I came in probably just before closing, and the person running the self checkout was the most helpful. I was looking for a mixed beverage, and they helped me by looking up the item, tried to find it in multiple locations before finally finding where it would be if it was in stock. I wish I would have gotten their name, because they really deserve a kudos 👏

At 3:25 today my 4 year old daughter and I were using one of the 8 self checkout registers. My daughter was helping me scan our items with the hand held scanner and accidentally scanned one of our items twice. The attendant working there was immediately hostile towards my daughter requesting she move before fixing the error. She then proceeds to take the hand held scanner from her and tell us we can scan the rest of the items (2 remaining) with the scaled scanner. This immediately caused my daughter to cry. My question is, did it make you feel better to see a 4 year old visibly upset and in tears? We have been costumers to QFC for a decade, but as a result of this, I will not support this QFC with my business any longer. We were not holding up the line and if that was the concern the business should have opened the additional 8 checkout lanes that were closed.

Very nice store. Plenty of parking and easy to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice Asian section. Plenty of sauces to use to make your favorite Asian meal. They stock Angelo Pietro Sesame Miso Dressing and Yamasa soy sauce. Very nice produce department. I like that they have 1 pound containers of sliced mushrooms.

Generally I appreciate the staff and store. However - I totally understand wanting to increase sales per square foot of the produce department. But the result is that now carts are total complete cluster f$$k. What's the plan to improve?

1/22/21. The Bakery did such a great job on a birthday cake I ordered online. It was such a beautiful cake. I love this store anyways. Great customer service and they have fast checkout lines. Update, 3/5/21, The guy at the fish counter was super friendly and helpful. He was halfway through cleaning the fish area and still helped me pick something out. I got a good deal.

Decent store. Average prices with some good loss leader items at times. I like the area with imperfect produce, $1.49 per bag. Used to be .99, but still a good deal. I'd give it an average to maybe a bit below on cleanliness. For me, it's the location and selection along with some really nice, friendly employees that have me shopping there.

Mid-priced grocery store with great employees. I've never had a bad experience here, everyone is always friendly and helpful. The Pharmacy here is crazy busy, but they always keep things moving quickly. Has a good sushi chef. Prices on fresh food seems higher than other places, so I give four stars.

Our go to grocery store because this place is the best for many reasons! One is that our daughter and son have been gifted flowers, treats and even neighbor strangers have purchased small gifts for our kids. They will also call you when items come in that you've requested, which no grocer of that size normally does.

No longer offering hand baskets to shop with. This, after compressing their health and beauty section to a half-aisle. This store reflects the self-loathing nature of PNW folks in truly horrifying fashion. They enjoy punishing themselves and fellow humans.

We were in your meat and fish department and the new guy was very rude to us, we were trying to describe our cut of fish, ( I reached over just to say were I wanted it cut!) he was so rude because I reached over.. kept my cool but he did not cut the cod the way I wanted it, and he knew that because he kept pushing me if I wanted more, at that point I was done..

Everyone's always super friendly and helpful. The store is always well-stocked and clean, and everything always looks super fresh. They always have a pretty large and varied Asian section compared to other chain grocers, and they even have a small Asian section in the freezer aisle which I've never even seen in other big chain grocers, so that's really cool!

Great laundry mat. App you can use to pay and the employee there was super helpful and nice. We are from out of town and he was wonderful to talk to. Laundry done at a reasonable price.

Huge selection of everything grocery. Nice produce but fruit is frequently not fully ripe. You can buy it cut & packaged but you pay more & encourage the use of more plastic☹️. Checkout is easy at U check. Staffed check outs are quick & congenial.

The staff is very helpful overall and are super great at helping me add coupons that I have forgotten. The only detractor in recent experience is the expansion of the self-service checkout. I prefer dealing with a staff member and now there are less aisles for that.

Well stocked higher end grocery chain.The fresh produce area provides an array of tasty products. The meat are carries a nice selection of meat and fish with a helpful staff to answer question.The deli area is w.ell stock with ready to eat items including sandwiches and sushi?All around good selection of products.

Has a larger and much more open than a lot of QFC locations I've been to, wide aisles and lots of fresh and local produce. Staff is friendly and the store has a nice atmosphere, though self checkout can be a mess when the attendant is busy and God help you if it's late and you need help while the attendant isn't immediately present. Overall one if the better choices for groceries in the Stanwood area.

A great small town grocery store that's well stocked and organized with helpful employees. Yes, it's a chain grocery store but the people make you feel welcome. Good prices, and nice having a cheap place to get gas too.

I love it when they get ' exotic' fruit in like dragon fruit and star fruit! However the price fluctuates from 6.99 to 4.99 for star fruit that might not be that big or good :( . Just today 10: 50am 3-19-19 I was enjoying my peach pie I bought just 4 days ago.. everything had been fine. But I discovered a blue piece of plastic in my slice .... I'm bringing it in for a refund. I called the bakery and they don't make the pies ( I should have known). :( I was really enjoying it too...... :(

They've definitely expanded their availability of vegan products, very happy about that! Staff is always so helpful. The parking lot is absolutely atrocious, but that's not their fault.
