EPL is a great place to work but not the Othello plant! There is a lot of favoritism and not giving a chance to grow. Very toxic environment and the Plant manager has no structure.(Some) Drivers pick and choose there loads,Maintenance manager has the mentality that if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Employees work there own hours and there’s to many secretaries in the office. Everyone there has been manipulated. Manager and his crew sell rework fines and it’s been happening for years. When visitors come down they make it look like everything is ok and all is running smooth. There is a few good people there and those are who I’ll miss.
