I had the BEST experience today with Sportsman’s warehouse. With all the gun control rules/regulations, getting a gun nowadays can be a pain but we were able to get everything done promptly. Zack is a great manager, I can’t thank him enough! He should get a raise for how great his customer service was with my husband and I!! And Brady was also great helping us get checked out! Thank you!!! This is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back.

Ordered an item in store for pick up. Got an email stating the item would be ready "that day" for pick up. Went the following day to pick up item and was told that the item was sent to a store 30 min away. Didn't have time that day so went the next day to that store to pick up item. Was told the item is still several days from arrival. Store provided shipping info which was not provided in the email--would have made it much easier to figure out where/when it was to arrive. Showed them the email that said available for pick up 3 days ago at this point. No explanation was offered to the confusion. Have wasted 2 hours driving to and from stores at this point and will still need to spend another hour driving to pick up. Individual people were pleasant but in 2024 this is ridiculous when I can quite literally watch a picture of my amazon delivery making its way to my house. No wonder poorly run smaller stores are going out of business.

Place has really gone down hill. Consistently have things listed for same day pickup they don’t in fact have, and the employees I’ve talked to admit that happens a lot. Needed something refunded, the people in gun department said they were doing it and said it was refunded, I check a week later- no refund. Call customer service and they state no refund was ever processed and it will take an additional 7-10 business days to get my money back. This is NOT the first time this has happened. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere so it won’t be held hostage for their screw up.

So I usually only buy fishing gear here but I have gone here for a few camping gear i can find really great deals here on fishing gear nice name brands all in all a great place for all your outdoor needs I've seen hunting gear, guns, all seasons attire shoes boots and some outdoor play toys thy also have a wall that shoes what people had caught or hunted for then across the way they have a wall of rives and lakes and what has been good to catch in those areas it's by far my favorite place to go when I need new gear check it out you won't be disappointed.

Love this place, has cool things for a fair price. Age restriction are ridiculous though, you're saying I can buy two normal lighters but can't buy a Zippo lighter because I am not 18?

Hands down the worst customer service experience ever. Was purchasing a handgun on Black Friday last week. I’m all for some fun banter back and forth but the salesman crossed the line so many times. Between making fun of me for being short to throwing my ID at me… oh let’s not forget the round about way he threatened to break my arm. I’m surprised my husband kept his cool honestly.. I was trying to avoid a scene. It was a terrible experience and after I pick up my gun this evening I will not be returning here. I will make the drive to state line to shop elsewhere. It was extremely unpleasant.

I love this place!. We live over 60 miles away. Whenever we are in the North Division area, we stop in and browse.I've bought firearms, fishing, outdoor clothing, knives, boots, bbq gear and countless other stuff over the years here.

Ordered an AR-10 platform armorer’s wrench to be shipped to the division street store. It was supposed to be there December 28th.After not receiving an email saying it had been delivered I just called them up today January 6th, was told it was not delivered and asked if I wanted to cancel the order in which I replied no, I would wait.After hanging up from them I called corporate customer service, he put me on hold while he called the store up. The person at the store explained to him that the person in charge of taking care of deliveries to the store had been gone and their back delivery storeroom was in disarray.Instead of the guy at the store being honest with me he not only set me up for disappointment but by wanting to cancel my order he was perfectly fine with not only causing the store to lose out on money but also the corporation as a whole.These are truly sad times for customer and businesses. This is my first and last transaction with this particular store.

I called to see if they had a grip. I was hung up on twice and told I was put on hold. Only problem is the employee never said please hold. Or let me place you on hold. Just the sound of a phone hanging up. Super frustrating, seems like they really dont care if they get your business or not.

Was my first time here and the staff was all very friendly but my interactions with Michael were great, he's a very helpful person! The mounts on the walls were great and the "bragging" section made me smile, reminding me of our sons first hunts. 😁

The employees at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my bow in to get it checked out after it was stored for several years and Brad in the archery area gave me some great advice and a history lesson about my bow and its manufacturer. The store is clean, well lit, and has a good selection. I appreciate this Sportsman's Warehouse and the people that work there. Keep up the good work.

Vast selection of almost anything for indoor sports or anything under the sun outdoors, lots of parking. Good customer service on the floor they are not in your face but always there if you need. The gentleman who cashed us out was awesome

I found this the other day! Nice looking knife for underwater and utility use. Quick spring clip for release, pretty cool!The parking lot isn't my favorite here which is why I gave a 4 star. Otherwise, 5 stars for the store.

Quite possibly the most frustrating shopping experience ever. All I wanted was scope bases and the guy kept trying to sell me revolvers. Then tried to sell me rings instead of bases. Then finally when he grasped what I wanted he had no clue how to read the packaging to tell what they fit and tried to sell me bases for a random rifle because it was the first pair he found on the shelf. Guy is stealing oxygen from other people on this planet that actually are using it.

Great selection of outdoor goods. Fishing, camping, and hunting equipment are all there with premium brands. Hunting firearms are sold here. Prices are nothing special, but the place the cleanliness, organization, and selecting do make up for it. Can also get any sporting licenses here at well. Those big off-road bicycles are also sold here.

Meh. I've had mixed experiences here...sometimes Good, sometimes not so good. Customer service is generally not impressive at all...don't seem to know their products or alternatives. Gun and amo section might be the only reason to go here rather than rei, other than you don't have to drive all the way down town. Good place to get a discovery pass. This store may be good for other things and Chris may be very knowledgeable, but seriously, Spokane Valley Archery has more for archery than your stores carry. I searched several stores looking for a bow string and did not find it, but guess who had it and MORE?! Yep, Spokane Valley Archery. Thank you!Oh, and thank you Sportsman's for other things.

Had an issue with the price of a recent purchase, I gave them a call and spoke to Kayla. She was extremely helpful and professional. I'm sorry I did not catch the name of the manager she worked with. Both ladies set the example of what customer service is/should be. Thank you both very much.

Went to buy a holster, the item had been obviously opened before. There was a residue on it and it didn't even fit what I needed. When I went to return it the following week, they only allowed store credit. Hard pass. Go to Cabela's where the technology isn't 20 years behind.

Bought a pistol. They said they would offer a military discount when it came in but I had to pay the full price upfront. when it came in, I was promptly told, sorry I can't seem to apply it. Nice way to treat a customer, especially when you claim to offer a discount but really it is more for advertising than actually providing.

This store has everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors in the Northwest. One of only 2 places in 100 miles I can find any fly fishing gear. Big clean store. Good customer service.

Went here looking for a tent and they didn't have a big selection so I ended up buying from somewhere else. But the store was nice and big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did buy a shirt for the kiddo that was cute so I didn't leave empty handed.
