Used to be my favorite shop. The last time I was there I said hello to the manager as I always enjoyed seeing her. I said hello and she barely responded and was not friendly. SEVERAL times I have asked for a really fruity flavored cartridge, was told and sold one that was fruity, only to try it and it only tastes like weed. I used to drive from Arlington, I started going to Cloud 9, amazing store! Lots of the time they don’t even say thank you when you tip, which has been an issue the whole time I’ve shopped here. The dog is cute and some of the other tenders are very nice, that’s why 2 ⭐️

THEY DON’T CARE FOR MEDICAL/SHORT STAFFED. I have been medically licensed for over 4 years now, with no issues ever. My first arose today at the kushery.. I walk in to have an employee tell me “sorry and to hold on due to short staffing issues”, wasn’t a problem, but then 15 minutes later it’s now my turn, I show him my medical card & Passport ID (Hard Copy that’s more official then a drivers license). I get told to leave because my drivers license isn’t up to spec. Well why can I use my Passport Id at any other dispo in the world, and why did it take 15 minutes of waiting to leave? Idk weird shop, def won’t have my family & friends business anymore.

I have been looking for a specific product and their website said they had this product in stock. I ordered online, received several text messages about my order, and the last one said your order is ready to be picked up. It is a 40 minute drive to go to this store, I arrive to only find out they did not have the product in stocks. There was an empty bag with a receipt attached to it. The guy then tried to push another product and make several excuses as to why they didn't have the item I wanted. They couldn't call or text to let me know they didn't have it? The store was nasty smelling, probably because it's the bottom half of a house!?

Ive been lied to several times by the tall skinny guy. He has lied to my family members too. He doesn't know what products they have and he threw my note to the manager away. I tried taking the issue to higher grounds and he right it wasn't important. Also I haven't been carded by anyone in months. I'm going to quit going here until they find better employees. That guy is a joke. Also he continously put down phat panda to me and my guests,telling me they are the worst pot out there and they are liars and scammers. Im almoat 100% positive i watched him put a joint in his pocket when i passed on one he suggested to me friday. I'm truly insulted stanwood has people like that serving my town. . I hope he looses his job.

Sent my son in there as I wasn't feeling very well. Gave him a 20 and asked him to grab me an 8th. He returned with two grams priced at $10 each. Said that was the cheapest/most they could do for $20, or I could've gotten one higher quality gram for $20. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication, or they were low on stock, but that seems a bit spendy. I think next time I'll make the drive to PRC.

Hands down my favorite place to go for the Cannabis I use to treat several medical conditions. I have been going to this Store's location for years now and before then The Kushery in Lake Forest Park. With a fantastic owner, and employees who are educated about Cannabis (not just there to sell it).I think that is incredibly important especially dealing with Recreational consumers (young and old )who are unfamiliar with the Cannabis products and Growers of today.Great selection, prices, deals and fabulous staff. I urge those on the island to drive the extra few miles here, and those visiting the Stanwood/ Camano area, this is the place! Trust me, you won't regret it. 💚

Everyone in there is pretty friendly.There's one gal who isn't really that friendly though. Doesn't really put much effort into helping like everyone else does. Her customer service just doesn't compare to the others and sometimes she looks like she literally rolled out of bed. Which is whatever. But given the circumstances right now, I have to question if she's even clean.

Came here in the evening and before I could even get the door open half way the employee kasey yelled at me to go re park my vehicle. He went about this all wrong. I didn’t re park my vehicle I left. It’s not like this shop is even busy at all. I wasn’t impeding others that needed to park. But to yell at a customer on top of lying to sell bad bud that’s left over not selling. You have lost my business and everyone else that I tell to go there. Out of pocket way to handle a situation that was easily approachable and simple.

This was my third time in here and my last time terribly inconsistent with products they hardly know what products they are selling to you. They guy with the long hair has no idea about flower products because he apparently only smokes concentrates. Then the price difference is extremely ridiculous i could take a 10 minute drive out to prc Conway and save upwards of 10$ per gram of oil. primo is 20 in skagit and 28 here they don't even know if they have full flower joints and half of the flower they carry is inconsistent brands with low quality standardsThen apparently they have a 10 minute rule within the store for customers if I want to spend 20 minutes looking at products that my choice i have that freedom never had an issue like this anywhere elsePoor customer serviceUnknowledgeableOver pricedsave yourself the trouble and head in to prc Conway or cannazone on old 99

Randy was so kind to me and answered all my questions. I think this may be my next best favorite rec store next to cannazone in south mount vernon. I choose which one I go to depending on which one is closest at the time. You will not be dissatisfied.
