My poor baby boy is traumatized. He was shaking. Forever after we got out of there. Somehow my baby Yorkie 6 months old and another Yorkie got together and he said started yapping at each other and going after each other which that is not okay. I trust you with my dog. Aunt, yes she sent me in but my dog looks better going in than coming out. He has patches all over missing hair patches and also long hair patches. He does not move so it wasn't him jumping. He's very still. I hold him all the time. He goes to the bathroom. I pick him right back up. He eats in my hands. I'm really devastated now. My baby looks like a gremlin for at least another 2-3 months

Love Soft Paws! We live in Montana but occasionally pass through Spokane. We have taken our Airedale here twice now and she looked great both times and was really happy too. They do a great job with her curls. We have tried a groomer that is local to us and they brush out her curls. These folks clean her up while keeping her curls intact. You can tell these folks love taking care of pets, which is a plus. We will always come back when passing through the area.

he cut my dog, emerald exactly how we wanted and she looked really good! we have had a lot of issues with how groomers cut her but he listened and cut her to our specifications. he also told us she did really good, usually she’s very anxious around strangers but she seemed to warm up quickly- which is rare! rates seemed very reasonable as well!

Took my Standard Poodle puppy for her first grooming, and I know she isn't the most mannered client yet but she came back beautiful and the groomer gave me a lot of good feedback for how to help her get comfortable with grooming :)

I took my DOUBLE COATED retriever to this pet spaw and when specifically asked to not shave his double coat they did. My dad said “we did research don’t shave his double coat” and the guy working said “yes because everyone who reads the internet is an expert”. It’s not being an expert, it’s citing multiple sources of vets saying it’s damaging and can lead to them overheating. I simply wanted his haircut so I could easily de tangle the mats myself. Now, I have to worry about my dog dying. Please don’t take your double coated dogs here.

I adopted Clyde (a 12-year-old Red tick Coonhound) a couple of weeks ago. He had been a stray in Utah and was in dire need of a good bath and nail trim. Soft Paws got us in quickly and they spent 2 hours with him, making sure he was clean and well taken care of. They were such a life saver I have a long haired cat who was having some bowel issues after his surgery which was getting all over and sticking to the fur on his back. A similar thing happened to me a couple of years ago and couldn’t find anybody who would help me clean him up or shave his hair because he was a cat. This time I found soft paws. I contacted them on Facebook and they told me to bring him in the next morning, and just shaved his butt for me. I don’t think they’ll know how much of a relief it was that he was able to get cleaned up. They really saved me a lot of stress and a lot of mess.

Julie is amazing with dogs and cats! She has such a calm personality and helps the animals feel safe. While my pets don’t necessarily like getting their toenails trimmed, (pugs, am I right? My old cat disappeared for 2 months and came back thin, filthy and traumatized. Took him to Soft Paws Pet Spa and was overjoyed with the result. He relaxed as soon as we got there.
