I just bought a 4 pack of Danishes. They were fresh and tasted fine, however, I am wondering if Rosauers would go bankrupt if they put more than a teaspoon of filling in their Danish. Not to long ago I would buy a 4 pack of Danishes from you for around $4, plus buy 1 get on free. They were much bigger, and full of filling. Now they are $5.99, considerably smaller, and barely have any filling at all. I understand that the economy sucks, but seriously, you raised the price, reduced the size, effectively reduced the quantity, could you please at least keep the quality, (filling to danish ratio)

Angela (the assistant manager) was so kind and accommodated our LAST MINUTE corsage and boutonnière. Her patience was astounding as she let our daughter pick out her favorite products and showed her how to make them. She’s a gem 💎 and we are very thankful.

One of our regular Go Tos. Friendly service, more so now that we have been going for about 2 years & are regulars. Rosauers is very convenient when you need a few items, don't want to deal with/have the time for the bigger stores/crowds. We have shopped, loved & recommended the Bakery for over 20 years despite the cost being higher than most of the grocery bakeries around...but our custom order Birthday Cake this last time was an Extreme let down in Decor & in flavors/foods used on thr cake-half didn't even get eaten & my kids Devour sweets! Also some of the treats have not been very good lately. As much as food items cost, this makes me much more conservative when shopping the bakery anymore, unfortunately 😔. I haven't bought anything in a few months, besides the cake.

I came to buy a cake for my son’s birthday and needed to use the restroom first so I asked an employee as I walked through the door if they had a bathroom I could use. She said yes we do but you can’t take your bag in there. The bag she was referring to was my purse! I will probably never shop here again!!

Pricey but have a wide selection of quality products not available elsewhere. Great service, always employs cashiers and knowledgeable staff in every department, all the time, everywhere at once. And with a USA Post Office!

I waited in line, dropped a product that became damaged due to me dropping it. Went to the same shelf to return the product and grab another. Was immediately stopped by a mystery shopper who grabbed my arm and told me to put everything I had back. Then pointed to an employee as he was accusing me of stealing and the employee said "I'm disappointed because you're a regular" I have never stole nor had intentions of stealing from this place. The security guard was angry and aggressive. All I did was grab for another product and he kicked me out. I think this should be improved. I do not know his name but he is unprofessional. It's sad to see this be such a regular thing amongst "security guards"

Beware of this store...someone somehow put items in my bag that I didn't buy or even want and I chose to eat my vegan ice cream bar in their deli and looked over my receipt at items I purchased and I returned someone put in my bag I didn't want and a Rosauers was outside the door smoking a cigarette and I felt it could be security trying to falsely arrest me. Another time a Paratransit and Rosauers customer asked me if I had a phone I told her no I don't have a phone. This nice elderly woman said she was at Rosauers nearly all day and Paratransit hadn't picked her up. I asked this nice elderly woman if she would like for me to go to the customer service area at the North Spokane Rosauers and see if customer service could call Paratransit for her and this nice elderly woman said yes please do and words of this nature. I got up from sitting in their deli eating something etc and Rosauers security who looked like Native American Indian came up to me a man and a woman telling me to shut up and let the customer speak for herself when I first thought they could call Paratransit for this Rosauers and Paratransit customer. Once I told a Rosauers at this store that Spokane Transit Authority bus driver and bus just injured me bad and their police officer and customer service and admin and etc were all against me telling me they have an attorney. Rosauers improved their store and began selling Spokane Transit Authority bus passes. I hope I don't receive retaliation but I thought I should say for those who may need to know to protect themselves. I didn't expect this from Rosauers and Huckleberry's since they sell health food.

The employees here are by far some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've come across in the three years I've lived here in Spokane. The store is well maintained. The shelves are stocked and organized, very clean. I will definitely be shopping here on a regular basis.

The bakery at this store always knocks it out of the park. The friendly gal behind the counter helped me pick out some cupcakes (both had such stinking cute decorations on them, I loved it). She was helpful, easily answered my questions. And the cupcakes tasted amazing, as always. I would definitely recommend.

I go to this store daily but today I was very dissatisfied. While I was checking out, I asked for 3 packs of cigarettes and the clerk yelled out, wow three packs of cigarettes in a shameful tone. Grocery shopping should not be a shaming experience.

This store has become the most expensive,with the worst quality. Out dated product and low quality. By far the worst produce in north Spokane. Meat is way over priced, and sucks. I have been shopping here for almost 30 years

Everytime I've lived close to a Rosauers I have loved being their customer. The pharmacists have always treated me with great respect and care. This store is so beautiful.. it's so colorful and inviting. The employees are so helpful and friendly. I always make an effort to let the people that help provide me with my necessities in life like groceries ECT that they are very important and very appreciated. Without their hard work and dedication to their jobs we wouldn't have the great food and products we all need for everyday life. The fact that all the workers of this kind had to endure the entire pandemic working is to be celebrated. They kept the wheels turning they kept all of us happy even when so many were blaming them for the items they wanted not being available. Every single person that makes the apple end up at this store matters and they all deserve great respect and appreciation. Having taken the time to just let someone know when they are providing this service that your grateful can truly be a real positive affect that then grows from there.I am returning to this store even though Walmart is cheaper... I am leaving Walmart after all these years because just to do a simple innocent task of paying my Walmart credit card became me being literally discriminated more then j e ever been. And no one should ever be treated as such when we are all just trying to live our lives and do what we need to do. So I am very happy to say that now that I am close to this store again I am just so happy and I encourage anyone who would like a wide variety of excellent food and products and caring compassionate customer service. For a long time we have been ordering cakes through this bakery and having a dynamic duo like Esther and Jamie makes for double the amazing cakes. Our last one was done by Jamie and she went above and beyond our expectations. She really knows what she's doing! We will continue to seek these ladies out for their incredible work!

This bakery is one of the best bakeries in town. I think it’s funny how this individual calls out employees name when the only this syd Michelle has ever done is give bad reviews and call out names… agin this bakery is amazing both cake decorators…because this is not Burger King you can’t have it your way and Rosauers has to fallow copy right rules and other rules does not mean they are bad

This is absolutely my favorite store. They have an amazing butcher that is incredibly knowledgeable and is across the board knowledgeable, not just about cuts of meat but on everything to do with animal products such as fats and butter etc. I was thrilled at his understanding and knowledge base and the conversation that we had was invigorating as well as enlightening. Their customer service is always top notch, their selection of products and groceries is nothing short of amazing, they're deli and bakery is absolutely phenomenal and I found some of the greatest little cooking gadgets in their cooking aisle today so take your time to look and browse the aisles they have some very unique items you don't see other places! AND don't even get me started on the Huckleberries natural foods and supplements section, it blows me away just like the rest of the store does. It's always a fantastic experience shopping here, they definitely are doing everything right!!

I love Roseaurs, but the assistant manager Angela at this location literally came into the men's restroom to yell at me to hurry up and get out. Sometimes the stomach doesn't wait for you to be home, and I've never been given a timeframe(I was in there 5 minutes) at a business restroom. I was mortified and completely embarrassed! Will do a followup with corporate but I absolutely will not be back to this location. Just beware to do your business before going to shop at this store.

The bakery is a joke. I have used Esther as a decorator many times. She is talented and has always accomplished my orders above expectations, but now there are some lazy and moronic kids that work there thst think decorating a cake entails putting a ring on top of it and calling it good. Just received a call from the most unprofessional bratty human named Jamie who copped and attitude and told me that my cupcake order isn’t possible because they don’t have shark rings. She then told me I should have ordered it warmer when I ordered it within the time frame needed and required by them. Yiu should not have u untrained lazy people working in a bakery that offers custom orders. Will absolutely never order from here again. And fyi, a shark cupcake is not that hard to create. When I call for decorated cupcakes i do not want sprayed blue frosting w a shark ring. And Jamie is a snotty rude brat. Find better employees

Very nice and capable staff. Store is clean and check out is fast. I went through the self check out. I was the only one there. The watcher lady came over and told me to step back and she would check me out. She scanned and bagged and provided good conversation. That was awesome of her to show the ability do three things at once. Out raises the bar on all other tellers. And that's why I gave slot to say about customer service. I'd go out of my way to go to this store again. And I have three times.

Shocking but was ignored by bakery employee after making eye contact for several minutes then a snippy comment at the meat counter. Great cashier with Rosaur attitude saved the visit. Will go to one on Francis after this

I would have given the store a 4 star review except the last time I was in I wanted to order something that they used to carry, so they took my name and phone number and never got back to me. I have ordered this essential oil from them in the past using the same method, so this was disappointing. Otherwise the store has a store has a good selection of healthy foods and teas.

I'm just shy of elderly so therefore I'm a little bit old but not too old but enough about me. Every time I go to this little Rosauers, I'm greeted like I've been coming there forever although I've only been coming there for 3 months. I'm treated with the utmost respect because I have problems walking they are always so helpful. I consistently have to take Uber or a cab to the grocery and they always walk me out and load my groceries even if it's only two bags. They're just so congenial. Thank you folks.

Every time I go here, I am just getting off work, tired, and wanting to grab a few things before bed. I am mentally disabled, with a short attention span so it takes me a while to walk around and decide what i want after grabbing things, putting them back, until I make up my mind. Every single time I have come here in my “off work” outfits, (sweats, hair up no makeup) I am profiled by one of the workers, (shorter dark haired lady, olderish) and followed around like a thief. This is for one extremely disrespectful, and it is very unprofessional to follow me and harrass me EVERYTIME I walk into this store. I hardly want to come to this store after being treated this way. I don’t know her name or I would put it here but it is extremely heartbreaking to know that this is what humanity has come to.

Great, helpful staff. This grocer actually opens lanes so you can pay for items unlike other grocery stores that make you wait in line all day. It can be busy but even then they open more lanes which is my biggest pet peeve. Great produce and even better deli & meat department.
