Best meat dept I've ever dealt with. The guy back there is a great salesman and I always end up leaving with more than I planned, but happily. It's nice to not have wal mart cuts of meat. Thanks Drew.

This is the 3rd item I’ve purchased within the last 2 months where we come home to find out the food has been expired. Anywhere from 1 week- over 1 month expired. I just purchased a mixed cocktail that expired almost 2 MONTHS AGO. And we just purchased it 2 days ago. I see reviews back from 2 months ago stating the same issues. It’s unfortunate since this location is quite convenient to where we live and do a lot of shopping. But I will no longer be shopping here anymore. I shouldn’t have to check every single item before I purchase it if it is expired or not.

Albertsons is a great store. I like how calm things always are here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are very patient with helping me with accessibility support. They have super good produce, unlike a lot of other grocery stores here that have produce that is wilting or molding as soon as you take it home. The store brand is better quality than expected, and they have a good variety of food here. Its honestly one of the best shopping experiences I've had in any grocery store in the area.

Okay, not a bad place to shop. Very clean. Very nice people working there. My only warning to anyone who wants to shop there, even with your discount card, you will be paying a lot of money. It's a pretty typical complaint when it comes to Albertsons stores. Now on the good side, you will also get somewhat better quality of produce and deli items. You will.have to judge for yourself whether you want to pay that much more for it however.

To start off, their Starbucks is great, but the Safeway is getting frustrating. We keep getting expired food. When you go to the store you don’t think that you’ll need to check the dates on everything you buy, but I guess you do when you go here. Very frustrating to get home and realize that today is June 4th and I bought meat that expired on May 17th…sick and tired of having this happen! My husband bought olives from there and opened it up to them being bad. My mother in law keeps buying expired food as well. What a waste of money! Don’t they hire people to make sure their food is still good??

Great experience with the bakery on Monday. I came in after dinner so probably around 7 looking for a cake. I saw Carrie cleaning up and was hesitant to bother her because I'm sure she wanted to go home. Excuse me can I bother you for a minute, I'm looking for a chocolate cake? Oh you're no bother I'd be happy to help you. Carrie then showed me the different offerings available and made me feel very welcomed. I did not want to be a burden but she made me feel very at ease and was so willing to help. Thank you Carrie! The raspberry chocolate cake was delicious btw!

Very expensive compared to other local stores. Pharmacy used to be very efficient, not now! We have noticed understaffed, have been there a lot lately, and available staff do not help at counter until there have been at least 4 people waiting.

I love this Albertsons Store! The employees are awesome and they do remember you. It is always a pleasurable shopping experience. Sometimes certain products may not be available, but that is due to shipping issues. Stop by and experience awesome service and quality products!

Used to really like this location. Was a great place to do a quick grocery shopping trip. Since it’s now Safeway the prices have gone through the roof. I’ve found items that the normal price has raised $3 since it’s been rebranded. This place shouldn’t be shopped at unless you’re getting just a few items.

The store reset makes the place easier to navigate and seems cleaner now. Prices are not the best unless you hit sales and use the rewards card. Order pickup has been smooth.

We almost stop there every time we pass it. It's a great place stop at for whatever you are look for. Good sales ad's. Nice workers. They are remodeling right now. However, it's like it's not when it comes to helping you. Always people going in. Plus, it has a Starbuck's.

I was happy to see Albertsons remodeled and changed to Safeway but out of the last five times I have gone there specifically to buy bread they have only had their signature brand , honey wheat and berry, one time. I’m getting to a point now where I drive by and go on down to the store on Sprague because they manage their inventory better.

Great store. It's like a country store the people are nice and the employees are great. Best department is the meat dept. Ramona is helpful and always gets you what you need. Love the pharmacy too. They are always there to help with questions. Love this Albertsons on 32nd.

It's always been expensive, even when it was Albertson's, but now that it's safeway. You guessed it. Still outrageous pricing.But the reason for the two stars is because the way this store is set up is absolutely infuriating. It makes no sense. I recently read a study about the correlation between store arrangement and profits. I feel that Safeway purposefully arranged the store to get people to buy more. You spend 12 minutes looking for rice, and end up grabbing five extra unattended items.Every. Single. Time. I go there, I hear other people saying out loud that they can't find something. I know I'm not the only one. Ridiculous.

Prices are pretty high here. However, it conveniently has a bank branch, a pharmacy and a Starbucks. There is a nice little floral department. It is clean and the employees are pleasant, if not outright, over-the-top friendly. I'm a bit leery of their seafood department. There isn't that much variety and the fillets looked dry. Their meat section looked better. I shop here for convenience, but definitely do my major shopping, especially for seafood, elsewhere.

I was very disappointed more in the customers than the staff. I counted at least 6 people not wearing masks inside this store on 9/5/21. Currently there is a mandate that everyone is required to wear a mask. I didn't mind when it is optional, but the mandate is in place for a reason. I called the store to speak to the manager, and she explained how uncivilized people can be by yelling at the workers when told to mask up. I don't want to see them being yelled at but will be reporting this store to the state for not enforcing the mandate. I will be contacting Jerry the store director to voice my complaints as well.I returned to the store on 9/8/21, and saw at least 4 more people not wearing masks. One was a worker stocking the potato chips. She had a mask on, but was under her chin. So much for the owner doing anything to fix the situation.

Awesome store. Not the lowest prices in town but you can't beat the quality and selection of seafood here. I'm so impressed with their meat and seafood department, this is my go to for crab clams, scallops and shrimp. Also their artisan cheese selection is on point. Their produce is always well trimmed and fresh as well and their hot deli section.

Everyone says hello. Always very helpful. The meat dept has everything I like as well as "specials" I need. The recipes are helpful for planning or suggesting something different when I want to change it up. Always clean & organized. The fruit/veggies in a cup/bowl is great. Especially for 1 or 2 people who want less generous portions. Love the $5 Friday specials & the prepackaged fajita, hamburger, stew, etc kits. The deli is stocked well & wing selection is tasty.The pharmacy is handy. The pharmacists are friendly & never hurry me when I need help. Getting my flu shot or other vaccines there is wonderful! It's nice not to wait at the dr's office. Seasonal items are fun & what I want to add to my table or gift giving. Every dept seems to fit what I need. Since there's so much, I know I missed something BUT know I'll find it there!

Expired food everywhere. Bought hot dogs got home and noticed they where a week expired! Just opened a yogurt and ate a few bites and noticed it tasted bad and saw it was 4 days expired when I bought it two days ago. To top it all they still have a whole shelf of the same expired hot dogs for sale. They say sell by December first... It's the 30th now.

Just called to order a cake and the lady in the bakery acted like I was wasting her time. She was very short with me and I got half way through the order and decided I would make the extra drive to Yokes to get my cake. I called Yokes and the gentlemen was very nice took my order and treated me like a customer and offered excellent customer service.

Lovely store, normally friendly staff, I think the self check gal was having a bad day or I just read her wrong but she didn't seem all that thrilled to be working (hey everyone has a bad day-totally been there) anyway would have been 4 but I asked a few questions about the item I purchased and she seemed very bothered by it and it was a slllooowww day so in my very limited opinion it wasn'tasking a lot. To her credit she went and looked it up... hope she is having a better day :).
