I am very disappointed in my first time experience with pet smart. I took my dog there to be groomed and explained that he had anxiety but was pretty good with the exception of his front legs. He was shaking when I left and as she took him to the back room. Instead of staying with him to begin his grooming, she put him in a cage next to another dog that was very loud and upset. Since he was already nervous, this put him in overdrive and he pooped out of fear. He has been to a groomer many times and this has NEVER happened. Of course, NONE of them locked him in a cage and left him. After an hour, they called me to pick him up. NOTHING had been done at all which means he was in the cage the entire time. So rather than staying with him to comfort him as they groomed him, they threw him in a cage while they started another animal!!!!! I consider that abusive. You don't put a nervous animal in a cage next to another animal that is loud and upset. There is absolutely no excuse for the way they handled my dog today.....none!!!!!

Best story in awhile. I called for my client that needs hard cat food , but she needs a certain kind. I called the store and I was told no they do not have it in store. Well the women called me back within min and said she does have it and also in the soft food 😁 my client was THANKFUL that the worker called back. The client has not had a experience like this in a long time. The client thanks you and as I do too. Thank you for going over and beyond to make sure a shopper had a great experience 🙂 also so did the Kitty 🐈

Was looking for a biom supplement for our cat. He's 10 months old and always has sufferred from diarreah. Been struggling to get a handle on it. Not sure why. Hopefully this will work to get it regulated. Had a hard time finding it, but a worker helped me locate it.

Not too impressed with the dog adoption hallway! Took my good friend there who is autistic and the barking was so loud the dogs do not look friendly. So sad that there are so many dogs left unattended or unadoptable because they’re in that cage for days on end. it should be illegal to have dogs in a kennel with no access and fresh air and being outside totally disgusted that corporation would allow that. The staff is amazing and obviously doing what they can, but it doesn’t seem like a win-win for the animals.

This petsmart location has animals for adoption from the humane society. When you adopt, they give you a ton of coupons which are definitely useful. The staff are really friendly and didn’t make anything feel rushed throughout the process.Jake is doing really good and seems to be settling in nicely!

Thank goodness a clerk was walking my way as I couldn't find the prescription food section. I didn't know much about prescription cat food, and pulled out my prescription sheet. The young man told me that he didn't know much about the special food as he was new. I thought we were in trouble. 🤣 He did escort me to the correct area, and after looking at my prescription sheet he pointed to the correct foods for my boy. I think he did a great job! 👍

Wanted some sweaters for my little dogs as the temps have been very low here north of Spokane .I Found a bunch of really cute holiday themed stuff on sale. Spent way more than I planned, but not complaining.I don't enjoy shopping, but my dogs are special and I hate seeing them cold. Could have ordered something online, but didn't want to wait.The lines moved quickly and I am pleased I got what I needed. My dogs look ridiculous, but that was my plan all along.

Has a large variety of items and friendly & helpful staff. Most items are usually in stock, I do wish they had a larger range of cat & reptile (snake) items and some specific items in general. Definitely more items for dogs than anything. I have had the occasional problem of not being able to find my dogs food they seem to only keep 2 bags on the shelf at a time (my dogs have a specific food and dont eat anything else) i have 2 dogs 2 cats and a snake for reference and I can usually meet all our necessities at this one store.

PetSmart is one of the greatest places to shop for our lovable furry family friends! Yes, many items are and can be quite expensive so don't hesitate to shop-around other places for perhaps a better price if one happens to be available and reasonably obtainable of course. Overall, PetSmart is a great place even just to "look around"!!

The prices are alittle steep for me but they have some decent stuff. Obviously I'd recommend researching anything you wanna by to make sure it'll work for you and is safe and healthy for your pet.
