Took my 10 month old Mini Schnauzer here for the first time and they did a wonderful job! She has a loud shrill bark that can be a bit much until she adjusts but they were very patient and sweet with her. I don’t like the typical schnauzer cut and asked for a few adjustments and her cut was exactly what I asked for. I have had a hard time finding a groomer we loved and I’m glad we found it here.

I took my mini Goldendoodle here for the 1st time today. She's 15 weeks and this is her first experience at a groomer. I was super impressed. AMAZING customer service, super sweet employees and Christina was incredibly kind. I appreciated the way she communicated with me and how quickly she was able to gain my girl's trust. We will absolutely be back.

My 2 Miniature Schnauzers had a very positive first experience at Puppy Pad Styles. The shop is clean and quiet. Not overly crowded with grooming stations and no music blasting away to cause my dogs stress. So far so good. We'll be back in a couple of months.

Wow these groomers really do care about the mental health of the dogs. They're gentle and work with the dogs to set them up for a future of fear free grooming. If a dog is too frightened to safely continue, they'll send it home and request to see the dog in a few days to finish. Holy cow that amount of love is so rare.

We have been taking out pets to Puppy Pad for years. We currently have a 10 year old St Bernard and a 7 month old Schnoodle. Both dogs get super excited when we pull up to the groomers. Christina and her staff are great to work with!

These are honestly the best groomers in town. They are so sweet and treat my dog as if it were their own. They are the only facility in town that offers the microbubble theraclean bath and I absolutely love it! My boy comes home smelling amazing and has no shedding, and skin irritations have cleared. Can't say enough how much I love these girls! If you love your pet you bring them to Puppy Pad Styles. Highly recommend. 😊

These people are so wonderful! I bring my Golden Doodle and Boston Terrier every 6 weeks for a spa day. They come out smelling great, feeling super soft, and with Theraclean so many less scratches throughout the day. I'd highly recommend you come here for any of your grooming needs.

Otis weighs 70 lbs, lab/border collie and had not been groomed professionally for 2 years. Shedding by the handfuls. Bella made him beautiful and fun to snuggle again. Going to go back regularly.

Not impressed with this place at all. I specifically called when scheduling to ask them about my dogs vaccinations and let them know he has never been groomed before and I wasn’t sure how he would do. I asked if that would be an issue and was told not at all and to just bring him in for his appointment. Then we get there and he’s excited because obviously it’s a new place, and immediately the gal comes up and says “we probably won’t get a full groom in today because he’s so nervous.” That was before she had even touched him. He hadn’t barked or done anything to act nervous. So I leave him and then about an hour and a half later I receive a call saying they are brushing him and I could head over to pick him up. She said they hadn’t been able to do much because he was so anxious and wasn’t cooperating. Then I get there to pick him up and am told that all they were able to do was bathe him, brush him and trim a tiny bit of his under belly. When I called to get a price they said a yorkie would be $50, so imagine my surprise when they charged me $50 today after only bathing and brushing him!!! When I mentioned it the girl at the front desk said “we’ll he’s a big sized yorkie so actually next time a full groom will be more.” Uhh no! He’s NOT a big size yorkie. He’s the typical size of less than 10lbs. And there won’t be a next time because that’s crazy!! I can bathe him at home for way less and they should have told me before hand that if they weren’t able to do a full groom I’d still be charged the same price. I WONT be going back and WONT be recommending this place to anyone. I came home and trimmed his face by his eyes with my trimmer myself and he didn’t freak out at all. I feel like this place is truly a scam! Beware!!* Update: I called and spoke with the owner and was given a refund because she agreed that we shouldn’t have been charged $50 and yet received less than a full groom. She also gave us the option to have my dog groomed by her instead which I appreciate.
