Update: Just spent 1h25m on hold before I hung up. The automated voice said there were "2 callers ahead of me in line" when I started. They never answered. My wife drove to check the store after 45m. She's on her way home with the prescription, and I was still on hold. Apparently, don't bother calling. As I said below, they don't care. Go anywhere else.Original review:Year after year, consistently the worst experience, and the "convenience" of it being closest to home isn't convenient when you wait an hour on hold then 45 min in line.You're not important, their workers make sure you know it, and the manager is only good at making excuses for why their staff is terrible. Go to Safeway. You'll thank yourself.

Easily the most lazy and incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with. Literally took my money for photo prints, did not provide the prints, and issued no refund because it “wasn’t in their system”. They offered no solution and then ignored me.

This is the first negative review I've ever left. Their pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous! They don't fill prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time. They will not answer the phone either. I am now on day 5 waiting for them to fill a prescription. I will not be using them again.

Definitely a poor experience for my daughter and I. The pharmacy staff need a lesson on customer service and how to problem solve appropriately when things don't go as planned. We were just left there for an hour to sit and wait for a flu shot we never received while they took people that came after us in front of us.

I use this store for prescriptions because it is across the street. Otherwise, I would not. I always have to wait for my “ready for pickup” prescription because they either can’t find it or are too busy helping others. Today, I waited 10 minutes before someone even came up to the drive-thru window. Combine this with the absurd prices on the things you need (unless you want to buy 1 get 1 50% off), items constantly out of stock, and their refrigerators NEVER work. So not too many reasons to actually come here.

Avoid this dumpster fire if at all possible.never in my life has one of my prescriptions ever “accidentally “‘been deleted until ms Jennifer got her barely concourse half lucid stubby little fingers on it. So if your health is important to you and you don’t feel like possibly getting yourself killed through gross negligence then be sure to drive right by this crack shack of a pharmacy. * everyone else seems really nice and does a great job and the place would be great if that milkbag waist of life would go away. I've shopped here and filled lots of prescriptions and never had a problem until I needed to return an item. I was told anything more than $20 had to go onto a Walgreens gift card. I was confused, I didn't pay with a gift card & asked why it couldn't go back in my account. This question was apparently too much for the manager who immediately raised his voice at me, becoming truculent and rude. I will never shop here again. In my opinion that's stealing.....they were going to keep my money either way.

This pharmacy is horrible. This location could not find my covid vaccine record and even when I found it on the department of health website they would not give me a replacement covid vaccine card because they”couldn’t verify the records” even though it was on the STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH website. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this was a huge and unnecessary inconvenience. It wasn’t my fault that you can’t locate my vaccination record when Walgreens was the one who gave me the vaccination. And when I looked it up on the DOH websiteHorrible service all around.

Called into Pharmacy 4 hours after doctors visit to check on status of prescription, associate stated they have not ran the script because our insurance is no longer contracted with Walgreens. Instructed them to fill the prescription and I would pay out of pocket, was advised it would be ready in 15 minutes. Drove 1/2 hour to pharmacy to pick up script, was then told the pharmacy does not have the medication in stock, asked them what could be done? They advised I drive around to other pharmacies, Safeway, rite-aid, etc., to find the medication and have whom ever has it call the pharmacy to fax over the script. Asked them if they could call other Walgreens in the area to help find the medication so it would be easier to transfer script. Pharmacist was reluctant to help, took 10 minutes of negotiation, found medication at Walgreens in the valley and had to drive another 30 mins further out of the way.

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!!! Slow drive thru- look at you with a blank spaced out look on their face when you’re picking up your medicine!! Worse yet try going to your schedule appointment for your Covid booster, they were so confused on what was going on!! The tall skinny guy ran from computer to window forgetting what he was doing!!!! He was clueless where and what his job was!!! Waited over 45 minutes to get booster! Go to rite aid if you’re able to get an appointment!!! Much more organized and friendly!!!

I've been going to this Walgreens since about 2005. They have had the same pharmacist for most of that time, and he's great. The neighborhood around the store has slowly turned into a complete disaster though, and covid was the tipping point. The area looks like if the inside of a dumpster was an entire city block. I have been hassled going in and out of the store for cigs, lighters, money, shampoo, anything you can think of. I've had vagrants follow me to see if I filled a prescription worth stealing. I feel bad for the store because the area used to be pretty nice. Now it looks like a bad Skid Row documentary. Also be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes during peak hours because they are massively understaffed during covid, and all it takes is one goober customer complaining about 10 cents to hold up the entire store

I discovered over the weekend I was going to have to go to LA area, so I would need vaccinated. Went on line Monday morning and had a same morning appointment (confirmed). Went in, did brief paperwork and got the stick in about 15-20 minutes. No wait, no hassle. [Minus 1 star because I just don't like shots. On the other hand they were quite good.]

Didn't take my insurance. Molina Health. Would not allow me to pay for the script. Blood pressure medication. I think it's like $23. Guy on phone was short refused to explain the issue. I've had the same insurance for three years now I have always filled here.

Always a terrible experience. The pharmacy is a nightmare. You can stand there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by the two or three people standing in front of you. And the cashiers up front are NEVER pleasant. Ever. I will not be returning to this store. Ever. Under any circumstances.

Had an online order for pickup, but had to wait twenty minutes off to the aide while they tried to find someone to help me and then they helped everyone else in line who had arrived in the store after me. I think its mostly just a poorly designed online pickup system; the employees were very friendly, but weren't really paying attention to the flow of traffic - so to speak.

My mom purchased something here during a trip and the product was missing some key components but she was able to return it. Also the cashier was able to give the return back in cash so that we could use it later that day for parking. Super friendly!

Rewards, prices on wire less phones were some of the best prices around. You get friendly and aknowledgeable service. The pharmacy could be better if they accepted more insurance companies. However, the pharmacist was polite and helpful. It's nice to visit a smaller store, wait time was far less than across the street.

Absolutely terrible service at drive thru pharmacy. Went to pick up a prescription that was set on auto fill. Told me they needed dr approval. After several calls finally the medicine was ready. Get to drive thru Again and am second in line. Sat for nearly 45 mins and person in front of me is still not been helped. This is unbelievable And unacceptable so say the least.

The store is okay. I think that a lot of their items are overpriced, but the staff have always been nice.One thing that i really dont like(all Walgreens) is the wait for medications. They tell you 20 minutes, and it usually takes a lot longer. If i have to get my meds there now(which is very rare) i come back the next day.

Don't get your covid test done here waited 45 minutes past my set appointment called the pharmacy ahead of time to tell them I'm waiting in line for my test. Then told me to wait longer at the window. Spent two hours wasted and no covid test. don't waste your time at this location.

Ryan was super helpful! We were getting covid tested for a flight to hawaii and our flight was cancelled so, our test no longer fell into the 72 hour testing period. Ryan was the only one willing to help out of all the walgreens testing locations to get us new tests so we could make it to Hawaii and even went in on his day off to make this work. 10/10

Staff are amazing, kind and helpful. Pharmacy staff are really nice but I hate filling my meds here because their system is horrible if you have hyphenated name. I stay because of the people that work here

Went to get advise from pharmacist 1/19/21 around 7 pm three times i asked him as a he starred in my eyes and said I don't know. Just starred. No empathy. No other advice. Cold. Like please leave.

They'll help you find anything you need, but the pharmacy really drags this place down. I'm sitting down in the pharmacy line and not one person has moved, while they've gone through 7 cars by the time someone left, not helped.. left.They're organization is very poor and unsure where anything is. It's a hectic mess.

tried to use a coupon to save money on a med my insurance didn't cover, but was told I would not save any money with this coupon. Pharmacist took it upon herself to obtain a coupon for me which ended up saving me almost HALF what I would have spent. Bravo!!!! And thank you Walgreens!!!
