I appreciate that i can call ahead for an order in the deli and be ready for pickup. We shop heavy for fruit and veggies here. Always a beautiful assortment. Try for the ice cream and gluten free ice cream cones. Every employee is helpful and has an attitude of helping as if I'm their mom. They did not lose their hospitality as other grocery stores after covid. And you have a clean restroom if needed. A lot of Safeways have closed their restrooms so I don't shop there.

Terrible customer service. I do a curbside pickup once a week at the south hill location. I was in the area of 5 mile so I tried this location. Usually I call and say “hi pick up for Samantha I’m in slot 1” and they bring it no problem. The lady at this location wanted my confirmation number, order number, and my full name. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get my groceries. Just give me my groceries lady. I don’t want to check my email

Best bakery in town. I go here because it is my grandmothers favorite place to go. I find they are very kind to older customers, they are always ready to help to the car and have lots of handicap parking. A huge plus for my 89 year old grandma.I love the wide variety of dairy and healthy snacks. Hands down highlight is the bakery, the only place in spokane I can find a black forest cake all year round!

The people here are always friendly and helpful, the store is always clean, the shelves are always well-stocked, and it's easy to get in and out quickly. My favorite part of this place, though, is the bakery! It's not just a grocery store; it's got the average grocery store bakery PLUS a real bakery! Five glass display cases of freshly-made donuts, cupcakes, cookies, danishes, and other wonderful delights like tiramisu and baklava, all of it delicious.

Asked for a couple of the Danish pastries and the woman behind the glass gave us a dirty look like we didn't know what we were talking about and then said, oh yeah those ones.Then, when we went to pay, we finished scanning the items, and I paid. While I was waiting for my receipt, my girlfriend picked up her items and started walking towards the door. The lady at the self checkout didn't have any problems with that, but someone in customer service yells across about 20 people "did she pay for that" pointing at my now very embarrassed girlfriend that was almost in tears when we got back to our vehicle.To say the least, their customer service, was NOT very customer friendly.Also, we will NOT be returning to Rosauers again.

Rosauers always has an amazing selection of flowers. Their bakery puts out some wonderful cookies and their donuts are scrumptious. Customer service is always helpful and you can’t beat their deli selection. It’s our go to for all things grocery and quick stop needs.

4 days ago the rockstar energy drink was 2 for 3.00$ I went there yesterday they were 2.49 a piece saying .20 cents savings through April 2 so fore whatever reason the price went up so they try to distract you from the price increase by saying now . special .20 discount that seems faulty to me and really not good business who wants to shop somewhere where the customers are treated like they're stupid

Nice clean store to grocery shop at and grab a few snacks at the deli, the deli just needs to stay up on there selections of food. We got there to the deli, looked at what is to offer and only 2 option was available, usually other days when we visit its full.

It had been awhile since i was there, not since my grandma's passing. She would take me there almost everyday. But I'd gone back after so long, and it felt the exact same, not in a bad way, but a nostalgic way, it still looked clean and convenient. Prices are reasonable and now they have a sushi at the deli, which is super cool! I rate the sushi there alone with a 5 star! When checking out, i was met with a friendly face, they were nice and fast. Not to to fast to make you feel rushed but just enough to let you know you're ready to go whenever. So again, miss and forever will love this place, this specific store has a soft spot forever.

Great store if you have less than 12 items. They seem to always have a checker in the express lane but rarely anyone working the regular checkout lines. I used to go there for my weekly grocery run, but it's quite annoying and time-consuming having to key in dozens of items - it's just easier to go down the street to Yokes where they don't have self check-out lines. I'm always confused because they seem to have plenty of employees stocking shelves.

Rosauers is notoriously expensive and this location is nothing different, but sometimes it's worth every penny. It's almost never crowded and there's such a pleasant atmosphere. The bakery is amazing, unbeatable as far as grocery stores go! Staff is friendly and helpful, probably because they're not as stressed out as at other stores, since it doesn't get obscenely busy all the time lol. Sometimes when places like Walmart run out of things like eggs, Rosauers will still have them because they stock local! I come here a couple times a month and it's always a nice experience.

Rosauers is a great place. Their deli is delicious, and you can find a lot of local items here. This is definitely a big stop on my grocery list.Pros: Great deli, local selections, decent selection of healthier and alternative options, GREAT sales! They also have delicious donuts, one of the best grocery store donuts!Cons: Sometimes they cost a little bit more for some things (but their sales more than make up for the few items that are more expensive)
