Jalese, the store manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She made it look effortless! Great communication, competitive prices with outstanding deals, and wonderful personality. The facility is also beautiful, Jalese keeps the office in a very organized condition that felt very aesthetically pleasing. 10/10 would recommend for moving and storing needs!

She is courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all things related to the storage facility; has answered all of my questions and been generally very helpful in every way. Rented a unit at Bulldog online and got a crazy good deal. $90 a month for two months promotional deal. So I figured it would be the usual big stinky rude guy at the front desk of a storage place. But I was pleasantly surprised when I met Jalese and she was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable she was great! She made sure our door code worked after about 4 attempts the system finally added it. Talking with Jalese was pleasant and intelligent quite a positive interaction. She is a gem and Bulldog is lucky to have such a professional lovely person working the front desk. She represented Bulldog perfectly! Thank you Jalese!The Mattress Guy!! Lol

It truly was the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility. The nice lady who helped me, I think her name is a Sarah, was so kind, polite, professional and very knowledgeable about not only the company she works for but she also knew about other storage facility’s in the area and was able to give me comparing rates ect… I ended up renting a unit from you guys because of how clean everything was, the access to my unit was very easy and I really liked the nice woman who helped me. Your prices were great! Not to mention I was able to get a discount for the first 3 months!

Wow what a great experience! Jalese really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The facility is immaculate and well secured in a nice neighborhood. Many conveniences including carts, magnetically held open doors, supplies. Easy online paperwork, picking up the keys and getting a tour was quick and a breeze! Reasonable rates comparative to others in the area. Definitely recommend.

Jalese is a great manager at Bulldog Storage in Stanwood. We rented a large unit for almost a year, and it was so easy to move into and then today, move out of with everything. She made our stay enjoyable in that the place was always clean, and she was helpful with getting us to know the ropes accessing our space so easily from the back entrance.Having heated, well lit storage, and a bathroom just down the hall made our stay there very comfortable. If anyone is heading to Stanwood or Camano Island, this is the place to consider keeping your stuff safe and sound.Nyla

I would recommend this storage place to anyone who needs indoor heated space to keep their things safe and warm. Excellent, kind, courteous service at the front desk by Jalese. She also walks the hall ways and looks to make sure the property is safe and secure. There are security cameras for her to monitor too. Easy access at the back of the building to load and unload. Coded entry, and then there are carts to help you haul your stuff. Very handy. Thanks for being there in this great location in Stanwood. It's right near everything in town and main roads. The manager was very nice and polite. She took the time to show us the unit and how to work the security door and all the little things that make life easier. The whole place was clean and well lit and the carts are nice and easy to use, every thing was well maintained . . better priced than most in the area and they offer a 50.$ friend referral,nice lil bonus for my friends that helped me move, thanks Laura and Dave !

The storage units are terrific - bright, clean and safe. Since there is no onsite manager, they were a little hard to navigate at first - such as where is the entrance! (On the backside of the building). But after a rough start, Grant and Jessica have been excellent to deal with and answer questions promptly and helpfully. I'm really impressed with the facility, the phone support, and very pleased with my choice.
