Traveling from Montana to Washington, we stopped by on the way to WA. It is so amazing in selection, and the staff being helpful that we had to stop on our way back. Between the two stops, we spent well over $500, but got a great selection of all types of alcohol.

Total Wine has the best selection I have found in the area. Very happy that they carry many of the higher-end products I get, as well as the normal essentials for cocktails and such. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable for the most part. Prices are reasonable.

Went in today, was immediately jumped on by an employee before I could even grab a cart. Kept getting pestered by the same employees over 5 times during my shopping in burbon, then vodka aisle. I’ve been burnt multiple times accepting product suggestions from employees, and it seems like everything you're looking for is on the bottom shelf and their home brand ( yellow tag bottles are on the top shelf. Making it hard for the older folks to shop as well.I would say about 1/3 of the shelves were nothing but the same product everywhere. and the store as a whole was disorganized. Why do you have the same product everywhere in the aisle if it was that good and you guys weren't pushy to sell ?It's very disappointing when trying to shop and get attacked by your employees.I would never shop here if there were other options to meet my liquor needs. Hopefully, you guys will teach your employees.

Total Wine is great! I've used the drive up service in multiple locations, in multiple states and the experience has been fantastic almost every time. It did take about 10 minutes for our order to be brought out at this location so I'm giving it four stars instead of five.

I know this review is WAY over due but this was the best job I have ever had. I am extremely blessed to have worked with some of the most amazing people. I loved every second while working here and had a very hard time leaving due to moving.

I've been coming here for years and their singles section for beers has declined a lot. Too many six packs that don't have singles available (I don't want to buy a six pack of something that I haven't tried yet), and the selection is unimpressive compared to other beer stores. Some of my favorite beers and brands (Founders and Prairie Artisan Ales) used to be sold here but they've mostly disappeared from the shelves. Whoever is ordering things probably doesn't care to look for new releases from popular brands. If you like buying beer singles, this probably isn't the store for you.

Total wine is a great store. They have so many options for wine, beer, ciders, and hard alcohol of varying kinds. The selection is huge. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you out. They have tastings of their wine selections at least once a week. I used to host a monthly wine tasting for a small group, and the staff here was often very helpful when I was stuck on a choice. If you haven't been in here yet, I suggest you stop by and take a look!

Like the selection but make sure EVERYONE you are with (whether they are purchasing or not) has their ID. You can’t even leave while the other people you’re with purchases because “you were already in the store.” To an extent I get it but also inconvenient when it’s a last minute stop for someone else.

I have only visited one other Total Wine store and this blew the other store out of the water. Super nice and organized on the inside. Very friendly staff. I was ecstatic when I found my particular Gin that I thought was only available in Europe!

Product wise, we always find what we need. We've always had a great experience with employees recommending something to try.....until yesterday.While simply talking to my partner about how "Buchanan " has been popular in Mexican music, an employee overheard, and this was his response" Latin music is terrible anyway, and it doesn't make Buchanan any better."I'm sure he was trying to recommend something better... which was irrelevant because we weren't interested in buying that anyway 🙄 odd sales pitch

I had such a great experience in this store. I came in with my small children to grab a quick gift for a friend. Jonathan found me wandering the aisles and not only helped me get a gift, but recommended a fantastic tequila that I even got to taste test. At the registers, Bailey was super patient with my 4 year old who wanted to buy his own pretzels. She helped him count change and really went above and beyond. It was really sweet of her! I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend this location!!

The young man who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to teach me a little about differences between whiskeys. He let me sample a couple that I was interested in. I went in for one bottle, came out with 2. Good sales even though not pressured and very tasty. I appreciated the service. Rare these days.

Every time I have gone into this store, the same manager guy try’s to push a different huckleberry vodka on me, while I’m already purchasing the one I picked out. This time he was very rude about it after I told him that I’ve tried the kind he was suggesting, and I didn’t like it. He told me “you must be a person who has bad taste in alcohol” which I thought was very rude and very unprofessional. As a customer I want to get what I want, especially if I know that I like it better, and I was purchasing the more expensive one, so it shouldn’t matter to him what I get. If I was asking for suggestions then it’s okay to try and push me to get a different one but I was already in line buying the one I like, and he still tried to sell me on the other one. And since this happens every time I’ve gone in there, and multiple other friends have said the same thing about HIM, it makes me not want to go there anymore and be told I have bad taste. The store in itself is great, but this manager gives the place a bad reputation.

I no longer drink, so am probably not qualified to review Total Wine. But I did go there for the first time to buy a bottle of Marsala for cooking after checking their inventory online. The store was clean and well-organized, so I easily found what I was looking for. It was a weekend afternoon and the store was busy but the cashier was quick and friendly.
