I was Looking for a specific electronic product. I went to the electronic desk in the back of the store. There was a very strong alcohol smell.We asked where to find CD players.Instead of taking us there, he directed us to an aisle. There was no one else there. He wasn't busy. I had already been down that aisle and didn't see any, but I looked again anyway. None.Went all the way back to the counter, and he finally decided to to walk us back.He didn't find any either.The associate could have offered a little courtesy service and walked over the 1st time.Very disappointing.

I don’t know what the do wrong. Or if it’s how I look. Every time I go in there. To spend money. I’m followed. Today was the tall white dude with baseball hat. Clean cut. Blue long sleeve shirt in jeans and white Nikes. Come one man. No shopping cart. Nothing. And I freaking see you in 4 isles ?! I voiced it to the cameras at the isle. If you look at my finances I spend and pretty penny at Walmart. What did I do to make you stalk me and think I’m a thief or a threat?! Come on!!!

I couldn’t find my old review to edit, but I wanted to give a huge thank you to this location for their improvements on keeping pets (non-service dogs!) out of their store! Thank you for making it safe to shop with legit service dogs, and thank you for being open to change! This store is typically very clean, stocked, and the staff is very friendly. Minimal problems. Occasional issues with customers being wild, but that’s not on the store!

Oreded delivery. Received all of my items. I ordered two rotisserie chickens, delicious on the one we ate.I appreciate the food being separated from the non food. Thank you.Delivery driver showed up about fifteen after two pm. Order was between two or three pm.Was really nice.I will order again.Thank you. JB

I was extremely embarrassed and essentially ridiculed for purchasing legally obtained alcohol. One of their older associates deemed it necessary to make an effort to pull me aside with another associate near the exit after checking my receipt, and then proceeded to lecture me about my “life’s choices”. This was the most embarrassing experience I’ve ever had anywhere and he made me feel so small. I come to Walmart to purchase groceries out of convenience, not to be lectured by a man who is not my father and therefore has no business giving me his personal opinion on my decisions. If I wanted a therapy session, there are plenty of professionals in Spokane that can help, not a random Walmart associate who wants to act all high and mighty. Horrible experience all around.

Been standing in line over 20 minutes and there is still 8 people in front of me at money services! This is inexcusable! The team leader cries that they are short staffed but, if these employees were paid what they deserve this would never happen, Walmart exploits our nations tax dollars, they are the largest welfare corporation in America! Their pathetic excuses of being understaffed should not be accepted! They take our taxes to pay their employees through our EBT and other supplemental income programs and the gives us obscenely inadequate customer service on the backs of overworked and underpaid employees!

Either their associates or their drivers are consistently stealing items from our orders. It's the only explanation, because the pickers CAN'T be so incompetent as to mark items shopped that weren't shopped on EVERY order.And now they're just not delivering orders. 3 days in a row they've delayed our delivery. I feel bad for the folks that have no other way to get their much needed groceries.

Nice store with typical Walmart selection. FYI - I had left my wallet and checkbook in my cart. Once I figured out I had no money or credit card I freaked out and raced back to the store. My cart was gone so I headed to customer service. A good soul had seen my wallet and checkbook in the cart and turned them in. All money, cards, etc were still in place. Thank you kind person/persons.

Online shopping is great. It's rare I actually shop in-store or stand in line anymore with the exception of the clearance aisle. I love the clearance aisle hahaha it's like treasure hunting. One never knows what you'll find 😆

Prepare yourself for long wait times, terrible produce, and filthy restrooms. Every single time I try to take my toddler into the family restroom, I have to get an associate to chase out an employee hiding from their job in there.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, whether it's helping me find something or getting assistance grabbing something from a top shelf. The store is clean and there are police officers in the store or just outside.

I’m iffy on this Walmart location, and I should make it known I actively try to avoid any Walmarts, so some of my points may already be normal to some. I came here to grab some quick groceries on my day off from work and was immediately eye-balled by your security at the door. I work in a security and law enforcement industry myself and completely respect the fact your store acknowledges theft issues and instills security and asset protection to defleet that, and the job they do is by no means easy. but I immediately felt pressured and scrutinized when I didn’t even grab a cart from the front entrance yet. Secondly, I guess (this?) Walmart does not have payment methods such as Apple Pay and they try to push their Walmart+ Membership so you can use their “scan and go.” I get trying to make some extra money off of customer purchases but this just seems like a hassle for everyone, including staff, and increases your wait times in checkout lanes. The staff member told me this was all Walmarts however I travel alot for work, and in other states this is not the case when I do find myself in a Walmart.Thirdly, I wish your employees were more helpful. Every person I tried to ask where something was gave me attitude and a wrong aisle number or tried to pass me off to the next person, or simply, just weren’t even there to begin with. On my way out one employee even stood in front of my cart analyzing everything I had until she realized I had my receipt in my hand and turned her tune to “have a great day.” It was an extremely frustrating experience and I will continue avoiding these stores. The only reason I upped a star was because it was not extremely busy when I did go, and the selection was alright. But please, do better.

Customer service lady was totally rude and didn't exchange, not return, but EXCHANGE a item I brought in because the receipt was a tad bit faded from being in my wallet, even though you could clearly make out the numbers on it.. I expect none the less from walmart though.. because management is just as bad at customer service..

As i left walmart the door person tried to stop and verify the items in my cart. I told him he could then he could escort me to customer service to return everything, he waved menon. I refuse to be treated like a thief.

The shopping experience was okay it's the check stands you have 7 people hanging around but you're doing your own groceries checking them out they're just watching if you steal something, Do you not think it would be best to have cashiers checking you out and people standing around talking not Is doing much of anything?The fella at the door wanted to see my receipt, Why would you want to see my receipt when everybody was supposedly watching the z of a stole? I do not go to Walmart much never have but I will not be back. I was talking to the guy at the door and about the receipt and the theft, So if there is ever a next time I will make sure he checks everything in my card and puts it back the way I had it same with them at the check stand. Give back the cashiers or jobs.

This walmart does not honor the clearance prices on some of the xmas stuff. This walmart has rude emloyèes at the self check area that really seem to be unsure of what it is they are supposed to be doinf so intead of helping customer, they all gather right in the way and talk amongst thesmselves about stuff having nothing to do with their jobs. This particular walmart has needed new leadership and a complete overhaul of the people staffing the front end. I usually avoid this walmart becuse of the overall lousy service.

We visited this Walmart location a couple times.It seems like they're in the middle of a store-wide remodel..At the time we visited the isles were kind of thrashed, and understandably, things were not easy to find.The employees themselves seemed nice enough, and tried to direct us as best they could.Hopefully they have finished up their remodel now, and things are in better shape!

It started as an organized list of about 20 items. No problem.Wrong answer.Probably more like 40 and $226 later. It felt very exotic and kind of erotic. No customers, friendly help from employees, as usual. Like in another review. Don't let me go into store with a pocket full of Franklins.

This walmart treats its customers like everyone is stealing. im profiled and mean-mugged while shopping there for simple groceries. there is always police officer acting tough and making the store feel more unsafe by standing around profiling customers aswell. the bag checkers on the way out stop you and check your items and treat you like a thief. im done shopping here. terrible terrible store and they treat customers like they are all stealing

In what can only be described as a grotesque betrayal of the esteemed legacy of Sam Walton, this store has become a hallowed ground of incompetence, neglect, and filth that would surely have the founder rolling in his grave.From the moment I set foot in this den of degradation, it was abundantly clear that the once-proud Walmart spirit had been replaced by an apathy so profound, it could only be rivaled by the sheer magnitude of the mess surrounding me. The aisles resembled post-apocalyptic wastelands, with merchandise strewn about haphazardly as if a retail hurricane had swept through, leaving chaos in its wake.The very air I breathed was tainted with the stench of neglect and indolence, as if the store itself had given up on maintaining any semblance of decency. Surfaces were coated in an unsettling film of grime, and the floors were sticky enough to make one question the last time a mop graced their presence. Had a very good experience with the online order/delivery/picker employees. They made sure I got my order when there was a mix up with the driver. They called twice to confirm with me and we're very friendly about it.
