Consistently out of too many items especially in the dairy section. Paid 6.79 for organic heavy cream because it's all that was on the shelf. They were out of all 4+ other types. Not a rare occurrence here. Its happened before with other non-dairy products, and there were a bunch of other empty spots this time too. Nice store but this happens too often. Dumb of me to stop here given the frequency.

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. The meat guy I spoke with took the time to answer my questions and directed me to the right cut he also pointed me to the sales through the app got wonderful deals on the meat wish I caught his name he was extremely polite and professional he was fabulous

I don't think I'm the best person to rate Safeway b/c I don't use it often enough! I view it as expensive but on the other hand I have witnessed where some businesses are cruel to the homeless; in Port Angeles, Washington Safeway is remarkably benevolent to them. This Safeway appears to be clean and nicely set up. The employees are nice here - I have the same identical experience just about every Safeway I've used - don't know why, but it must be mind reading from state to state b/c other stores you don't know what employee attitude you're going to get from location to location and it's the same bloody name, but Safeway it's the same everywhere.

I ordered a large deli platter on Thursday, 12/7 to be picked up on Saturday, 12/9 at 10am. I gave a full 48 hours notice for my order per Safeway's policy. I gave the store extra time and showed up at 10:45am on my way to the party for which I was bringing food. The deli told me that no order had been made. The woman at the deli told me that they only had one order for the day and it was not mine, but if I bring in my confirmation email from when I ordered it, she would be happy to fill the order. I checked my email to find that Safeway had cancelled my order one hour prior to the time I was scheduled to pick it up "due to unusually high order volume and limited product availability." I had to scramble to find food to feed several people. Then I called Safeway because even though they cancelled my order, they charged my credit card for it. The person on the phone indicated that it can take from 3-5 business days for me to get a refund. So I have to wait 3-5 days to be credited for an order that Safeway cancelled with only one hour's notice. This is unacceptable customer service and I will no longer be shopping at Safeway.

I have been shopping at this safeway for the past 10 years. I am veteran and have only worked for the government and state organizations and now I am being followed each time I shop at this Safeway which is so uncomfortable and wrong. I do understand the theft, however they are mainly following any black shopper. As an American, I too dislike people who steal while I have to go to work everyday for everything I buy. However, while they are looking at black shoppers I saw another young girl of a different race loading up her back pack in the frozen food section. You will eventually be sued as racially profiling is illegal and wrong. I cut my normal shop short as I found the relentless following me insulting, weird and really uncomfortable. I will just shop at your competitors at this point. The way your company is going about resolving the theft issue is poorly thought out. Alienating your long time customers is not going help. Why don't you try taking pictures of the people that you catch stealing and post them in the store. Anything is better than what you are currently doing.

I had a delivery but two items were completely off from what I wanted. I called and talked to the store manager and he said they would correct it but nothing was done. When I called the next day I was given the asst. manager that said nothing was noted( manage was not there) so he said he would take care of me. This guy drove to my house on his lunch hour and left the two items on my porch. He went above and beyond for a 68 year old lady that has a hard time walking. My hat's off to you young man..you deserve a raise.

This location sold us tainted alcohol on 2 occasions. First we bought a bottle of vodka and brought it home, put on t in the freezer and it froze! Vodka doesn’t freeze. It was water. Second time we bought a box of Black Box Pinot Grigio and it was watered down and cloudy.

They are the best when it comes to the meat department, often times, I have been surprised by the items I get is on sale! I often don't read the newspaper and get the sales flyer.

I love that this location sells fresh sushi. 🍣 I was bummed that one of the other Safeways hasn't had sushi for a while. I was craving some sushi for a while and I'm glad I found it here.

Clean store and well organized. If you get something from the deli, you have to pay for it there (as opposed to finishing your shopping and paying at check out). It's a bit of an inconvenience but understandable considering theft.

A generally okay grocery store however there member club prices are just the regular prices at almost every other grocery store in town, and there produce isn't any higher quality then any other either.

Unusual experience.........as I was leaving I reviewed my receipt and noticed an unusual charge, not a cheap one either, $8.99 Chocolate Cake, from the bakery.Chocolate Cake???I Did Not !!!I turned my cart around a went back in to the customer service counter.I asked what this Cake charge was, the Customer service guy said"oh it's a computer error, the cashier charged you for bags when she was trying to uncharge you, I can fix that for you".I said & thought "$8.99, for bags? That ring up as Chocolate Cake? That's a pretty Odd & Expensive mistake."Later looking at my receipt, the bag change was rung up just fine on my original receipt...... What are you really up to Safeway? And just how big IS your 'Chocolate Cake' fund**?**How many people get "accidentally" charged for 'Chocolate Cake' that they didn't really buy and DON'T NOTICE???🤔

How is this possible per pound. I have not heard of some kind of cow shortage. I have not herd of and meat shortage. What is going on here that over night meat cow prices have gone crazy. I want a very good explanation. You should too.

I use to love this place getting salad ready meals from the deli but after they decided to shove massive amounts of blue cheese in every salad besides Asian and Cesar I'm so grossed out. At least put it in a container because all salads DONT deserve to be ruined. Stop please.

More than accommodating, they all deserve raises.I was walking out to the parking lot with my bag in the cart and accidentally ran into pot hole. A container of berries and an a1 sauce bottle dumped out and shattered. All happened right Infront of an employee on her way out. I was embarrassed and it was my fault for not paying attention.They said it happens all the time and offered to replace my damaged items and let me wash my hands in the floral department and gave me a band-aid. Seriously, this location is the best and has the best employees. Thank you so much to Kristin and the other gentleman that helped me in the parking lot. That was so kind of you both going above and beyond for a clumsy customer. <3

This is way nicer than the other Safeway in the area. It is well kept. Their produce was fresh and same with the bakery. If only Safeway didn't have their silly app where you need to scan items to get the deals. They have some produce items that are hard to find anywhere in town.

To my cashier Arec this evening; at around 7:30pm. I have a large family and I feed a lot of children, not just my own. Yes my cart was full. I had a very helpful kiddo with me in tow so I did not say there what I should've. I could've done without the immediate audible sigh at the glimpse of how many groceries I was about to purchase. The nearly $600 total, trust me I was all but excited to be there myself. However, this is the first time I've been able to bring myself out in public since my dad died on Christmas eve. My pantry and fridge are running pretty bare and my wonderful husband doesn't do the big shopping. So it became a necessity. A painful one for me. You made me immediately uncomfortable and feel like the biggest burden to walk through your shift. I refuse to apologize. The grievous look on your face, the rushed worry on mine... I'll shop anywhere else from now on. Sorry if you're having a rough day. But the way you treat people matters.

Love the employees here Walmart had a power outage and one of the employees with Safeway walked over to Walmart and then did the take the L dance in front of them and then one of the Walmart employees tried throwing and so they fought for about 1-2 minutes and then walked back into there stores tipped the Safeway employee 5$ get hire more people like this safeway and #GiveAdamaRaise

Good place to shop. Prices are a bit high unless you are a "member." Don't be fooled though thinking you are "saving" at any of these "membership" places. Most businesses don't sell at the high "suggested retail" price, but they use it to make you think you're saving when they knock off some percent of it. Then is the fact most of them triple (or more) their cost, then knock off some percent... even say 50 percent.. they are still making a large profit giving you a (false) great "deal." And if they can afford to sell stuff at "clearance" prices, they should be able to sell at that price all the time.Think, people, think.

Male manager profiled my boyfriend and I. It hurt me a lot. Especially considering I'm in the process of working myself out of homelessness as a 19 year old. He accusingly tried to insinuate to my boyfriend that I shoplifted because I went to start the car while he was paying, when in reality I'm just in a lot of physical pain and just wanted to go home to rest and care for our cat. From what my boyfriend told me, he was being very passive aggressive and rude. Not supporting this location anymore, too many things like this have happened there. People need to think about how their actions effect others.
