This is another one of those things where it just depends on the day who's working and who you interact with. Today I returned a couple items right after work and the older lady working customer service was freaking phenomenal and acknowledged that she knew I probably didn't want to be standing there in line long and that she would be quick to get me out of there and she was and I appreciated it!I absolutely dread having to return things to the point that sometimes I'll just keep things just for the fact I don't want to deal with the customer service center but it was a good experience today.

This Walmart sucks for shopping, sucks for returns and has horrible customer service at the "CUSTOMER COUNTER" help desk. They don't acknowledge you, they keep taping up products, pricing returns, walk in the back and then when they feel like they'll help the next person in line. No, hi, how can I help you, or I'll be right with you, your just left to guess your fate as the people behind get mad at you for not returning the rudeness and demanding help to speed up the process.

This place is now on the avoid list. Tweaks outside nodded out in their cars, and no one cares. We told someone inside, and they said "yeah it's a regular occurrence." You just don't feel safe anywhere around the store.

This Walmart does not disappoint! They are fully stocked with a variety of goods. I appreciate how clean this location is compared to others. It seems recently redone and the employees I encountered were extremely professional and kind.

I enjoy shopping here and literally looking at every single thing they have in every isle haha:) love most of their prices. Just didn't give Walmart a complete 5 star review because of their employees & the way they're always giving me & my family/friends/spouse dirty looks & always judging us by the way we look/dress. Honestly majority of the employees I've personally dealt with at every Walmart so far has just been rude towards me & that's something I can not stand.

Just had the front door lady make a snotty comment to me about cameras because your employees were eavesdropping on a conversation and clearly only heard what they wanted because had they actually listen to what I said I was talking about a completely different store and never one time said Walmart, to then have you door greeter basically imply that I’m stealing to the point where the person was with was even offended by the comment. I should be able to talk to someone while shopping in your store and not have your employees try and use misuse the information they didn’t even fully hear to then embarrass and cause a scene as I’m trying to leave when I fully had paid for my things and she had no reason to say anything to me. The way she went about it was like I was a theifand they were following me through the store and listening to my conversations with the person I was with. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be shopping here anymore if you allow your employees to run their mouths and profile people when they come in to shop.

This is a good Walmart. It is definitely smaller than others. It is not a Walmart super center but it has a lot of the things that you will need generally when going grocery shopping.This Walmart is a little busier than others I think because of its size and it is usually dirtier. The shelves for the most part have generally been stocked for me when I have gone. I can almost always get better prices here as well.

Walmart is fine. The stores have most items to fit needs. I will say the demographic is not great because it's a "great value" type of store, but at least it's got the necessities. I try not to shop here because of how they treat their employees but other than that it's fine.

This one does not have meat, produce, or a bakery, yet it is as big as some of the super centers like mid valley and Post Falls west. They have all the rest of the food, though. It is a head scratcher. If I lived close to this one, I would hardly go there for food because I don't want to go to two places.

Ken and John up front are very friendly.Jaime at the jewelry counter has a lot of knowledge on all things precious. I could talk for hours with her, but my ride would leave me behind.Jackie in electronics actually asks what you're trying to accomplish and helps with the purchase decision.The store is convenient, but you'll have to go next door for produce and beer.

This Walmart is not bad.Good seasonal selection, quality of kids clothing not the greatest but it's convenient in a pinch.I wish they carried more ethnic hair/skin products but it's in a predominantly white area with very little diversity so I'm not surprised.

This store is generally always stocked. However, it does not have a bakery or a deli. But if you're looking for freezer food or dry goods, including, but not limited to housing, car, toys, pharmaceuticals, and health body Products. Their electronic section is small but well stocked.

This Wal Mart Super Store is the best Wal Mart by far that I've shopped at ! No long lines at the cashier and employees always available to actually take you to a section of the store you've inquired about!! I quit patronizing all Wal Mart stores but this one many years ago .

I did a Grocery pick-up here for first time. It went wonderfully. Signs to pick-up area were well placed. I phoned that I had arrived and the items were brought to my car in a few or maybe 5 minutes.

They had what I needed lol. But being brutally honest Walmart has lost a lot of favor because they hire too many very lazy people who are always standing around on their phones or congregated yacking rather than doing any work.

We brought our little Pug in and everyone was so kind and absolutely loved her. All the workers were kind. And the place was clean and no trashy creepy people seen at this pla ce. Plenty of parking space

The only thing that kept me from giving this one 5 stars was the fact that the personal shoppers didn't seem to care about other people and actually seemed annoyed that there were customers in the store. Zero consideration for anyone else was the general vibe I got from their personal shoppers.

There is no produce section or meat section so I had to go back and forth between Safeway and Walmart... I'm not from the area so it was .... Different. Didn't bother me too much I'm glad I was able to laugh about it.

I was in Washington for a funeral And needed a USB charger for my phone and the car And at the hotel. I had no idea which one to buy The gentleman in electronics chose one for me Which did not work was not a USB and I had to come back the next day And return it and get my money back. this was a big inconvenience considering I flew across the United States For a funeral for my son. Very aggravating.

My mom has been shopping there for over 20 years. Lately, I've noticed she does all the work herself with self-checkout, only to be confronted by some lowlife employee there like she's a thief. She definitely has $$$, but is rethinking where she'll spend it. Act like a lowlife retailer and all you get is what you deserve, lowlifes who do steal.

Unfortunately this is my neighborhood Walmart. It's the worst Walmart I've had to deal with. The employees are aggressive regardless of Walmart policy on the receipts. It's common to hear the cart pusher guy cussing out parking paying customers. Unfortunately the next closest Walmart gets allegedl shoplifters shot and killed. The only time I step foot in a Walmart is when my wife insists she has to go there. I'm certainly not going to let her go alone.

Cashier suggested I could bag my own items if I wanted. No I don't work here honey, thanks, but you can do that since you do work here. All the work aprons were dirty and brown. Just kinda gross. At least the prices stay low. I guess.

I understand the concern in regards to shoplifters, but these guys take it a bit over board. Literally EVERYTHING is locked up no matter the value. It's frustrating as hell to have to find an employee just to be able to look at what you're trying to buy. From drill bits to fasteners to lighters and beyond, EVERYTHING is behind cases...

I just came in and bought an item, I needed $100 so I asked for $100 cash back they gave me $60 and five dollar bills in the self check out line.I complained to one of the store employees and he said there’s nothing he could do about it.Now employees at Walmart and Walmart corporation both can’t understand why people hold them in contempt.This is exactly why people hold them in contempt.
