Last time we got our dogs groomed the groomer refused to trim the paws. They told us it was extra? Every other time we've been to any groomer, including Spokane Dog Grooming, they've trimmed the paws. The grooming looked unfinished. Our most recent experience was even worse. The groomer clipped one of the nails too short causing it to bleed. I understand this happens, but the groomer made no mention of it. Just returned our dog with blood soaked fur that we didn't notice until after she left. It bled several times that day and we spent a significant amount of time trying to get it to stop. We thankfully already had a vet appointment scheduled for him. The vet recommended we avoid walks for 3-6 days due to the severity of the cut and provided us with a plastic boot to wear outside and powder to make the bleeding stop. We've accidentally cut a nail too short before, but it was never this severe. I would expect more out of a professional groomer.

She is amazing with our dog. He's a St Bernard that is a lot of work. He always comes home and looks so good and you can tell that she treats your pet like they are hers. Always happy with the service provided and really for what you get the price is completely reasonable. Scheduling is super easy via text. She took 5 hours with him and he looks amazing and ready for the summer weather. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend them! My dog wouldn’t let anyone touch her nails after prior traumatic nail trims. My mom has had prior great experiences here so we had the mobile groomer come out. The groomer was super nice, patient and was able to get both of our dogs nails trimmed in less than 25 minutes. We are happy! Our dogs are so happy! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

They did a beautiful job on my dog! He’a a rowdy beast, and weighs 70 pounds, so I’ve had a hard time finding a groomer that will not only do the job but be good to my dog. I also did not know what I wanted, I just knew that he looked really mangy. She was happy as a clam when I got there to pick him up, he looked like a big teddy bear, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. We will be back!

We wanted to find somewhere that was good with nervous dogs - our rescue needs a proper interaction with someone before becoming friends. I didn’t have to worry - Bells was IMMEDIATELY best friends with Amelia. Amelia paid great attention to her and was sure to focus on the areas that needed the most attention - her back nails. Are you kidding me?!? My dogs went in looking like a tornado whipped their fur into nests of tangles and knots and came out looking so darn cuddly and cute both with little neck handkerchiefs. Amazing customer service from the moment I walked in with a friendly, "hello and thank you for coming in, I'll be with you right away" to the welcoming smile, brief conversation, and care she took my little old ladies leashes. They dropped some nervous nuggets and I offered to clean and she was more than happy to quickly tell me no she would take care of it. To the final reveal when I picked them up and the amazing grooming that had been done. I will for sure be back in a few weeks and more in the future with Amelia. She did a fantasticjob.

We have had Amelia groom our sweet & sour Aussie/Border Collie and we are so pleased. First time to groomers at age 8 due to past trauma which makes her VERY challenging to brush and manage her mats and paws. This is when the sour in her comes out. Amelia to the rescue ! She has been so patient, kind, and loving with her, all while making her look and feel great. I was very nervous to take her to be groomed because I feared someone would be impatient and scare her, after she has come such a long ways in overcoming her prior trauma and bad behaviors. I am so thankful we found Amelia !

The past two times my dog has been shaved way to short and cut pretty badly. First time my dog got a slice in her ear that will never close. The 2nd time her neck was cut. They also did not trim her nails. Which I’m kind of thankful for since she’s been knicked so many times Do not recommend.

Spokane dog grooming has absolutely been the best groomers I have experienced! My dogs look and feel amazing! Their employees are so nice never has been a bad experience! I looked all over Spokane for a grooming company I could trust, we had a very bad experience at the yuppy puppy with my German shepherd 4 years ago and I was very worried to take her back to any groomer but they do amazing on both her and my long hair corgi! Thanks Spokane Dog Grooming for going above and beyond for my babies!!!

Took our two GSD in to get a wash. Made it very clear we did not want either of the dogs Cut, trimmed, furminated any of it we were reassured when the lady said she had been grooming dogs for “7 years” and promised she wouldn’t cut their hair. when I came back to pick up dogs the short haired German shepherd hadn’t been cut and she looked great but the long haired GSD was cut to look like a short haired. Guard hairs, tail, leg, ear hairs were all cut short. This was over a month ago and her hair still look ridiculous. Plus they overcharged us from the price we originally agreed on. Honestly shouldn’t have paid. Worst experience with getting dogs groomed.

I have a great Pyrenees mix and to say the least he is a big boy and doesnt do well with at home bathing. The service and how well they did with my big drama queen(king) was amazing, ive never felt my dogs coat as soft and healthy as it is now. Very impressed with how well they handled my dog as well. Definetly will be going back again.

I usually Never give 5 stars. However, I have to this time. The customer service was excellent! Even with this busy time of year, they couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks. Yet, I explained my situation & shared my cats medical issues. They told me if I could bring her in, then they could get her in within least than a week. So very understanding & cooperative!!! This is actually the very 1st time in the past 2 years that I've had my cat groomed, that was basically flawless!! My cat got a Lions Cut, & she had no nicks, cuts, missed spots, etc. It was the most even groom my cat has ever had. It was around $80 something, but well worth it. I've paid $120 at another mobile groom, & that groom wasn't nearly as wonderful as this was. For cats, I do fully recommend Spokane Mobile Dog Groomers.

They royally messed up my dog’s hair! My husband told them don’t shave him and they did anyway. It looks horrible! He has random bald spots all over. Not to mention with his breed he may not get his hair back therefore won’t be able to regulate his temperature. These people used to be great prior to covid so I recommend finding somewhere else.

We have been using this service for about a year, maybe more. The service is great, and we pay a fair price for mobile grooming for 3 dogs. However, since June of 2021 when my husband was no longer working from home I have had to leave work early to be home for the groomers. Only one time in 10 appointments have they been on time. Last month they were nearly 2 hours late. Yes, they told me they were running behind but they didn't tell me that far behind. Now I'm sitting here 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment with no clue when they'll be here because they haven't reached out, nor responded to my text.

The overall building is a lot smaller than I was expecting, and the reception area is equally tiny, but they got my Bonnie in and out of her nail trim pretty fast. Nails look great, and even with the tip we paid less than where we usually go. No complaints here

Unfortunately when walking my dog to the mobile groomers van my Golden Doodle took off. I drove around looking g for her and came back to find the groomer (McKenna) in my front yard with my dog. She handled it like a champ, stayed calm and did a great job grooming my matted pet.Thank you to McKenna for being an awesome groomer. Hopefully our next appointment my pet will recognize her.😂I recommend Spokane Dog Grooming to anyone I can.

Today was our first grooming appointment, and we had a great experience. One of our dogs can be a bit nervous in new situations and dislikes car travel, so I love that they came to us. Both dogs came back happy, and they've clearly made a new friend. :) Prices are similar to PetSmart, so it's a great value for the service as well as the convenience. I wish I had found them sooner!

Our Springers hadn't been groomed for at least 7 months and were a wreck. I emailed and made a first time appointment for them for this week. About a half hour before our appointment we got a call she was running late but would be here in about an hour. Like I said my dogs were a wreck so I "get" the running late part. She was very pleasant and appeared very happy with her chosen profession and both the dogs adored her. She did a great job on both of them. Then disaster struck, the van wouldn't start so she could leave! It was freezing cold so we had her come inside and she never once took the smile off her face. I would have been angry and moaning but nope, we sat and we chatted it up, with both dogs at her feet while she made arrangements to get home. Personally I would have been in tears. I would highly recommend them just on attitude alone! She did a great job and we will definitely be using them as our preferred groomers!

Took my 5 month old puppy for first grooming. Staff did well in treatment so puppy wasn't traumatized. However, his breed is small "doodle" with curly coat.. They cut his coat down to half inch.I asked for his face and feet to be trimmed and bath. When I I told them it wasn't what I asked for...they charged me $50$ and acted like I should have been happy not to be charged more.

We had the pleasure of working with Kat! She was such a sweet person and my dogs loved her. I have a German shepherd mix, poodle and chiweenie. My shepherd was who I was worried most about. The last time I had him groomed, I was advised it took 3 people to clip his nails, which weren't filed down so they were razor sharp. He is terrified to get his nails clipped. I advised Kat before grooming him of this issue so she would be ready and understood if this couldn't be done...... He did excellent and so did she! I couldn't believe it. My poodle had a clean up cut off his face, paws and a sanitary cut. This was the first time I had my poodle groomed (we recently got him) and I've heard of horror stories of bad poodle cuts including super bad razor burn. He looked amazing! Even a week later there are no signs of irritation or razor burn around his face or feet. All the dogs nails were trimmed and filed down, they smelled amazing and were so incredibly soft.I have a 3 year old and 7 month old daughters so the fact that they will come to your house is amazing! It made the process easy and less stressful to say the least. We now will be using Kat from here on out!

Not only was I contacted twice to confirm our appointment, I was offered the chance for an earlier appointment, unfortunately I couldn't be early. The groomer showed up 10 minutes early, awesome! She was clipping the nails of 5 Cattle Dogs. 3 of mine 2 of my mother's. The groomer was so kind and gentle with them all. If you know cattle dogs, you know that they are like 3 year olds in fur who have ADD. THINK OF A CIRCUS! She was amazing with them ! What usually takes an act of Holy proportions took her all of 20 minutes tops. From my 11 year old man all the way down to my 11 month old puppy. This service was not only amazing but VERY affordable. Now that I know what is available we will be using this service monthly. Ever tried putting 5 very active dogs in a vehicle? I don't suggest it! Now I never have to again! 5 stars is not a high enough rating!
