The owner is amazing at what he does. We went for the second time to have him clip our puppy’s toes and do deshedding bath. He is so good with animals and is very gentle. He is very detailed oriented to dogs’s behaviors and knows so much about dogs. His shed is clean and always on top of his work and very organized. We can’t wait to go back in November

Very helpful and thoughtful with our labradoodle and does a great job with all different types of dogs. Ours is a little “sensitive” when getting groomed and Jeremy is very patient and kind. Have a huge fenced run for when your dog is finished with grooming before pickup. Great small business to support!

Glad we found this groomer! Jeremy is super knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips for how to care for our dog’s coat at home. You can tell he loves animals and goes above and beyond to spoil them. Our goldendoodle came back so soft/fluffy and smells good too!

Jeremy loves our dog like she’s his own. His attention to detail and patience with the dogs is so great. We love taking Tilly to see him almost as much as she likes to go. He’s so knowledgeable and helpful, always has the dogs best interest in mind. When she’s done being groomed she prances around like she is the prettiest old lady around. Wonderful service, Jeremy is so friendly and knowledgeable! He’s got a way with dogs! You can tell Jeremy definitely enjoys what he does and treats the dogs so well. We just adopted a Saint Bernard with the fluffiest butt and feathery tail, Jeremy did such a wonderful job with trimming and brushing him out. He’s now smelling so good and is so soft. You can pet him without fur flying everywhere! 10/10 will be coming back and also bringing our other dogs here too! Thank you, Jeremy

He was really helpful and was able to get my chihuahua in last minute. I live an hour from the north end and had gone to my regular groomer for her walk in nail trim. Come to find out, the last apt was a no show, and he had left early. So I was left scrambling to try to find someone to trim her nails. (Car rides mean grooming for her, and she really can’t stand being groomed, so I wanted to just get it over with so she wouldn’t be stressed for nothing.)I’m so glad I found this place. He was very kind and understanding with her snarly behavior since she had had traumatic grooming experiences in the past. At one point, when the little girl was snapping at him, he just gave her his finger to chew on.😯She chewed it for a bit and then they were both ready to finish the nail trim. You can tell he really likes animals, and he went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable. When it got to be too much (bc of her extreme sensitivity to having her nails clipped,) he’d let her walk around and chill out before getting back at it. For $12, he clipped and ground her nails, cleaned her ears, did something for her teeth (not entirely sure what), and put eye drops in her eyes. He also showed me how to work with her to help her overcome her fear of nail trims.He also caries some CBD for cats. After looking it up on line, it appears that he sells it at cost! Glad to have found this place.

My Samoyed/German Shepherd mix is a big baby about being groomed and he was in rough shape. I’m SO GLAD I came here. He showed me so many useful grooming tips to keep my pup healthy and looking good and I learned A LOT about being a better dog owner. The prices are extremely fair! He’s so helpful and knowledgeable (but also understanding)! Highly recommend!!

Took our Husky there for the first time. He is normally a shy dog but he did so well and warmed up to the owner well. He did an amazing job with dealing with his shyness and his overall grooming.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here. It truly says a lot about him that he is booked out weeks in advance! I didn't realize our St. Bernard puppy was a whole different color!! He got his coat to sparkle and shine bright white. Not only that, but he has nearly NO hair coming off him when we pet him. I don't know what miracle products he uses, but they work wonders! He puts a lot of time into building a relationship with our pup so he feels comfortable when he is being worked on. I'm so thankful we found him and look forward to our next visit.We've now gone several times and still have nothing but wonderful things to say! Great with our 150+lb St. Bernard.

We just got back from our first time at The Matted Puppy and Jeremy did great with Onyx, our 1 year old energetic Golden Doodle. She looks fabulous and she's so soft again. I'm glad we tried Jeremy as it's nice having someone who noticeably enjoys his work and does great with dogs. I can feel good about leaving Onyx in his care and know she is being well cared for and she will look great in the end.

Not only did Jeremy get me in right away, he worked tirelessly on my long-haired Persian mix to get all of her matts cut out. He spent hours patiently taking care of her and making her look great. He gave me tips for maintenance and had a lot of information for me. You can tell he truly cares about animals and treats them with respect. He was also very reasonably priced. Definitely my new cat groomer!

Jeremy took amazing care of our australian shepherd, Fern. This was truly the best grooming job she has ever had and she looks and smells amazing! Her fur is so soft, and all of her mats behind her ears are completely taken care of. Even her little butt curtains look adorable and clean.I HIGHLY recommend The Matted Puppy if you want your four-legged kiddo to be treated wonderfully, look like a 10 and smell so good!

I felt like they kept pushing sales on us to bathe and groom our dogs when we just want a nail trim. Difficult to park my truck in the small driveway and it’s done in a shed in the back yard. Had to stand in the freezing cold with all my dogs waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time because they were working on their own pets… weird atmosphere.

This guy knows dogs! I used to take my Pomeranian and Chihuahua to a highly recommended groomer and was not impressed. I came acrossed this guy and Wow! His passion for his art is amazing. My pom actually loved this place and she has never looked better. Trust me on this one. You will not be let down.

Such a great experience! We were a half hour late to the appointment and Jermey was super accommodating and professional. This was Salem’s first time ever going to the groomers and it was better than expected. I think in no time she’ll be a pro, Especially with Jermey’s help! Salem can be a bit standoffish with men and getting her nails done but she absolutely adored Jermey, even after getting her nails clipped! We will definitely be returning customers.
