My suitcase fell apart because 2 screws fell out of it. And I was able to not only find the SCREWS I needed but was directed there by wonderful SALES people. This was a pleasure to go to this store. They know what they are doing.

I have come to love this store...a few years ago...a buddy of mine owns a few townhouse complexes locally suggested Ace 99203. I moved to the area a couple of years ago and was dreading the small store compared to the big box stores. I love it! The staff all know their stuff. They are GENUINELY Friendly. It is immediately next to a locally owned operated food store. It is within 5 blocks Bennedittos pizza and Rosauers both regionally owned and operated. The ACE hardware store has made me feel welcome since moving to this community. Peace and Best HOliday wishes.

Stop supporting an establishment that rips the public off. These guys are selling 2x4s for $9.99 before tax still. Plus one can of orange peel texture is close to $30. I will not support this place ever again, went to home Depot instead and saved more than $20 on my purchase. There is no reason for these prices

The South Hill Ace Hardware is an incredibly convenient option for all your hardware needs. While it's true that Ace can be a bit pricier compared to the big-box home improvement stores, the ability to make a quick in-and-out visit is truly wonderful. Having lived on or near the South Hill for most of my life, I've become a regular visitor to this store.Despite the potential 20% price difference with larger stores, I find that the savings in terms of fuel costs and time spent navigating through massive stores more than make up for it. It's genuinely impressive how efficiently they've managed to pack such a wide variety of items into a smaller footprint. What sets this Ace Hardware apart is the consistently prompt and knowledgeable assistance you receive. It's a refreshing change from the often impersonal experience in larger stores.The time-saving aspect is particularly noteworthy. The staff here is not only smart but also incredibly helpful. I appreciate having such a well-run, community-oriented hardware store on the South Hill. Thanks for being here and for consistently delivering top-notch service!

Nothing like it used to be!!! I did one week repairs on my home that turned into 3 weeks. Many items I had to repair or replace I had purchased here originally. Nothing fit that I tried to fix. The store was half empty and not complete. Had to go to Lowes and Home Depot.

A little tricky getting there but worth the drive. Parking lot is small but most people that use it seem friendly and patient. Lots of fun little stores near by. The staff is really helpful. Haven't been there after dark but the area appears free of night creatures.

This place is always great. I usually get stopped by an employee to ask what I'm looking for. I'm always in the wrong aisle, and they'll direct me to the correct isle and walk me over there. They even give their recommendations for what items I'm purchasing. They just make shopping easy. I seriously love their dog treat selection! They have a wood Cady just past the front entry where you get in line to purchase. Best bone prices and the dogs love them. They're really affordable on planting supplies too!!

Good team and helpful but not very friendly to browsing the isles. Practically has a employee attached to your hip when you walk in.i imagine this friendly employee move is very effective to reduce losses do to shoplifting. Wish they stocked .more variety. But still one of the best Aces in town.

The customers always make sure you find what you're looking for every time and if they don't have it, (which is rare) they'll recommend where to go find it. I like the products and services, but I like how you business and that's why I choose Ace.

Ordered a great edger online because they have same day delivery, it was ready to be delivered for three days, each time I called a gentlemen on the other line was not helpful or polite. It took three days for a delivery driver to contact me and that was after I cancelled my order. Do not recommend delivery.

My brother and I have been going to the same Ace for three years now a few times a day we spend alot of money there we have a construction company so we get alot of points back the points are supposed to be like money not the money off that they send everyone but the points you pay for I tried to use some of them and the manager said we couldn't use them I have been using them there for years. Want are they for if I can't use them? I have $75 on it, and I tried to use 40 on a $100 purchase. It's crazy. Someone needs to let him know how it works. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful I was only going to give 1 star but they are friendly if I could give just the three people there that I'm talking about I would give them 5 stars but I can't so 2 it is.

Very nice Ace Hardware store. I was looking all over for compressed logs for a woodburning stove and they had them. They carry items like pickled eggs and other crafted items from locals. I'm from out of state and it was a fully stocked store with pretty much everything you need.

This Ace Hardware is the best place to get supplies but more importantly expert advice on your projects. Recently I had two projects come up that Charles (he’s my go to person) was able to give me great advice on. One of which involved some plumbing which can be intimidating. He told me how to complete the project and helped me find the right parts, which saved me money as well. Love this Ace Hardware, and you should give Charles a raise!

I've had the pleasure to be helped by Steve. My windshield wiper flew off on the freeway and I have a long trek back to Canada. Steve walked me to where the windshield wipers were and helped me find the right one. After struggling in the parking lot to get this wiper on for 10 minutes I finally went In and got Steve to help. He hadn't an idea just like me but he figured it out and saved the day. Thank you Steve!!! Give this guy a medal

Had a great experience placing an order online and doing curbside pick up in the past. Tried calling today to ask if they stock a certain type of item and was just told to come down to the store and check. Trying to avoid driving to every hardware store in town to find an item so not the most helpful response.

We are going through a home renovation and have gone to ACE probably 15 times in the last month. You can expect great customer service! Every time I walk in, someone immediately asks, "What can I help you find?" The staff is dedicated, knowledgeable and will give you the time necessary to help you find what you need, or point you in the right direction if they don't have it.I recently walked through Home Depot in the Valley and felt like I was a burden each time I asked employees for help. Employees would literally look away to avoid eye contact. The same day I went into ACE and everything was 20%, they had free cake, gave me free bucket and a free ACE hat! They were warm and friendly. Pretty much sums it up! ACE may be a national brand but these guys act like your neighborhood hardware store. We love them!!

Everytime I have been here the staff have always been a big help. They usually have a staff member on the floor very attentive and knowledgeable of the store. Willing to walk you straight to the item needed, and not make you feel like a burden. They also sell discovery passes!!!
