes employee directed me to and I was told that someone currently on the clock could help. when I arrived, someone else told me that they did not cut glass there. The second Lowes I went to I was also told that someone who could help was available, but when I got there not long after the call, that supposed trained employee was no longer around. Another guy tried to help me and was honest, saying that he did not feel well trained for the glass cutting. I stood and waited for him to cut that picture glass for almost two hours ultimately leaving with nothing because he could not cut the glass into a sellable condition.overall I recieved less professional or expertise customer service in this situation from Lowes.I called GlassMan Inc the next morning and explained that my wedding was in a few days and I needed the frame fit. The lady on the phone told me that she would tell the men cutting the glass on site that this was an urgent job for a wedding. I brought the frame in and everything was cut and secured within 20 mins!The price was a little higher than at Lowes, but the service was speedy, glass was secured, and cut nicely it wasn’t jagged or cracked like it had been at when I went to Lowes.

It's been a little while since we got our whole house redone with new windows from GlassMan Inc, but we seriously couldn't be happier. Personalized service, a competitive (super reasonable) bid, and an overall very easy experience. Thank you to Ann for handling my bid, payment and scheduling our installation, and thank you to Matt and Shane for a very professional installation of the windows (done in 1 day!) What a nice combination they told me there was a tiny scratch on my new window, so they would be bringing a replacement for the replacement soon. They went above and beyond by checking another window at my house t, that I said was sticking, because I wanted to buy some of the lubricant they were using ! And fixed that also

Hired Glassman to install shower glass/door for Neo angle pan. Took them 3 tries to get the job done right. From the seal being cut to short to the bottom of the door being installed backwards to stripped screws. I would not recommend Glassman to install shower doors or any other item period.

The people in the front office went out of their way to help me get a sliding glass door bottom strip for rolling, which I had gone many places to search for, including Lowes and Home Depot. They were able to find the precise piece I needed for a reasonable price and they cut it to fit exactly.I came back a second time for advice on installing it, since I ran into some problems. The guy in the back came out front and told me all the little trade tips to get it into place for the door to slide on properly. It worked, and we could not be more pleased.A big thank you to all those who helped down at the Glass Man store.

Absolutely five stars! Everyone was easy to work with. Did most of the quote over email. Pick-up when the job was complete was great. They were helpful in educating me on installation of my new shower doors and things to watch out for. True experts.Found them by doing a search of shower glass door makers in the area. Having them make a new door was cheaper than buying a new shower door setup. I'm glad and feel like I made the right choice.

Nothing better than working with a locally owned small business. Last year I needed a new glass for a sliding door and also needed a dog door. I was excited to find I could have a dog door installed in the sliding glass! Everyone at GlassMan is super! From the office ladies, the guy who measured the door, and to the installers.
