I finally caught the Berry Dock open and was so happy to see that they had Little Greek salads for $3 with romaine lettuce tomatoes kalamata olives salami cucumbers feta cheese and dressing. Great little salad and hot dogs with sauerkraut and all the other toppings and a wonderful iced coffee for a really hot day thank you so much for being open. Awesome service and really fresh salad. So yummy!!

Cute little pop-up shop. Today's Special, iltalain soda's. Disappointed, recommend going to S Pub and Grill for anraspberry/ vanilla Italian cream soda. Tensed with worry can I make ferry time . My experience was returned to ice cream shop 2 time's for flavor syrup ? Best part of the experience is when leaving with my soda water cream soda? Put the straw into the cup the drink comes in, causes an reaction of sticky drink valcono on the ground and your hands 🤨

I love having the ability to get ice cream on hot days while waiting for a ferry. But today, after waiting 15 minutes in line, only one person was helped then the kid working said to the 6 people in line, that he was closing and asked us all to leave. You’d think he’d finish helping those who had been waiting. Hmmmm, someone needs some training.

Today 6/25/2022 my family and I went to the Berry Dock. This was the most unorganized place I have ever walked into. As this weekend is the first weekend for great weather, you would expect a business like this to be prepared for an uptick in customers. There were 5 people working in the shop and nobody seemed to have a clue what to do including the manager. They all need supervision and shouldn’t be trusted to run this store on a busy day. Many things were not available that were posted and the staff wasn’t very empathetic to us when they told us the items weren’t available. Several customers received their orders before we did which is the most frustrating part of it all. The kids even complained about how long everything took. The shop doesn’t even make its own ice cream. Thoroughly unimpressed and will never give these people my money again. Which is sad because who doesn’t like ice cream on a hot summer day.

Sorry to say that 3 years later they are no longer the best. Went there this past Saturday and one scoop was close to $7 and it was not even on a waffle cone, it was in a cup, to top it off it was more like a kids scoop. Used to be our favorite ice cream joint, now no longer.Ice Cream Social in Ruston is way better, plus on a nice day you can walk and and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This is our favorite now. I visited during busy time, The line was extended to outside. They skipped my order for 3 groups for no visible reason, got wrong with my order, and forgot the free popcorn I asked for kids... The ice cream was good though.

After already eating a breakfast somewhere nearby that disappointed me I assumed a hot dog would help. Unfortunately I paid to 4.50 and receive a cold hot dog directly after I made a comment stating there is no way a hot dog could make my day worse I was proven wrong.

The ice cream is good but the pizza is really gross and overpriced. I bought 2 personal pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 of their meat combos), it came out to nearly $40 after tip and it was super wet and greasy, like a box of soup. Not sure what the issue was but it was pretty much inedible.

Haven't tried this place yet because of the hours. Most of us want to bring the family out for ice cream after dinner, but they close at 4. Shame

What can I say I love icecream!! 😊 Very friendly staff with great service lots of flavors kid and pet friendly. Only this is the prices are a bit much , however with being new owners the links I'm sure will be worked out takes a little bit. The owners are very nice . I highly recommend this place

Came with Hugh expectations. After off it use to be a great place. Seems like the new owners don't know how to make a simple Italian soda. Asked for a strawberry kiwi and a raspberry. Got carbonation flavorless and flavorless with creme. Not sure how you mess these up but they did it. Stick with ice cream guys.

I've greatly enjoyed the ice cream each time I've been in, including the pistachio and a berry ice cream. Very friendly staff and toddler scoops are available. My husband loved the chocolate milkshake. I haven't tried the coffee or pastries yet.Please consider updating your hours as both Google and FacebookSay you are open until 7pm but we just came by before 530pm and closed up tight! I had been raving about the pistachio ice cream to my husband so I was embarrassed to lead him on a wild goose chase due to inaccurate hours. Thankyou.

I just want to say thanks to the fabulous ladies that shared a little bit of small town hospitality with me and my dog today. It was hot and they offered us some shade, conversation, water, and even though they were not open for business they gave “drive thru Mike “ and I complementary slushees, that were very tasty. I will be back tomorrow to try the pear sorbet with the raspberry ribbon. These gals are pretty awesome. Check it out!🍧🍦🍨😋

Sorry to say almost $8.00 for two scoops of tillamook ice cream is a bit much! I realize one needs to make a profit, but at those prices most will not continue to buy!
