Stopped in just to pick up a chicken and cut the way I wanted. They did it right on the spot and wrapped it. While we waited, we got bockwurst and a jar of sauerkraut. They have fully spiral hams and seafood. Plus, all the meats to order listed on the menu photo.

This was my first time shopping at a butcher and it was fantastic.We bought 2 8oz steaks with some BOMB chorizo. Not as spicy as I am used to but full of flavor! The steaks came out amazing as well and it all cost just $20!!! (Got jerky as well) I highly recommend this place if you're tired of lab meat or expired meat from the stores!

Their meats are excellent and healthy. Staff is always kind and knowledgeable about their meats. NO buying Pink Slime hamburger, salt injected chicken or hormone injected meat from the stores

Everything here is fantastic! Best butcher shop around! The steaks and Pepperoni is one of my favorites, and the potato sausage is the bomb!! You must try it! Wait, never mind don't get any that way I have more for me 🤣

Every bit of beef we've got from them has been excellent! Absolutely no funky smell from any cut we've had and meat is always great quality! Prices are fair and staff is friendly and helpful. Word for the wise: if you want bone-in Ribeyes you HAVE to tell them you want rib steaks

I took a trip into Silvana Meats last week at the recommendation of a friend. I'm happy I did, but so sad that they're so far away from me. All other meat has been ruined for me after having their selection. I bought a 1" thick T-Bone, a few varieties of beef sticks, Hunter Sausage, and a package of Italian sausage all for around $40.The price can't be beat, the quality certainly can't be improved on, and that Italian sausage. Oh my god. Delicious. I'll be back for a freezer pack once our freezer space frees up. I really can't believe how good everything is.I have no idea where they get their product, but it's miles above anything you get anywhere else. I'm so happy I found this place and recommend you give them a shot! Best decision you'll make in sourcing your meat. I promise you that.Thanks, Silvana Meats!

This place is a RIP OFF and they are NOT HONEST! We bought a 1/4 cow from a farm and Silvana Meats was supposed to hang it for 2 weeks or more and they didn't, they cut it up in just a couple of days. The meat is ruined, tough as nails, and so bloody we have to drain each cut of meat. I have bought many sides and quarters of beef before and if it is not hung for 2 weeks or more it is tough and bloody. I would never do business with them again, that's a little over $700 down the drain!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM NOR CAN I RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! They did not age my beef, it was fresh kill and butcher up, horribly tough and EXTREMELY BLOODY!!!

Super frustrating experience. We called last Thursday to reserve three hams for Monday. We showed up on Monday after driving 2 hours to find that they raised the price $1.60/lb. The website still lists $3.89/lb as the price for a half ham but we were charged $5.49/lb. When I brought up the price discrepancy they said they hadn't had a chance to update the website but didn't honor the listed price. They also could have told us when we called 4 days previously that the price was going to increase. The hams are always amazing so it makes me extra sad that there was a breakdown in pricing/communication.

Such friendly and fast service! We got 1 inch thick ribeyes pork chops, kielbasa and smoked salmon. You can choose all your cuts of meat and they are super helpful. We grilled the ribeyes tonight and they were fantastic! Excited to try the pork chops!

Will never use Silvana Meats as a butcher again. I have been shorted my meat every time. The first time, they came back and said they located my missing meat. I showed up and they gave me a couple packs of bacon...Most dishonest butcher I've ever used. They really should be locked up for stealing peoples meat!!

When I arrived to pick up my order the contact at Silvina meats was less than helpful. I spent almost $1,000.00 I would have expected help in loading my car. Frozen meat is heavy!!!

Great butcher shop. Flexible with allowing cuts of meat (ask for their meat card of your animal to get exactly the right cuts for you). Reasonable prices for local grass fed pork, chicken and beef products and seems to have local eggs too. Woman who was answering the phone was super helpful with directions (Google maps is off by a little ways).

After wanting to try fresh meat for quite sometime, yesterday I took my daughter there, and decided to buy the #1 combination. They were friendly, and they had no problem explaining their packaging & pricing to me. After a very short wait (they said it would be approximately 15 minutes, but it seemed like about 7 minutes), They loaded my order into my car, and we had a short conversation about where they get their meats from. I got home and decided to cook a couple of my newly acquired 8oz steaks on my cast iron grill. The steaks cooked PERFECTLY!!! They had to have been some of the most tender steaks I have ever eaten!!!! I can't wait until I eat all of the meat I purchased, so I can go back & get some more!!!

I was very disappointed with the 5 pound top sirloin roast I ordered for Christmas Because it was sirloin it was delicious However, there was a core of gristle that went the whole length of the roast Every slice had gristle in the middle. At $10.99 a pound I expected better? We are knew to the area and were excited to find a highly rated butcher shop. Where we lived in Ct I ordered this roast for Christmas and never had one with gristle in the middle. Guess I’ll have to find another butcher shop

This place is pretty sweet. I have been here a couple of times and they always treat me with respect. I asked them for a couple of nice steaks for my friends and I to have a BBQ so they suggested the filet minion. I wrapped them in their peppered bacon and it was amazing. You definitely can order special cuts and they have a great variety. Unlike the comment below, I thought they were friendly and clean. I will definitely come back.

My favorite place in the whole world to get my meat, jams and sauces! 52 years old and my parents got their meat from Silvana Meats and so do I to this day :-) I live in Darrington and have to drive 35 to 40 miles to get there but it is so worth it!! Their breakfast link sausage is my very favorite.. taste the same as when I was a child and I love when people don't change their recipes that people love to begin with ! The cube steaks are my favorite dinner item for our household. burger taste so good that we make a lot of burger patties as Burgers steaks and eat with a side dish. The price is a little higher than at your local grocery store but you definitely get what you pay for ! PS they have many many things to choose from, GO check it out :-) :-) GO GO GO
