While placing my order for my saddle and shipping was decently priced. I ordered a saddle that was supposed to come with bridle, reins, breast plate, and saddle. Upon opening my box of the items I ordered all I received was my saddle and my breast plate not my bridle or my reins. If I needed these things for a show for Riding, etc. for that following weekend because my saddle arrived on a Wednesday I would’ve had to buy a bridle and reins just to be able to ride my horse because of Northwest not packaging my order properly. When I called to tell them that those items were missing, they said they would look for them and asked if I would still like them to ship them. which is a strange question to ask somebody who ordered these things paid for these things and expected them to arrive on time. They never called me back to say that they found them or that they were going to ship them. I then tested the new saddle on my horse and unfortunately, it did not fit so I had to send it back. It would’ve been nice for Northwest tack consignment to accommodate me, even if it meant paying for a short amount of the shipping back to them simply for the inconvenience of my order, not all coming to me at once, and their lack of communication to inform me if they had found the items in the event of the saddle, fitting and meet needing them since again I paid for them. Still waiting on my refund as well.In response to the owner please don’t lie. You never received just a text from me sending it back I called twice. Once to say you didn’t send all my items and the second time to say how the saddle didn’t fit and how i would be returning it. I then sent a text with tracking after. Since you couldn’t extend the saddle trail since my saddle fitter was in ocala and wouldn’t be returning for another 2 days. Perhaps I could have kept the saddle if I was given an extra day then it could have been adjusted; but regardless of all that no accommodation was given for a mistake on your end. According to tracking with insurance that saddle was delivered on Thursday, March 21 at 1:54 P.M. by DEB

Great place to get used tack for half the price or less! Wish there was a bit more space to view items but understand you can only do so much. I haven't used it yet but love they allow you to try a saddle or a few of them before buying.

I can't say enough about Ashley and her team. We have worked with them to purchase dozens of saddles and other tack items. Her prices are so fair, ships things safely and economically, and the selection of inventory is second to none. One of my absolute favorite tack/saddle stores in the country! I am not at all local to NW Tack, but they are at the top of my list of stores to check first. Check them out!

Bought a saddle online, great pictures and description. I received a voicemail in regards to the saddle making sure I was aware of some damage to the horn that wasn't pictured, and wanting to confirm that I still wanted it before being shipped out. I appreciated the thoroughness and that they contacted me about it to ensure I still wanted it. Saddle was shipped out very quickly, shipping was very reasonable, and very quick! It fits my horse perfectly and I could not be happier.

I didn't even know they were there but drove by and went in for a minute. I was blown away by the selection. Went back the next day when I could spend more time and left witb a saddle, a few bridles, bits, etc. They gave me three days to try the saddle on my hard to fit horses and return it if it didn't work which was a great was to relieve my anxiety and even gave me some free helpful fitting hints and tips. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent customer service. They don't have the right saddle for my mare but helped to get a cardboard cut out so that when new saddles come in they can check the fit for us and call if they think it'll work. I recommend this place as a first stop for tack needs!

I wish i had know about this place sooner! They have a large selection of both western and English apparel and tack. And the saddle room...i could spend hours just in that area. There are so many to pick from. The ladies that work there are extremely helpful also. She helped me find the correct shape/fit saddle for my horse. I stop by every couple of weeks to check out what new stuff they have. Its a great place to take stuff in for consignment, it has seemed pretty busy every time ice gone in.

This place is a breath of fresh air in a modern age of stores and chains that don’t care about their customers.Upon arrival to pick up a saddle I’d purchased online, I was informed that there had been a double sale due to how the app works - something entirely out of their control. Rather than offering me a soulless refund and a “okay, bye,” the associate in the store was committed to helping me find another saddle completely free of charge even if it would have costed more than the one I paid for. I will absolutely be returning to NWTC in the future for any tack that I need.
